Speaker 1 (00:00):

We need more faith and lessfear.
We need more positivity and lesspessimism.
We need more knowledge and lessknow-it-alls.
We, we need more work and lesswork arounds.

(00:23):
We need more smiles and lesssarcasm.
We need more thinking and lesstalking.
We need more working and lessworrying.
We need more action and lessapathy.
We need more religion and lessriot.
Its we need more profits andless financial profits at the

(00:47):
expense of others.
We need more initiative.
Welcome to music, motivation andmore the positivity podcast.
I am your host, Gerald Simon.
I am the founder of musicmotivation and the creator of
the cool songs club Today'spodcast is titled.

(01:17):
We need more peace andpositivity in the world.
And if you think about it, weneed more peace and positivity
in our lives.
We need more peace andpositivity at the workplace.
We need more peace andpositivity at home with our
families between spouses, husband, wives, children, we

(01:40):
need more peace and positivity.
This has become a personalmission for me.
For those of you who may havenoticed, I am sharing what I
refer to as daily motivation ina minute or short motivational
poems, I have written from myvarious poetry books as well as
photographs I've taken many ofthese photos.

(02:02):
I call PM art as they featureimages of pianos, piano, keys,
and other things combined withvarious other photos I have
taken.
I am also coming out with myweekly podcast, music motivation
and more the positivity podcastswith Gerald Simon.
Now, as you know, I'm focusingon increasing peace and

(02:24):
positivity that we need morepeace and positivity.
In addition to this, I am comingout with weekly meditation,
relaxation videos on my YouTubechannel, which is youtube.com/
Gerald Simon.
I would love to have yousubscribe to my YouTube channel
and watch the videos I come outwith.

(02:45):
Now I'm doing all of this aspart of a personal movement.
I have decided to start and willcontinue to do throughout the
year, which is to share peaceand positivity with others.
So today's entire podcast isgoing to be about what we can do
to share peace and positivity.
I believe we need more peace andpositivity than ever before.

(03:08):
The world is hungering for peaceand positivity.
I often talk about this, notonly in this podcast, but as I'm
sharing videos on my YouTubechannel, as I am speaking, doing
motivational speaking or workingwith masterclass groups,
organizations and associations, chaos has come crashing down

(03:30):
upon us in a way most have neverexperienced or seen before.
It is more than a personal orglobal pen to that has affected
everyone's health and wealth.
It has become an all outsabotage of the soul.
So many are feeling fear anddealing with their own personal

(03:50):
demons.
Within the thoughts ofinsecurity, fearing the unknown
and the future for some, it hasbeen beyond overwhelming.
It is too much for anyone and isfrustrating for everyone, but
that does not mean we need tocontinue to allow this fear and

(04:14):
frustration to foil our future.
I am an eternal opt missed bynature and always want to focus
on faith instead of fear andlook to the light.
But there have been moments whenI have even wondered if I could
bear the burden of any more badnews.
It's a daily occurrence.

(04:34):
As bad news is what sells andcontinues to fuel the media.
I would love to inject peace andpositivity into every new story
and focus more on the good thathas been done than on the bad
that has begun.
There has been so much confusionand concern everywhere.

(04:57):
There has been so muchcontention, anger, frustration,
and appointment.
Worldwide.
Many businesses have been shutdown.
People have lost jobs.
People are understandablyconcerned about the economy,
politics, their health, religion, rights freedoms, and
their finances.

(05:17):
It is understandable in theseuncertain times.
I completely understand andagree that we must protect our
freedoms rights, religion andcapitalism.
These are all good things thatmust be protected.
And ultimately defended.
We cannot allow uncontrolledcommunism to creep into our

(05:39):
communities.
This will, will destroy ourfreedom and future, but I have
seen a great growing divide andI believe there has been far too
much political posturing on bothsides and all political parties
are trying to force theiropinions and beliefs on each

(05:59):
other and prove or disprove theother party or belief.
I believe there is too muchmisinformation, disinformation,
dishonesty, corruption,censorship, and intentional
misleading by others as it fitstheir own personal or political
agendas.

(06:20):
I believe we are better thanthat.
As a worldwide family, we areconnected by more than culture
and geography.
We are in fact family, but weneed to act like a worldwide
family and do everything we canto help each other.

(06:42):
This means healing and mendingeach other's wounds.
It means serving and sacrificingfor the good of everyone.
It means listening and learningfrom each other.
It means praying for one, despite our religious
differences, it means liftingeach other.

(07:03):
When we have fallen and buildingeach other up, not tearing each
other down, we must becomefriends.
Even with our enemies, we mustbecome brothers and sisters.
Even with those who have nofamily to highs to us and no
bloodlines with us, we arebetter than our fears.

(07:25):
We are better than ourweaknesses.
We are better than our doubtsand inabilities.
We are better because of eachother and not at the expense of
one another.
We must us stand with eachother.
We have seen too manydestructive deeds done, which
have destroyed propertymonuments, homes, businesses,

(07:49):
and lives.
We must build each other up andnot tear each other down.
We can work harder, learn more, serve more, sacrifice more, and
do more to bridge the growinggap that is dividing.
Each of our cities, statesnations and the world.

(08:10):
Unity is something that can beattained.
Even if we have different viewsand different opinions.
I think we are seeing others, uh, to hack opinions without
knowing all of the facts.
Some are attacking facts andfact checking without
understanding all of the detailsand knowing the actual facts.

(08:30):
Others still are knowingly andintentionally deceiving either
for personal gains or to furthertheir own agendas at the
expensive others.
Whatever.
The reason we cannotintentionally willfully or
knowingly do anything toanother, that would mislead
deceive, hurt or destroy them.

(08:53):
We are better than that in thispodcast.
I often talk about how we canand should be better today than
we were yesterday.
We can become better tomorrowthan we were today.
It doesn't take much and we canmake little changes today that
will affect us tomorrow and havean unbelievable effect on us and

(09:15):
everyone around us for the restof our lives.
We can change for the better andimprove our lives.
Our homes, families,communities, states, nations,
and the entire world.
It starts with one individualand then continues on to
another.
Each individual can create aripple effect that will touch so

(09:38):
many people worldwide, but itbegins with you and me.
I believe we need more peace andpositivity in our lives.
We need more hope and lesshopelessness.
We need more faith and lessfear.
We need more of positivity andless pessimism.

(09:58):
We need more knowledge and lessknow-it-alls.
We need more work and less workarounds.
We need more smiles and lesssarcasm.
We need more thinking and lesstalking.
We need more working and lesswar.
We need more action and lessapathy.

(10:20):
We need more religion and lessriots.
We need more profits and lessfinancial profits at the expense
of others.
We need more initiative and lessinactivity.
We need more problem solvers andless problems.

(10:41):
We need more healing and lessharming.
We need more honesty and lesshostility.
We need more service and lesssabotage.
We need more discipline and lessdestruction.
We need more of freedoms andless fighting.
We need more love and lessloathing.

(11:02):
We need more good and lessgossiping.
We need more prayers and lessposturing.
We need more goals and less golddigging.
We need more peace and lesspower.
We need more success and lesssocialism.
We need more family and lessfeuding.

(11:22):
We need more intelligence andless intolerance.
We need more tolerance and lesstotalitarianism.
We need more creativity and lesscoercion.
We need more God and lessgodlessness.
These are just a few of mythoughts that I have thought

(11:44):
recently.
I know there are many morethoughts we can think, but we
need to act.
We can think about thesethoughts and we can talk them to
death until we start doing whatmust be done.
We will not see any change foranyone.
We must decide to share peaceand positivity.
I am trying to see the good inthe world and share the goodness

(12:07):
with others.
Negativity is a nemesis andneedless something give being
realists and being honest, wemust be honest with ourselves
and determine if there isanything we can do to change for
the better.
I honestly believe that peopleare doing the very best they can

(12:27):
with what they have.
We must give everyone thebenefit of the doubt, but I, I
believe we can make this world abetter place by sharing more
peace and positivity.
Every day I will share one of mymotivational inspirational poems

Speaker 1 (25:07):
The, that is all I would like to focus on for
today's podcast.
I would like us to each think ofways that we can spread more
peace and positivity, not onlywith what we do, but with what
we say, and not only with whatwe say, but with the thoughts we
think, how can we think morepositively?
How can we speak morepeacefully?

(25:29):
How can we act as peacefully aswe can in a positive way that
positively influences andimpacts those around us, that we
can all be strengthened becausewe are strengthening each other.
That is our goal.
Again, to be better today thanwe were yesterday.
It's a battle.
