(00:00):
All right, welcome back everybody.
If you can let me know if my audio levels are good, that
would be great. I just want to make sure we
don't have the same problem as yesterday.
Yesterday it looked good on my end.
After we reset it was fine. What was weird is I made the
yesterday if you missed it, I started a stream and there was
no audio for some reason. So I had to do a system reset
and it was fine. But then I made that video
(00:23):
unlisted so nobody could see it,but people were commenting all
throughout the night like there's no audio in this video.
I was like, how are people stillfinding this video?
I unlisted it six hours ago. Thank you.
Open up for always being there. Man.
I I appreciate you a lot. My right hand man.
King Richard as well. Thank you.
(00:44):
OK, glad to hear we're good to go.
Let's talk about the news and then let's talk about the
possible future of this channel. And I also want to read a
comment that I got from a young guy who I respect yesterday.
And I think I've talked about these types of things before,
(01:05):
but I'll talk about them again. So the headline right now,
Netanyahu responds to backlash over Gaza war expansion.
Last night it was already Fridayin Israel.
When I say last night, it was last night here on the West
Coast of the United States, but it was already Friday in Israel
when this was the headline. Israel's security cabinet
(01:26):
approves Netanyahu plan to occupy Gaza City.
And remember, he spoke very boldly about this over a month
ago, how they were going to occupy and take over Gaza.
And don't forget, earlier this year, Trump said, you know, he
has a future for for making Gazainto a tourist resort.
So again, this plan has been puton pause.
(01:48):
But on pause doesn't mean it is stopped.
And Israel has said they're going to continue to bomb away
since they can't occupy it. So it's not like this is all
good news for the people of Gazatoday.
Today, the day that he does thisFriday, 88, it is the 201st day
(02:13):
of the Trump administration. And remember where these two
numbers come together, 88 and two O 1.
The word Jewish has a gematria value of 88, as does Trump.
And names like Epstein of coursehave the 88 as well.
And part of me thinks that's where he is.
But the two all one, it's the 201st day of Trump being in
(02:34):
office. Jewish mysticism is 2 all one.
So is state of Israel 2 all one again, the Jewish nation and its
first Prime Minister, Israel's David Ben Gurion.
Of course, he died in history 201 days after the anniversary
of its establishment. Netanyahu left power on the day,
leaving turn one days left in the air.
This year on the anniversary of that, they bombed Iran.
That's June 13th. Netanyahu, when he came back, it
(02:57):
was 12/29, like 12129 is the 201st prime.
But notice Israel was ready to make this really bold move on
the 201st day of Trump, another 88 being in office, who is, you
know, a big friend of Israel, just like everybody who in the
Oval, everybody in the Oval Office is a big friend of
Israel. Netanyahu tried to make it out
(03:18):
like Obama wasn't a big friend of Israel, but Obama had given
more money to Israel than any U.S.
President had prior to him. I believe Trump and I believe
also Biden have both surpassed him.
Kind of like how with each presidency, things just get more
expensive, more expensive. And part of that is because of
inflation. But anyway, it's 88, the 201st
(03:42):
day of Trump being in office. And this bold move was to
happen. They were to begin occupying
Gaza, but the world said, you better not.
And now here's the headline saying, oh, OK, all right, we'll
hold off. But holding off is holding off.
It doesn't mean we're not going to do it.
And the thing that everybody should think about is Once Upon
a time when the Balfour Declaration was written, it
(04:02):
talked about creating a Jewish state in Palestine, but never
encroaching on the people who already lived.
There's land. And the reality is, is pretty
much since the day Israel got there, they have slowly but
surely encroached on more and more land and move people out of
what was once their home. Again, it's, it's, it really is.
(04:28):
I mean, it's dishonest, first ofall.
And again, what, what is the closest thing to to Nazi Germany
happening right now in the world?
Is it Alligator Alcatraz, or is it what's going on in Israel?
And again, using something from 40, say 45 years, using
something that ended in 1945, eighty years ago to justify it.
(04:49):
It's just crazy, but if this wasreally going to happen today and
the people of the world actuallydid pause the plan, it's a
reminder that if there is enoughbacklash from humanity, plans
can be stopped in their tracks. And I'd like to think that's
what actually happened because that's positive and encouraging.
And it's just like what I was saying, you know, back when we
(05:10):
were educating out on the streets of Seattle.
March 13th, 2020. Hey, everybody, look into this
event, 2O one that happened on October 18th, 2019, the day the
military World Games again, all the stuff they're saying that's
going on right now as they're locking down this nation.
They simulated it, meaning it was planned before it supposedly
(05:30):
arrived upon us. We have to realize a plan is
being executed against us and wecannot let this plan continue
on. Well, sadly, the plan did
continue on and people are learning the hard way all of the
consequences of that plan. For most people, the main
consequence, if they're not already in the ground from it
one way or another, is they now can't afford groceries.
(05:52):
They can't afford energy cost, whether it's fuel for their car
or heat for their home or AC fortheir home.
Things have gotten drastically expensive because of what
happened in the time of the supposed pandemic where a lot of
money was printed and it caused a lot of inflation because
that's what printing money does. And of course, you know, our two
(06:13):
party system. First Trump printed more than
we'd ever seen and then Biden came in and printed even more.
Not to mention there were already money printing programs
going on that that's the only reason the market sky high.
The the Fed continues to pump money into the market.
And again, Wall Street is not a reflection of Main Street.
Most people are struggling and Wall Street's at record highs.
(06:34):
And the majority of people who have money in Wall Street that
you know, they control it are the mega, mega wealthy.
Of course, lot of people's retirement hinges on the market,
but again, that the masses, you know, you've seen the stats
before that 100 people in America have more wealth than
(06:55):
the rest of the nation combined. And it's the same thing in the
market. It's a small group of people who
really control the thing. But yeah, did a 2O1 ritual get
stopped today? I'd like, I'd like to think it
happened because Netanyahu, we did say some time ago this was
going down, they're going in there, they're occupying last
night. That was the headline.
They're ready to move forward with the occupation.
(07:16):
And then because of backlash from across the world, the plan
has been put on pause again, though, like I said, it's not
really that great a news becausethey've said they're going to
continue their military offensive against Hamas and
Gaza, which is mostly blowing upwomen and children and doing
things like blocking formula andbombing food lines and water
(07:37):
lines and God knows what else. But yeah, perhaps perhaps enough
human care and concern did stop the occupation today.
So how much more human care and concern does it take to stop
(08:00):
what's going on all together? That that's the question.
And again, the problem with our nation is its leadership's all
bought and paid for and a lot ofthem are tied to that nation.
And a lot of people think that nation runs our nation.
That's not true the same Jesuitswho are the two O 1 cabal run
this nation and that nation and like to use the Uish people as
(08:20):
scapegoats and they do give themspecial privileges.
So it all lines up. It's like how you have your
brains of the world at the high impact or what's his new
channel? Disturbing illusion, always with
the same thing. Blames everything on the
Rothschilds and Zionist bankers. And like, well, that's kind of
what's been put out there in front of everybody.
Like the Rothschild name on the Belfour Declaration.
(08:41):
But again, look into that Rothschild whose name's on the
Belfour Declaration. He died 201 days from his
birthday. And again, 2O1 is the number of
the Jesuits who are a Catholic Jewish alliance.
But again, it's a reminder that Israel was created on the 14th
of May 145. Like there's 145 more chapters
in the Catholic sects or the Catholic Bible for the Old
(09:04):
Testament, the Jewish section, 145 more chapters in gematria.
Catholics 145. OK so yeah, I've been
documenting the nonstop 2O ones with Israel and everything else
Jesuit related. Pretty big story today on the
201st day of the Trump administration, when of course,
the US pays the majority of the bills for Israel.
(09:27):
And and by the USI mean we the people who our tax money is
siphoned off over there so they can continue to be backed by the
military superpower of the world, while they continue to be
bullies and the biggest violators of the Geneva
Conventions, which also came outof the world wars.
It's it's yeah. Anyway, yeah, Israel, big bully
(09:50):
literally gets away with murder and largely because of us.
And again, how much more human caring and concern does it take
to put an end to that once and for all?
The other thing that you can seethat that with the moving
graphic on the screen today is 8/8.
Of course, it was two years ago today that Maui was the top
(10:12):
story. The hurricane winds of Dora,
after power lines fell, caused arapid fire to eradicate the
original capital of Hawaii, Lahaina.
Again, when the US Once Upon a time overthrew the Hawaiian
monarchy, that was the capital. So it was a very historic area
(10:32):
that was burned up. And you might recall the only
home that survived the Lahaina, seemingly, was the woman who was
named Dora, who painted picturesof power lines for a living, as
weird as that is. And of course, there was a lot
more to that. Seemed like a major ritual.
But yeah, that was 8 eights. Here we are, 8 eights.
(10:54):
And once again, territory not far from L as on fire.
Let me take you back to the beginning of this year, the
beginning of this year when the media was drawing parallels
between the online conspiracy theorist rumors of the LA fires
and the Maui fires. And I pointed out how from the
start of the Maui fires on 8/8/2023 to the start of the
(11:17):
fires in Los Angeles was exactly74 weeks.
And in gematria, how weapon, lasers, energy all equate to 74
when you run it forwards, 88 when you run it in reverse.
And this latest fire in California is 88 land.
So it's making that same point. So now here we are on 8/8, and
(11:38):
one of the top stories is, again, fires in California.
And The thing is, the media can mock this stuff all they want.
I want to say it was close to when I graduated from college.
In my mind, it was around that time, 2000.
I graduated from College in 2005.
But there was there was this period of time where the US
(12:02):
media was showing the new laser weapons that the US military had
developed and how they could scorch targets from, I forget
exactly what it was, but like 20miles away.
I remember watching it. I want to say it was 60 minutes
could it was some news bulletin program like that.
But they were showing how this laser weapon was on the back of
(12:22):
a like a aircraft carrier. And they were talking about how
this laser weapon and new technology from the military
could scorch a target with almost no detection from some
great distance. And I want to say it was like 20
miles at the time. And keep in mind, this is 20
years ago now. I know it wasn't too long after
I graduated from college becauseit's just, you know, how like,
(12:45):
you have certain things in your mind and you remember like,
yeah, I remember around the timeI was doing that, I was doing
this in my life. So where I was living, I know it
was around that time 20 years ago.
So the point is this technology does exist.
So 20 years later when the media's, oh, online conspiracy
theories about laser weapons could be setting fires, it's
like, OK, you're the same news that 20 years ago was showing
(13:07):
off that this military prowess. And again, for everyone who
still can't get it through theirhead, there's a reason the
people who founded this country put in the language of the
Constitution that you have the right to protect yourself from
enemies, foreign and domestic. There are people who've taken
(13:27):
over governments who did not have the interest of the people
numerous times in in the past and the present.
And again, there are agendas to change the way we're living to
gain greater control over us. And all of this stuff with the
fires is being blamed on climatechange.
(13:49):
And if it gets severe enough, you can see how the government
will have to intervene and say, listen, before we all burn away,
before there's nothing left thatwe call Earth, We have to take
some drastic measures. So this is now the law of the
land. And yes, every last thing you do
(14:09):
will be surveillanced, every last piece of food you consume.
It's probably a decade ago whereI I showed the coaster on my
stream. I said, listen, I was at this
restaurant tonight and what it was was a ad.
You know, you go to a restaurantand you get a coaster.
It was a advertisement on the coaster for a company that was
talking about how they can trackevery last apple in the state of
(14:31):
Washington. And I don't think they were
doing that yet. But I was saying, look, see,
here's the kind of stuff that's going on, you know, pretty soon
little chips just everywhere, even on every last apple.
Your your little sticker on there that has your UPC, if it
already isn't just tracking of every last thing.
Imagine a future where a grocerystore where you know, you have
your Kroger card, you know, you scan your card so you get the
(14:53):
discount. But now it's probably going to
be 1 government Mart. It's it's wall government Amazon
Mart or whatever. And literally it, it's keeping
track of everything. And you might get a buzz at the
scale. Oh, no, you've already eaten 50
apples this year. The quota for the years, you
can't have more than 50 apples. Oh, that's your 10th tete
(15:14):
lettuce. Or, you know, that's where we're
going. And, and, and also what you see
what's going on is just how expensive certain food items
have become. I'm guessing a lot of Americans
are eating way less beef man, itis beef expensive again.
And, and you know the same guy who said by 20-30 you'll own
(15:35):
nothing to be happy. He also said you will eat the
bugs. And I, I got to, I, I was in
kindergarten in 1988. That was the year I started
kindergarten 88 back when Ninja Turtles were a new thing.
I, I, I went to Catholic school for kindergarten, first grade,
not because we were Catholic, but again, they had all day care
so my parents could drop me off early in the morning and pick me
up pretty late at night. I remember Ninja Turtles were
(15:58):
banned in kindergarten. We weren't allowed to talk about
them. So were The Simpsons OK,
Simpsons might have been were Simpsons 88 or 89, but both
those things got banned at my Catholic school.
You couldn't bring toys. Couldn't talk about it anyway.
Anyway, wait a minute. What?
I was going to say something about it, though I lost my
(16:18):
actual train of thought from that year.
Anyway, it's it's not that important, but also just with
regards to to weapons, what what's the movie that's out in
theaters today? Weapons, right.
Weapons is out today on 8/8. Weapons out on 8/8.
And by by the way, the fires in Los Angeles were exactly 74
(16:39):
months after the deadliest wildfires in in history.
And those were the Paradise in Los Angeles fires, deadliest
fires in in California State history up to that moment.
Remember, Paradise, CA equals 118, Los Angeles, CA equals 118,
Death equals 118. The deadly fires in LA on
November 8th. But yeah, what do you know, the
(17:05):
same old patterns. California back in the news for
bad fires near LA. We'll see where it goes from
here. OK, also in the news today,
James Lavelle, NASA astronaut, dead at 97.
Remember that's the big pattern with 2597's the 25th prime.
(17:28):
The word death equals 97 and 25.When LA burned up earlier this
year, it was the 97th day of themayor's age.
Missus Bass, She was in Africa. Africa equals 38.
Like Fire 38's the 25th composite number.
Fire also equals 25, but that this parent's been all over this
year. 97, the 25th prime. We've talked about it probably
(17:50):
no less than 100 times and just daily streams.
But now an Apollo 13 astronaut dead at 97 again, nobody's going
to question the death of a 97 year old.
The news breaks today on 8/8. He was also a part of Apollo 8,
but the news breaks today that he died yesterday, August 7th.
(18:11):
They think we were in 8-7 or seven.
Eight. His birth name, James Arthur
Lavelle Junior 78 from Cleveland.
Cleveland equals 78. Remember the joke of Trump
becoming the new Grover Cleveland at age 78?
The only other split term president?
Don't forget words like ScottishRite and Jesuit equate to 78.
The astronauts that have been tospace have mostly all been
(18:34):
Scottish Rite Freemasons. Like how they took the flag, the
Scottish Rite flag to the moon supposedly with Apollo 11 and
that was the year Michael Jackson the moonwalker turned
11. And don't forget from the moon
landing to Michael Jackson turning 11 was 40 days later and
moonwalk equals 40. So is United States supposedly
(18:55):
the First Nation to walk on the moon?
With regards to Apollo 13, whichmost of the headlines remember
him for, he's dead 118 days after the anniversary of the
start of Apollo 11. Apollo 13, excuse me again,
death equals 118. So does homicide.
(19:23):
Yeah, there's a number of thingsthat are also interesting that I
wrote down. I'm not going to go over all
these because it might become number over loan, but Apollo 8IN
light of his death being announced on 8/8, he was a part
of that mission. And this year Apollo 8 is going
to turn 57 years old. Remember, moon equals 57.
(19:43):
Put it up here. Moon in the most simple cipher,
57, Scottish Rite equals 57. Run it in reverse. 78 again,
dead on the 7th day of the 8th month.
Almost every astronaut to have traveled to space, so we're
told, has been a member of a secret society.
Think about that conflict of interest too.
(20:04):
Almost all the guys to have goneto space have been part of a
very infamous secret society. And for anyone who doesn't know
that, you can watch the House ofthe Temple, the Scottish Rite,
Masonic headquarters in DC. You can watch the tour.
It's a part of the tour. You can watch it on YouTube.
I've shown that clip many a times over the years.
I still haven't been to DC myself, but I imagine that
(20:27):
exhibit still there. And you can probably learn the
same information in the flesh visiting, visiting the House of
the Temple in DC. And if you didn't know, yeah,
you can look it up. They took the Scottish Rite flag
to the moon, Scottish Rite 57, Moon 57, so announced that on
the 88 date, part of Apollo 8 turning 57 later this year.
(20:51):
And he was also a part of Gemini7 and 12.
He did 4 space missions. So we're told he died outside of
Chicago. Lake Forest is a suburb of
Chicago. Chicago has the 3546 connection.
Just like Thursday, dead on a Thursday.
(21:12):
As we covered yesterday, everything was 35.
Trump's tariffs the biggest to go into effect since 1935.
Alligator Alcatraz expansion puton pause 35 days after it
opened. And Oh yeah, what was the other
one Superman became part of? ICE.
Superman, also 35 and 46. No surprises there.
(21:34):
And then for more racism by the numbers, Trump, his Department
of Justice has targeted Letitia James today, exactly 42 weeks
after her birthday, exactly 42. And remember what he just did
days ago. Days ago, he threatened to
(21:57):
financially and legally punish Beyoncé, Oprah, and Al Sharpton
42 days after his birthday. That was July 26th.
And that was because of their supposedly illegal interactions
with Kamala Harris, who got 42% of the Electoral College, who
again, Once Upon a time to allowpeople to question her blackness
(22:18):
on the 42nd day of the year, theanniversary of her mother's
death. And you know, I made the, I made
the video yesterday on how the new Ice Cube movie starts with a
big fat 59 on the screen with his face.
In that video that I did, I almost went into the 42 part,
but I just decided to leave it out.
If you never read my 2017 book, Letters and Numbers, it talks
(22:40):
about how they always bring 59 and 42 together.
Had I watched a little bit more of the movie, I would have
brought it up because the new Ice Cube movie, if you've
watched it yourself, the new Warof the Worlds, about 10 minutes
in their rating unit 42, just like God.
And then and I, I, I, I did lastnight.
(23:03):
It was what I ended up doing while I was trying to get sweet,
sweet girl to sleep. I end up watching the movie
right near the end, probably about 13 minutes left in the
movie. There's a timer on the screen
and it starts right with two minutes and one second on the
screen. So a nice big fat 2O1 right at
the end of the movie, 2 So you get your 5942 racial coding
(23:24):
right at the beginning again. Slave 59, slavery 42.
They're always bringing these numbers together.
Always. Yeah, I wrote a book about it.
It's almost 10 years old. And even before then, I, I've
been talking about the 5942 thing really non-stop since the
Michael Brown moment that that'swhen I really just put it all
(23:45):
together because it just dawned on me that day.
I was like, huh, Rodney King equals 59 and his birthday is
4/2. And remember this year on, on
Rodney King's birthday anniversary, April 2nd, you got
Carmelo Anthony being nominated the Hall of Fame, but you also
got the Carmelo Anthony stabbingstory that day and his name's
traveled with AK, which is another 42.
(24:05):
But Darren Wilson blue shirt again, ever since this moment
right here, The Michael Brown killer again.
It was one of one of my earliestvideos because the first year I
did this work, I had a blog and I posted on my Facebook page.
(24:28):
One year in is when I launched my YouTube channel for doing
Gematria Decodes and that was right around the time of Michael
Brown and I was hyper focused onthe history of 59 because I was
I was pointing out things too like how February equals 42 and
it ends on the 59th day of the year.
Detroit's on the 42nd parallel Motown came out in 59.
(24:50):
All of a sudden it dawned on me and it was it was it was this
and Rodney King. They just brought it into focus.
I was like, look at this, the killer of Michael Brown and see
that I wish I had my original video of Michael Brown because
for everyone who doesn't know this Michael Brown was, and I'm
pretty sure Michael Brown's nothing but a plastic dummy.
(25:11):
That body because of the police officer stood in a circle.
First of all, when do police ever do this?
They stood in a circle and all lock their arms so you couldn't
really see what's going on, but supposedly this is what they did
around the the body of Michael Brown.
First of all, just ask, in what world would police ever just
stand in a circle all day and lock arms?
I mean, talk about ritual. And don't forget the first rule
in in, in magic is making a circle.
(25:32):
Magic equals 33. Like police, like Michael, like
masonry, like secrecy, like order, like craft, the Fraternal
Order of Police. But I, I used to have the video
of them loading Michael Brown's body into the back of a police
SUV and it looks stiff as everything.
It looked like it was plastic. So it's like, wow, look how they
(25:54):
can set the whole nation off with a plastic dummy and a
little TV ritual. But then when they I said watch
when they put out the name of the officer, I guarantee you his
name is going to equal 33. And I forget how many days after
the Michael Brown killing it wasremember the Michael Brown
killing was August 9th. So tomorrow's the anniversary.
But sure enough, when it came out, Darren 33 and look at the
(26:16):
gematria. Darren too, 60331-O2 Look at
police 60331-O2. I mean how generic.
But this T-shirt, 42 with Blues hockey, remember, Blues equals
59. Like slave, like Negro, like
Rasta, again, like Blues. And then I, I honestly didn't
(26:40):
know reverse gematria at the time, so I didn't even realize
like how slavery was 42 and Tuskegee's 42.
And you know, a bunch of other things in that cipher from
Martin to Malcolm X to Jackie. But there's enough things that
equal 42 just in the forward cipher where it was obvious what
was going on. And yeah, I just, I just like,
(27:05):
yeah, just, you know, that's whyI, I still remember the early
days of finding this. Like, it just, it really blew my
mind every day. I was just like, God.
Now it, it all makes sense. This Kabbalistic magic letters
and numbers business is why they're doing this.
And here we are after 12 years of explaining it.
And yeah, it's just, you know, people still want to deny it.
(27:34):
Again, it's just it's straight up mockery.
Ice Cube new movie just starts with the big fan 59 right on the
screen with his face. And somebody let me know.
And I I think I had known this in the past.
I forgot Ice Cube before N.W.A had a group called CIA that
obviously didn't become as well known as N.W.A.
But CIA the his latest movie. If you don't notice the latest
(27:56):
movies about it, it is a play onWar of the worlds.
The you know Tom Cruise did the remake about aliens invading
Earth. But it it's also hyper focused
on the surveillance state. We now live in Ice cubes, a
government agent who's spying onhis own family.
And you got to love that. It starts at Jesuit Georgetown
too. He's spying on his daughter
through every camera at Georgetown, spying on the
(28:18):
girlfriend's boyfriend through the cameras and audio equipment
in his own Amazon vehicle. He's driving around spying on
his son. He sees his son's playing video
games. So he logs into something and
cancels his son video game through the Internet.
But anyway, Central IntelligenceAgency, United States of America
again, those are the words in the CIA's logo. 2O1 the work of
(28:41):
a nation, the center of intelligence, the CIOCIAS motto
whoops, hold on the center. I put the oven in the wrong
spot. The center of intelligence also
two O 1 and that's the CI as motto.
Don't forget the the Trump hoax was also on the 195th day of the
year last year. But the CIA, again, just with
(29:04):
regards to what two O 1's all about, you know, the church
Catholic Pope 2O one, it was the201st day of the sitting Pope's
age. And again, who serves the Pope?
The Jesuit order two O 1. People joke that CIA means
Catholics in action, and that was said way before I came
along. No doubt they were right.
But yeah, and don't forget just so many things, you know.
(29:25):
Michael Brown 2O1 Jesuit Order 144, throw a dot in front of it.
The Jesuit Order two O 1, Michael Brown killed on the day,
leaving 144 days left in the air.
The Jesuits in the Masons, secret societies with a lot of
prominence in this nation's history and elsewhere, a lot of
the rights of modern Freemasonrywritten by Jesuit priests.
(29:51):
And if you don't know, again, Rodney King date of birth, 4/2,
as I just showed Rodney King, 59, dead at that magic age of
47, supposedly from drowning, which factors in with another
stereotype. And remember, you recently had
the Dylan Storm roof church shooting on Rodney King's death
anniversary, and a lot of the same numbers were coded into
(30:13):
that ritual. But yeah, you know, here we are
again, 42 weeks after a black woman's birthday.
Trump's ready to prosecute. He's ready to go after her and,
and, and then again, just these people on the world stage who
(30:34):
these rituals are synced up withthe woman who is going after her
full name, 153 and 54. The 99 also stands out because
Friday's 99. But 153 and 54 Jesuit order, you
know, same thing over and over and over.
So. Also in the headlines, Billy
(30:59):
Long fired by Trump as the IRS commissioner.
I I've talked about this 1000 times.
You know, Trump's you're fired rituals on Friday.
This has been going on since he became president the first time
Friday 63 you're fired 63 here. Let's let's look at how many
days it was. I'm going to die if it if it was
63 days ago that he took his position because they said two
(31:22):
months. Hold on.
This headline just broke right before I went live.
So I didn't do a decode on this.51st Commissioner of the
Internal Revenue Service, June 16th to August 8th.
(31:43):
Let's practice 30 days to the end of June.
That's 1431 to the end of July. That's 45.
August 8th. So it'd be 53 days later.
Or his 54th day of being in office.
You're fired 54. Yeah.
Let me make sure I got it right.Let me make sure I got it right.
(32:04):
I think I got it right. June 16th to August 8th.
June 16th. Yeah. 53 days later or on his
54th day on a Friday. You're fired and notice you're
fired. 144 and 54 just like Jesuit are going with Trump's
Jesuit education at Fordham. Think about how much money is
(32:32):
just wasted on on all these little jokes that we pay for.
You know, it's us who pays the bill for all the jokes.
Isn't it crazy to think about like that?
We have to like pay money for somebody to just all these
people to collect taxes from us.It's just it's insanity.
Government really is the most insane thing.
And without mind control, nobodywould go for it.
(32:54):
Nobody would go for it. What what government functions
do we need things that the Public Utilities.
I'm for Public Utilities. OK, you can get me on board with
Public Utilities. Roads, you can get me on board.
I can understand. I can understand having some
defense for a nation. I can understand having some
(33:16):
defense. Again, what we have is a Team
America world police spending more than the next 10 highest
military nations combined every year.
But seriously, like what do we need from government utilities?
So we got clean water, energy, roads.
(33:39):
I, I honestly can't think of really anything else I need from
government. I really can't, can't think of
anything else that I need from them.
I don't want their school systems.
If you're thinking schools, I'm saying, no, I don't want their
school systems. No, I, I'd like a world where
all of that stuff is done by thecommunity because I, I just look
at our ancestors and I say, listen, these people didn't go
(34:01):
to school. They were way more capable
people in all ways. They weren't a bunch of fat
lumps on a lawn. They knew how to do things.
They were self-sufficient. They built like nobody's
business. No, so I look at the era of of
the state school and I see a bunch of useful idiots.
Low skill, just the worst populace there probably ever
(34:22):
was. Give me the means to make
society happen, which as far as I can tell, our our, our Public
Utilities and roads. And I can do without the rest.
And the sad thing is, I mean, I'm not saying we do it
overnight because because of this nanny state, you do have
all these people that are dependent on others.
You pull the plug on them overnight.
(34:43):
It's, it's like cruel and unusual punishment.
But society has to change. And maybe sometimes ripping the
Band-Aid off is the best way. But again, I can just see just
right here, it's just like what where Sweet Lady works, You
know, it's a community that serves people who are
essentially are poor and homeless and couldn't otherwise
afford any kind of healthcare without these services.
(35:06):
And it looks like they might be going out of business because
Sweet Lady messaged me today that three of the four, pretty
much the top three people next to the person who actually runs
the organization all resigned today.
So sounds like they must know something and the point is to
(35:32):
make a point. So I, I told you guys, we have a
commercial property right now. People rent that property.
Someday. I'd like it to be the, the
future of Gematria effect news. I told you about the burglary we
had on April 2nd. I told you the irony of that
because it was a, a lady who's been at that business.
She's had her hair salon there for, for decades, for even
longer than the last owner had it.
And he'd had it since the early 80s.
(35:52):
So she's been there longer than the last.
Me and the last owner just running our salon, Ruby equals
42. Her place got burglarized on
4/2. I thought that was so weird.
Since that day, we've had three more burglary incidents at the
same commercial spot. And I just see it as signs of
the times. You know, people are down and
out and a place like where SweetLady works goes under.
(36:17):
You know, it's just going to putmore people in in more desperate
situations. But yeah, you know, it's like
the United States of America hasbeen this giant Ponzi scheme in
the Ponzi scheme is falling apart at this moment in history.
It it is going to be rough timesfor for probably all of us,
really, some worse than others. But yeah, there, there has to be
(36:45):
a, a transition. There should be there should be
a responsible transition to again get us back to be more
like our ancestors. Where we were at Agricultural
Society. Most people were farmers that
they they woke up in the morning.
They had a hard day's work aheadof them grinding in the fields,
making sure they had food for their family forever.
(37:05):
They had to trade to get other resources.
Imagine though, I I think that is the way humanity is supposed
to be. Instead of having like there are
nice things to having idle time and be able to entertain
ourselves with kind of look at society when they have idle
time, just needless drama. You know, you know, the the old,
the old farmer who had to be outthere and take care of his
(37:27):
family and the wife at the home to take care of the family.
They didn't have time to go, youknow, cheat on each other and do
God knows what else. They were there taking care of
their family. It's just I almost feel like if
we just went back to our roots as a society, agricultural
people, community oriented people, knowing your neighbor, I
feel like everything would work out.
Our ancestors when this country are well, even at the beginning
(37:51):
of the country, they weren't paying all these crazy property
taxes. That wasn't even something that
existed for the most part. You, you had your piece of land,
you worked your piece of land, you survived off your piece of
land. I, I, I just feel like that
that's the way society gets backto a a decent point.
Family oriented child doesn't gooff to state school to learn a
whole bunch of bullshit and get their head filled with a bunch
(38:12):
of lies. They learn from their parents
who are competent, who show, show them the way that you
exist. And again, for everyone who
says, oh, no, we need the schools again, look how people
wrote in the 1800s, but before the state school system.
They they had greater vocabulary, they wrote better,
they had beautiful handwriting. There's just been a complete
(38:33):
decline of humanity in the age of the state school.
So I think it needs to go too. I think it needs to go.
I think you put people in a position where they have to rely
on themselves to exist, that they figure out a way to do it.
(38:54):
I think that's what history shows us.
On 8/8, Trump will soon meet with Putin.
OK, another Big 88 ritual here. Again, both of these guys got
the 88 connection. Trump 88, Vladimir 88.
(39:19):
How much is it? How much is that expense going
to be to set up the meeting? How much the taxpayers got to
meet for this soap opera? Keep in mind it's the 201st day
of Trump being in office. It should be a reminder that
Biden and Putin met 201 days after the first ever Jesuit
ignation year began, which was Pearl Harbor Day, December 7th,
2021, about two months before everything popped off.
(39:41):
So a lot of two O 1 rituals withboth the war in Israel and in
Russia, Ukraine. And and remember the war in
Russia, Ukraine is mostly over the Donbass region.
It's what Russia wants, which isanother two O 1.
And that is Khazaria where the people in Israel come from.
Don't forget when Biden sent 95 billion over to Israel on the
201st day of the war, 95 billion.
(40:05):
And, and now we just look at those numbers like, oh, it
doesn't sound like much where I'm used to hearing about the
trillions, now 95 billion. But then again, you live in a
nation that's never invested anywhere near 95 billion in
communities that have been down and out for decades.
But they'll send it overseas to people who have religious texts
(40:25):
that say things like, oh, yeah, those those goyums over there,
there really are tax candle. There are slaves.
And you start to look at what our nation's doing and start
saying, seems like some of that's going on.
We're not doing anything for ourown people, but we're sending
billions upon billions to these people over there.
(40:50):
OK, Another thing I just want toaddress, if you've ever looked
into health and fitness on YouTube, I'm sure you've come
across this guy right here, Athlean X.
He used to, he might still be a trainer for the New York Mets,
some other high profile athletes.
(41:11):
Athlean X He has I think the biggest fitness platform on
YouTube. And I think he's right around 50
years old, might be in his early50s now.
I mean, but by all accounts he'sin great shape.
But I've always, I've been awareof this guy's channel for some
(41:32):
time. I've always thought even though
his body's ripped, there's something about him that doesn't
look right in the face to me, like not all the way healthy.
And this is the point I want to make. 14,000,000 Subs, right?
And again, I'm not saying this is a bad channel by any means.
I think he has a lot of good information.
But I also watch some of this guy stuff and I am just like,
(41:54):
he's like, how to set up your plate, divide your plate into
thirds, put your protein here in1/3, put your fibrous carb here
in the other third, and then putyour other carb here.
I'm just like, is this really even like, is this a video?
What divide? Like to me, this is just, OK,
you didn't have anything to. And he has a lot of videos just
saying the same thing over and over.
I'm like, can we get more detailed about divide your plate
(42:16):
into thirds? I mean, I can see one guy like,
oh, well, this is 1/3. And I did stack the macaroni 10
feet high. But look, it's in the, I mean,
this isn't specific enough information.
A lot of people are like this. The reason I'm showing this is
because by by all accounts in way better shape than than most
people. Then look at this guy.
(42:37):
This guy is in his 50s and looksa lot healthier to me.
Now granted, he is a black guy and they do say black doesn't
crack, but when I watch this guy's videos, very clear
information, very specific, his body looks a lot healthier than
his body, right? And his face does everything
(42:59):
about him looks a lot healthier to me.
And look at the Subs 57,000 Subs.
Now I the point I'm making aboutthis and the reason I'm bringing
this up is because I know why this guy doesn't have any
following. He's talking about something
that nobody wants to hear about. And I know exactly what that
topic is because I used to be just like him, vegan.
(43:21):
And by the way, for everybody who thinks vegans cannot be
strong, I, I used to, when I first started this channel, I
was vegan at the time that I, I gave up on veganism.
I, well, I don't know if gave upthe right term.
I stopped being a vegan because of sweet lady.
She for a while I had her doing the vegan thing, but then she
started to have dental problems. And then I read about that and
some people, I think it's blood type thing.
Veganism doesn't work out for them.
And you know, when you're in a relationship, you want to eat
(43:44):
meals together and cook things together and not be like, Oh,
well, here's your meal tonight, here's my meal tonight.
Again, there's just something that's doesn't, I mean, maybe
there are relationships like that where it's working, but I
always feel like it's better to eat the same things together and
make the same thing together. So I made a compromise for sweet
lady and I still eat mostly plant based foods, but you know,
I eat meat now and eggs and dairy and all that.
(44:06):
So honestly, if it was just me, I, I would rather be vegan
because I, I feel better about being vegan for a lot of
reasons. And I know that when I was
vegan, it worked out very well for me.
I had a ton of energy, I was in great shape.
I granted, I was younger and what I, well, I'll talk about
another thing too that I've talked about before.
But anyway, the point is, this guy has great information.
(44:27):
He's in great shape, but nobody wants to listen to him because
he's advocating for veganism. I kind of feel like that's
what's going on, Like what goes on with with this kind of
knowledge, teaching about this occult practice of using numbers
for rituals. In the same way people don't
like veganism, they don't like numbers.
And I also think that's the perfect reason for the cabal to
(44:50):
do what they do. I think they probably knew long
ago and I'm sure there were people who came along before me
and tried to expose similar things and they just said, look.
I mean look. It just falls on deaf ears.
Nobody wants to know about what we're up to.
They just want to dismiss it. They hate numbers.
They'll never acknowledge it. I, I, I just think I, I think
this is the perfect example. Here's a guy who is the physical
(45:13):
model. I mean, you look at this guy,
this guy, this guy's body looks as perfect as a body can look.
And he's over 50. He looks quite young and again,
does a good job with explaining his information very clear.
Not to say that his information is bad either, but again, he
this guy does a lot of fluff videos.
Like I said, divide your plate into a third, third.
(45:34):
I'm just like, this is this is stupid information.
This video doesn't need to exist.
But yeah, again, look at the results talking, You know, he
models it, He's proven it. Nobody cares because they don't
want to. They don't want to do the vegan
thing. So I, I, I just wanted to bring
this up today in light of the uphill battle we have trying to
(45:55):
educate our fellow man about this knowledge and the way the
people who govern over us and lie to us and use us and abuse
us operate every day. And again, it is as plain as day
to see day after day as they do the same old rituals.
By the by the way, Trump firing the tax guy today, it just
reminds me that it's already 10 years ago today.
(46:15):
It was 10 years ago today that Trump unveiled his tax plan.
It's crazy to believe it's already been 10 years, but I
remember that too. I was like come on, you guys got
that whole 2015 from what he announced up to then.
It was probably already like the50th time I said showed how
Trump did at 88 rich. I was like come on now here we
are on 8/8 and and he's got his tax plan and come on man.
(46:38):
Anyway, Anyway, also on this topic though, sweet lady has
been in my ear for for a long time that she would like me to
get back into better shape like when we first met.
She met me before I was injured. And I've told you guys before,
part of what got me on this pathof of understanding what I
(47:01):
understand and teaching about itwas the injury that happened to
me. And I always wonder if that
injury had never happened, if I would have even figured this
out, or if I'd still be where I was today, seeing the patterns
but not understanding it. For anyone who's never heard me
talk about that, it was the weekend before my 30th birthday
that, you know, I was out playing softball in the men's
league that I, that I played in for years.
(47:22):
And I, I used to weight trained all the time at that time.
And, and my buddy Mark, he, he was bigger than everything about
him, bigger than me, taller, bigger frame.
He'd always pushed me really hard.
And it was good for me to have somebody like that, but he was
probably getting me to do more than I needed to be doing on the
bench and, you know, peer pressure.
(47:43):
And he's a few years older than me, too.
Anyway, I I had recently tweakedmy.
For all you young people who weight lift, do not do more.
Just do not do more than you should do.
Know your limits. Don't try to make too big a
gains at once. Because I had tweaked my
shoulder and then I thought it was fine.
(48:04):
And then I was out playing softball and it was a beer
drinking league and it, it was ahot summer day and I ended up
playing more games than I normally did because somebody
got injured on another team. And it was a tournament.
We just got eliminated in the tournament.
And then they asked me to play outfield for them.
Normally I play shortstop or third base.
And so I was playing center field for them and you know,
(48:25):
hot, dehydrated from playing alcohol, playing more than I
should, Recent shoulder injury. I still remember I had AI had a
great throw. I threw out the guy from center
field to third base, but I also snapped my shoulder in the
process on the throw. I I felt the pop at the time.
And I still remember when I wentto the bench, I was told that I
had this killer pain. This guy's like here, just take
(48:45):
these pills. Probably like maybe those were
pharmacies. He might have given me Vicodin.
I don't know what he gave me some kind of painkiller.
Probably not the best idea, but I took it and it did help out
with the pain pretty quick. I was like, oh, yeah, it doesn't
feel so bad. But then I went up to bat and
I'd never see. I just like I couldn't like
there was just like nothing there.
And that's when I realized therewas something really wrong.
(49:05):
And I'm sure I tore something inmy shoulder and I never, I never
got it taken care of. And I still remember for like
the two weeks after I couldn't lift my arm.
I need help like putting on my T-shirt and taking my T-shirt
off each day. But anyway, for the first time,
I was like physically impaired. So from the time I was 15, I had
(49:29):
a gym membership up until the time I, there probably wasn't a
single week that went by where Ididn't spend at least five days
in the gym. And I was always active working
out, playing sports, I played basketball religiously.
And all of a sudden I just foundthat I, I just really couldn't
do that. And sweet lady at that time,
I've been asking me, she really wanted me to read the Bible.
(49:51):
And so like, well, I got time toread.
So I like sweet lady a lot. The only thing that we're really
not on the same page with is this whole Bible thing, but
I'll, I'll do it to a peaser. And I remember I just started
reading the Bible again. I was like, yeah, sorry.
This reminded me when I, for real, I know my story.
I, I pretty much dropped out of the church when I was 12.
I got kicked out of confirmationclass for asking too many
questions. But I, when I was a kid, it used
to bother me reading the Bible that they're all these numbers
(50:13):
in the Bible. And I, you know, my, the adults
in my church, the leaders in theconfirmation group, the pastor,
none of them really had an answer for the, what any of the
numbers meant. Because I, I point out, I say
that's a really specific number in that passage, but no
explanation why. And though if anyone's read the
Bible, you just know The thing is just full of numbers, very
specific numbers, no explanation.
(50:36):
And yeah, it, it was just aroundthat time reading that and I was
like, yeah, that just reminds mehow there's the same numbers in
the media all the time. And what, what is it about
numbers and 4th book of the Bible's called Numbers.
And that's when I found the excerpt from the Manly P Hall
book, The Secret Teachings of All Ages, talking about this
letters and numbers thing. And, you know, not being able to
(50:59):
go to the gym and do what I was doing before.
I just found myself researching this, not blowing my mind in no
time. And then I want to share it with
my friends on Facebook. And the next thing I know, they
all think I'm mentally ill and I'm like, oh God, here we go
again. It reminds me of 2001 when
everyone was calling me mentallyill for questioning 9/11.
And again, that's also the thingabout having an ego and being a
little bit arrogant. It'll make you not really care
(51:21):
so much about what other people think.
And, and that can be important, especially when you're doing
things like this, doing things where you're going to be
demonized by the the general masses.
But I know my shoulder is definitely still not better
because earlier this year here, I'll show you this bar back here
(51:42):
isn't it doesn't even weigh thatmuch.
This bar probably weighs it might be, it might be 50 lbs.
And what I was going to do is I was just going to put it up over
my shoulders and then do some squats with it and just let
lifting that up, lifting that bar up.
(52:04):
I just felt the pain right away in my right shoulder.
And it's like I re aggravated it.
And it's it's not as bad as it was when I did this months ago,
but I still feel it. And the other day we had a, one
of our little neighbors over here, sort of a basketball hoop.
And he's seven years old. And he and I was trying to show
him how to dribble with his lefthand because he, he does
everything right-handed. I said, you want to work on that
(52:25):
left hand. He's going to be short.
His dad's like 5-5. I said, you're going to be the
point guard someday, but you gotto handle both hands.
So then he's like, can you shootfrom way out here?
And I was like, well, I was shotat basketball in about 10 years.
And he looked at me and I was like, God, you weren't even
alive 10 years ago, were you? But anyway, I, I went to shoot
and Oh my God, I just had pain in my shoulder.
I was like, so for all you youngpeople who went lift weight, I'm
(52:46):
telling you, do not overdo it. It's not worth it.
Because here I am 42 now and I still have this pain in my
shoulder from something I did over 12 years ago now.
And I mean, I don't want to makeexcuses, but when I have sweet
lady telling me that she wants me to get back in the gym and
get back like I used to be, I inmy mind, I'm like, I don't even
know if that's possible because I know I'll never be able to
(53:09):
lift weight like I was again. I mean, there's pain in this
shoulder. The last time I was in the gym
and had a gym membership is whenI was living in Yakima and on
the bench, I didn't want to bench more than 135.
I'd do a bunch of reps, but I was like, I was scared to put
any more weight on there becausejust in case the shoulder gives,
I don't want to drop a, a heavy bar on my face.
And that that's the thing too. I think it was the bench press
(53:33):
and trying to do more than I probably should be doing on the
bench because back when I was inmy 20s and I lifted, I weighed
about 170 lbs and my body fat was probably around 1215%.
And what was it? 3 plates and A10 on each side.
What is that 335? That's what I got up to do.
(53:54):
And I was, I was about at that and I was, I was trying to
exceed that amount around the same time I injured myself
because they say, you know, if you can do double your body
weight, that's pretty impressive.
And that's about where I was. But it was also too much for my
size and my frame. And yeah, I would just, I would
encourage you all, you young people, man.
And trust me, it is not worth it.
You're not impressing anybody. It's not worth impressing
(54:15):
anybody if you end up doing something like doing some
serious damage to your body. And I know that's what I did to
my shoulder. So it was a combination of
lifting too much, not let my body heal, over exerting myself
again while drinking beer, and on a hot day playing way too
many games. But yeah, anyway, oh, so also,
(54:40):
the reason I'm talking about this though, is I do want to
figure out how to get in as optimal a shape as I can be
injured shoulder and all. And this is the other point I
wanted to make when when I firstmoved to Yakima, if you guys
recall, when I first moved to Yakima, I ended up monetizing my
work for the first time when I moved to Yakima and you guys
remember what happened. The reason I end up monetizing
(55:03):
the work is I'd put my book out, nobody would publish it.
So I put it out as a ebook. The reason nobody wanted to
publish it is because I have, ifyou've never read my first book,
Letters and Numbers, I have a lot of captured news headlines
in there. And I didn't like ask CNN
(55:23):
performation or NBC or ABC or, or just any of it.
So they were all like, oh, you didn't get permission to put
these in here. It's kind of a it could cause
problems. So nobody, nobody was, well,
even the self publishers weren'twilling to publish the book.
I could have lied about it and said I had permission, but I
didn't want to do that because Idon't want to create some legal
(55:45):
problem. So you might recall I just put
it out as a ebook on Patreon for$5 and it didn't sell anything.
Nobody, nobody wanted it. And what hurt too is it might
have sold well had I not been deleted because I got deleted
for the first time just before Iwas done with the book and I was
(56:08):
like, great, my YouTube channel has been deleted.
I'm having trouble getting it started because they keep
deleting it again. Now it's hard to market the book
to anybody is not selling anything.
I was at the tail end of my savings that I've been using to
largely pump out the work for free for five years.
And what I said is I said, you know, oh, oh, by the way, guess
(56:32):
it for people who don't know thestory of how I first monetized.
What also happened were two events in one day when I told
people I was going to get back into teaching.
And I've been offered a job to teach at a middle school.
And but my teaching credential is K through 8 and I used to
(56:54):
teach 5th grade. So I was going to work at I'd
worked 5th grade before but moving to Yakima, the job
opportunity was at middle schooland I was offered a job and I
ended up getting a letter in themail getting the job offer
rescinded. They said that you're not
eligible for employment in the district.
And in the back of my mind, I thought this must have something
(57:15):
to do with my YouTube channel and my book.
And I asked that once I got the letter, I inquired the district.
I said, what? Why am I not eligible for
employment? I've never had any problem as a
teacher. You know, I have positive
references. I have a good resume for what
I've done with children. And they, they responded that
(57:37):
they didn't want to disclose, but I was very persistent.
I said, we'll listen. I just really like to know to
see what it is and then see if it's something that's going to
keep me from getting employment in other school districts.
And I kept being persistent and finally they, they set up a day
for me to come in and have a meeting and hold on God, I, I,
(57:58):
you know what day the meeting was.
It was August 21st, 18. It was a date with 47
numerology. It was the anniversary of it was
the anniversary of the movie Agent 47 coming out.
There's a reason I just want to see what would pull up because I
remember there was this huge 47.I remember at the meeting, like
(58:21):
even share with them like what was in the news that day?
I was like, what don't you thinkchildren desert?
I remember making this point. I'm trying to remember what the
news story was. It was some BIG47 ritual with
some arrest in Trump's administration.
Hold on. I'm just maybe the post has been
how does it go from how does it what Anyway, I'll go back and
(58:42):
find it later, but I still remember the day.
So anyway, I had this meeting with them and they essentially
said, yeah, it's, it's your bookand things you wrote in your
book and it's your YouTube channel and some things you said
on YouTube. And so This is why I was not
eligible for employment in the district, which to me was a load
of bullshit. But that is the way it is.
And I wasn't shocked. And so I remember after the
(59:05):
meeting, I need to go get groceries.
So I'm at the grocery store. And then sweet lady calls me and
she says you need to come home right now.
I said, why? I said I'm at the grocery store.
She said, just stop what you're doing and just come home.
And I said, well, should I get the no, you just need to come
home. The FBI is here.
I was like, what? She's like, yeah, the FBI need
(59:25):
you to come. So I I, I'll never forget the
FBI agent because he had a Hawaiian shirt unbuttoned with
an undershirt. I was like this what FBI agents
look like, some like khaki shorts on unmarked.
He came in like a Ford F-150. You'd never know it was a
government vehicle. Well, actually the plates, the
plates actually were different, but it didn't look like a
(59:47):
government vehicle. And it's just like when I had
the FBI come out here was a similar thing.
He was casually dressed and in avehicle, but now had the FBI
come to my property two times. Anyway, sweet lady, by the time
the FBI agent laughed and again the FBI, I've told the story
1000 times, the FBI agent said that I had said something online
(01:00:09):
that I knew I hadn't said. And like you know, I gave him
the half laugh. I said I, I never said that.
I said show me any proof that I said that.
And again, he had his phone on him.
He scrolled through his phone, scroll through his phone and
then he was scrolling there forever.
I, I wish I had a timer for how long it went on that he was his
phone scrolling for supposedly this evidence of this thing.
I said, and I was like that you don't have any evidence on your
(01:00:30):
phone, do you? And he goes, oh, I'm going to go
back to the office and get it. And I said, you're not going to
get any evidence at the office because I never said that.
And I knew I was right because Inever said that.
And then sure enough, later thatnight, he sent me an e-mail and
he said this, this was the problem right here.
And Richard Quinn knows the video of Richard Quinn's out
(01:00:51):
there listening. Richard Quinn said it was one of
the first videos of mine he found.
It was about why Washington DC needed to be burned to the
ground, which is not what they accused me of saying.
And then you can say that withinyour legal rights.
He had accused me of, of threatening to kill a certain
group of people. And I said, no, I've never said
anything like that. So it was like some FBI
(01:01:12):
intimidation tactic. And keep in mind, August 21st,
2018, I had just moved to Yakima, July of 2018.
And I forget when I got my Internet connection.
I remember it took them a while for the company to come out and
set up. I probably had re established my
channel in the middle of July. So I'd been reposting for about
a month. It was the only time I had to
(01:01:33):
take a break from YouTube. I I was off YouTube from about
the middle of March until July of 2018.
And that's because every, if you've ever create a YouTube
channel to apply to live stream and do videos longer than 15
minutes, or is it 10 minutes, you have to punch in a phone
number again, I pay for the phone numbers for myself, sweet
lady, my mom, my dad, his wife. So I had all these different
(01:01:56):
phone numbers, but I had maxed out all the phone numbers
through all the channel deletions and I didn't feel like
signing up for another phone line to start another YouTube
channel as fast as I was gettingdeleted.
So when I moved to Yakima, we set up a landline and then I had
a new phone number. And that's how I re established
my channel. But yeah, it was like a month
(01:02:17):
after re establishing, I got theFBI coming out to my house.
And anyway that that when the FBI agent left, sweet lady was
just like all upset and so mad and crying and saying that I
needed to quit and that was enough.
And I put in all this work and nobody even bought the book.
And look, now I couldn't even get a teaching job and what are
(01:02:37):
you going to do? And I was like, hold on, hold
on. I said that there was proper
responses and just to quit. I said, let me see, you know,
people like my sports work and they find a lot of value in
that. I said, let me see if I set up
one of these Patreon things, charge $5 a month for the sport
because I always want to do it for free.
(01:02:58):
But I was overwhelmed by how many people signed up overnight
for $5 a month for the sports work.
And I showed her that. And she was like, wow.
I was like, see, quitting wasn'tthe right response.
And yeah, again, for the five years up to that, not a single
thing was monetized, but it was that day of being told you
(01:03:19):
you're not eligible for employment and the FBI is at the
house that as a, you know, that that that was a fork in the
road. So anyway, when I first moved to
Yakima, something else that was going through my mind at the
time, though, is I've continually been in worse shape
since sweet lady bet me getting older, especially now that I sit
(01:03:41):
around so much and decode and present she's always been in my
ear about get back in shape. I want to see you back in shape.
I want to see you bulkier again. And you know, understandably,
you know, a lot of people appreciate a nice physique and
their significant other. I kind of want to make this
(01:04:02):
channel more balanced and more about nutrition and fitness and
also talking about what's important.
It just like your body should beright, your mental should be
right. And I am thinking about doing a
lot less of the decoding and making it more.
And I mean, there are plenty of nutrition and fitness channels,
(01:04:23):
but I also feel that when I watch nutrition and fitness
channels, a lot of people look in great shape, but they're not
really great at explaining anything.
And a lot of them want you to buy.
I realize everybody's gone that route now.
Everybody's got their own supplement by my protein butter,
right? It's just, you know, I don't
want it to be, I just want, I want to have good, clear,
concise information and articulated to people in a way I
(01:04:46):
don't know. It's something I'm thinking
about doing because it would also be good for me, for myself
too. It would, it would make me
figure out a way to make my health as optimal as can be.
But I, I know I'm never going tobe able to lift a lot again with
my shoulder and I, I don't want to get surgery anyway.
It probably requires surgery to do what needs to be done in my
shoulder. It's not something I want to do.
I've never wanted to get surgery.
(01:05:09):
I met a Asian man when I was younger and he, he said that
when you when you get surgery, it opens a door in your body for
all kinds of future health. I think he was right about that.
So I can still, I can work around this shoulder, but it is
limiting. So yeah, that that if I, if I
stick to my word that that will be a future change in this
(01:05:31):
channel. Still do the work.
Not quite as much though, because at the end of the day,
it's in a, in a sense it's diminishing returns too, right?
I am here showing you the same things almost every single day.
Yeah, sure, it's a new story, but it's the same patterns.
I mean, how many times can I teach the same thing?
Especially when, you know, eightyears ago, the videos got way
(01:05:55):
better views. It's it's we're reaching less
and less people as time goes on.And I feel like it would also
probably be good for a lot of you in the audience.
If I'm motivating you more to take care of yourself, that's
probably about the most important thing you can do for
yourself anyway. I do think it's important to
understand what's going on in the world and to not get
manipulated by the manipulators, which is essentially what the
(01:06:16):
channels about not being manipulated by the manipulators.
But I was thinking about it too,if I had never taught this and I
had motivated more people in theworld to take care of their body
and themselves, what would ultimately be a greater
contribution to the world? Again, there are a lot of people
teaching fitness and stuff, so that's a lane that's well
(01:06:37):
covered and there's not really anyone who was doing this before
I came along. But I really do think there's
probably more people in this audience that could probably
benefit more from taking care ofthemselves.
And also, I was just thinking about just in real life, if I
had to go out and open a facility right now in this
community. And the facility was just
(01:07:00):
purely, it was, it was all charity and it was about doing
things to help people out in thecommunity.
And all I could do in that facility is teach what I teach
here or have a healthy space forpeople to learn how to take care
of their body and eat right. What would be the greater
contribution for this community? It's a no brainer.
I mean, just walking around, I see nothing but fat kids around
(01:07:20):
here. It makes me sad.
However, there's some young woman I'm walking, sweet girl,
young girl, she's like some fitness.
She goes, I don't know how old she is, but she's just sprinting
everywhere, all up and down likethe future Olympian.
But she's about the only healthyperson I see in this town.
So anyway, and that is somethingI was thinking about that I was
(01:07:45):
like, I would like to have that.I would like to have a place
where it's just free for people to come to and take care of
themselves and learn how to takecare of themselves and exercise
and have other people to work out with.
I'm making that a personal goal too.
I, I want that place to exist. So anyhow, I think that I think
that will be a change coming in the channel, a little bit more
(01:08:12):
balanced, a little bit more all around.
And also just talking about, youknow, occasionally I've always
talked about things like eating right, and occasionally I'll
talk about how to be smart with your financials because that's
another thing that people need alot of help with.
A lot of people are not good with their financials and
they're creating all kinds of problems in their life.
And those problems can have realserious consequences.
(01:08:33):
Again, you want to start a business, but you can't get a
line of credit to start that business because you screwed up
financially. I mean that, that that's a major
change in a person's life. Person needs a $20,000 loan to,
to start a business that could, you know, turn into the future,
you know, a great opportunity, but they can't get it because
they, they blew it. A lot of people need that
(01:08:55):
coaching too. So this might become more of a,
more of a hybrid channel where we're talking about a lot more
things because like I said, you guys, I mean, how many times can
I teach the same thing over and over?
And granted, there is place for the work to grow and to learn
more, but I don't know. I, I look around at the world
(01:09:16):
and I say, you know, probably another part of the reason that,
that so few people even care about this because they just
have so many problems in their own life, whether it is their
own health or financial problems.
And again, there are a lot of people trying to help with these
things, but there's also a lot of people trying to help, but
they're just not real good at teaching or articulating.
And I feel like I can be quite effective in that regard.
(01:09:40):
So especially when I get more sleep than I do right now.
Oh, hold on. We got more breaking news.
Should we do it one more time? Active shooter reported at Emory
University school says all right, for old times sake.
First of all, where is Emory University?
(01:10:01):
It's in Georgia. Oh, so we're in Georgia.
Look at the address. Can you guys give me a can you
guys see the address of Emory University?
Is it big enough to see it on the screen?
Can you guys see that it's at 2 O1?
This is what I mean. How many times can I teach the
same thing if I haven't made theworld care about the two O 1
rituals yet? And remember, today is the 201st
(01:10:22):
day of Trump's administration, so there could be a tie in here.
But yeah, Georgia 44, like shooting.
We already had a Georgia shooting this week, by the
numbers on Wednesday. So here we are two days later,
in case we forgot that lesson already.
But it was founded in 1836, so it's 189 years old.
(01:10:48):
Or maybe maybe it's 188 and willturn 189 later this year,
typically when school starts, which if it is 188 going on 189,
which is probably what it is. Remember Bavarian Illuminati is
188 and order of Illuminati is 2.
All one 201st day of Trump's administration.
(01:11:08):
By the way, Bavaria has that 135connection.
The Apollo 13 astronaut who died, he died 135 days after his
birthday. Apollo 13 is the headline with
his death. The Illuminati founded with 13
families just before America kicked off with a 13 stripes.
All right, so Emery is in Atlanta, Emory University.
(01:11:32):
I love that it equals 85. That just makes too much sense.
Atlanta, GA 85 on I-85. Remember I-85 burned down after
the Falcons gave up the 20.25 point lead. 25 point lead to
Brady on 2/5 in the 97th season, which is the 25th prime the year
they moved the touchback to 25 yards.
National Football League also 25like Brady 25 point comeback
(01:11:56):
over the Falcons. All right, let me get a
screenshot here. I'll put a post together on this
later. OK, OK, let's see what they got
(01:12:31):
here for us. Active shooter reported at
Emory, you know today has 61 date numerology guys.
I mean that that's that's one ofthe big active shooter numbers.
We just talked about how the shooting at the military base
was 61 days after Hagseth's birthday.
Obviously the current leader of the military.
So 61 date numerology. We get the active shooter.
It's all covered in my book from2017 The redundant patterns. 8 +
(01:12:57):
8 + 20 + 25 is 61. An active shooter was reported
at Georgia's Emory University Friday and the school urged all
students to shelter in place. Active shooter on Atlanta campus
near Emory Point. The college posted in a
terrifying post on X. Is it terrifying?
(01:13:23):
Emery Point has the 60 connection like police and I was
just making the point with Illuminati 15120 and 48 like
Illuminati. Run, hide, fight, the post
continued. I guess those are your options,
(01:13:45):
fight or flight. A separate by the way, let's
just see, are they sending out coded information to the
students? Run, hide, fight 60 again.
What are the odds this is just the police conducting another
drill on a college campus like they do do and then reporting it
(01:14:06):
as the news even though it's really a drill to scare the
young people out of their rightsand liberties.
A separate post noted the shooting was near the Emery
Point CVS. Oh, so it's near a pharmacy when
they. That's another thing with these
ongoing stories, they always talk about the mental problems
the shooters have. Again, 2/3 of the US is on some
(01:14:28):
kind of head medicine. Anti anxiety, anti depression,
anti psych, anti psychotic. A rapid barrage of gunfire can
be heard. That.
Isn't that the annoying thing too?
It's like, I feel like this community, we're some of the
only sane people left in this society and then we're the ones
who are accused of having mentalproblems.
Like seeing clearly is not a mental problem.
(01:14:50):
A rapid barrage of gunfire can be heard in horrifying social
media videos as police and 1st responders race to the scene.
In one video filmed by a nearby resident, 8 gunshots ringing 8.
What's today? Is today 88?
Is it 8? What do I mean, you guys, before
I learn this knowledge, I would just always look at this and be
(01:15:11):
like 8 on 8/8 somehow, someway in the news.
It's always numerological, followed by a brief pause, then
more than a dozen pop in rapid succession.
OK, so they we had to start witheight and then we get more.
They had to emphasize the 8 though.
(01:15:37):
A heavy police presence is currently surrounding Emery
Point and the main campus of theCenters for Disease Control and
Prevention. Remember, don't think.
Wait a minute, isn't there an 85acre police campus near Atlanta?
85 acre police, I forget what they call it.
(01:15:58):
The Atlanta Public Safety Training Center is what they
call often referred to as Cop City, is an 85 acre.
So again, we heard some of this, how Atlanta GA's 85, it's on 85.
Emory University is also 85. Something tells me those things
are not by accident. OK, hold on.
(01:16:29):
A heavy police presence is currently surrounding Emery
Point and the main campus of theCenters for Disease Control and
Prevention. Fox 5 reporter.
So we got the CDC involved. I remember the guy who founded
the CDC. His name is 2 O one student said
Emery, please take cover. George.
Georgia Rep Mike. It doesn't say Georgia, it says
George. Is this written by an AI?
(01:16:52):
Yeah. And pretty sure I was like
Georgia Rep Mike Collins posted on X George Rep.
The CVS referred to it in the alert is on Clifton Rd.
You know, by the way, CVS has the 44 connection, if I'm not
mistaken, just like Georgia. Yeah.
CV. Oh, CVS is also 8 for 8/8.
CVS is 44 and 37. Remember, that's what we went
(01:17:14):
over earlier this week. Georgia 44 and 37 shooting 44
and 37 Wednesday. Remember the last Georgia
shooting was on a Wednesday 44 and 37.
So Clifton Rd., Clifton roads got the 63 like Friday, 54 like
(01:17:38):
Jesuit order. Let me see something.
Emory University Dean. Not Dean's List Dean.
(01:17:59):
I got multiple Deans. Do they have a president?
Gregory L Fenvies. This guy have a Wikipedia?
He does. He's born the same day ICE was
created. March 1st.
Let's see, March 1st, 2025 to today, it's 160 days later, or a
(01:18:26):
span of 161. I just see.
(01:18:52):
I don't think they synced it up with him.
Those aren't the typical numberswe'd see, unless his name equals
that or something. No, I don't think it's about
him. Mayor of Atlanta, Andre Dickens
51, mass shooting is 51. He just had his birthday 13 4452
(01:19:20):
days ago or a span of 53. He's also the 61st mayor of
Atlanta. Active shooter, 61 mass
shooting, 51 active shooter massshooting and Brian Kemp, how he
spells his name the governor. His birthday is the Belfour
(01:19:46):
Declaration date. It's 86 days before his birthday
and Emory University, I saw it was also 86860.
And hold on the mayor's birthday.
(01:20:07):
No, wait, that's not quite right.
No. All right, all right, hold on,
you guys. I'm going to be back in about
one minute and then I will take calls.
It will be that five O 9 number.I'll be back in one minute.
Sit tight. OK, let me get this set up here.
(01:21:51):
I got to wrap it up in about a little more than 20 minutes.
So I get sweet Girl on time today.
Actually, before I take phone calls, I wanted to address a
comment that was left by a younger guy who I like in the
community. He's one of our young brilliant
(01:22:12):
minds. Yesterday, Marcus called in.
And whenever Marcus calls in, healways goes on a a long praise
of yours truly. And I do appreciate it.
Somebody thought I wasn't nice enough back to Marcus yesterday
for what he said. And maybe that's true.
(01:22:33):
I mean, I'm I'm grateful for Marcus and all the people who
continue to listen to the work. But yeah, that they said that
Zach, you, you know, you, you could have said more back to him
and, and show him just like how, yeah, maybe a flaw in my
personality is I don't always come across as the most lovey
(01:22:55):
dovey. And and and, you know, I'll tell
you who I'm nice to. I'm nice to children and I'm,
I'm nice to old ladies. Oh, pretty much old people in
general. But I, I love helping out old
ladies at the grocery store. I always, I don't know if it
happens to you guys all the time.
I always seem like I'm in the grocery store and some old
ladies trying to reach somethingon the shelf and she can't quite
reach out. I don't know if you need some
help with that. I always love helping out.
(01:23:15):
Oh, please. Especially ladies in their
little carts because, you know, they don't walk around anymore,
you know, holding, holding doorsfor people.
But yeah, no, I mean, I'm super grateful market for Marcus and
he's a really nice person. But yeah, I guess I guess I
could be more lovey dovey. So for everybody who wants me to
(01:23:38):
be more lovey dovey, it's it's not exactly my personality type
unless you're an old lady at thestore or a young child, But it
doesn't mean I don't care. So try not to take it the wrong
way. But I I did appreciate his
comment and feedback. He always writes a lot too.
Again, he's a he's a young guy who participates in our sports
community quite regularly. Some people on the outside might
(01:24:00):
be like, you turn that young maninto a gambler, which I don't
think is the the case, but he's good at it.
I know he's been, I know he's been adding to his bankroll with
the knowledge and really anyone can do it.
But yeah, intelligence, intelligence is a necessity when
it when it comes to this and using it correctly.
(01:24:21):
And he's got it. All right, let me let me let me
get this phone line open here and let me get this call board
connected. All.
(01:24:54):
Right, all right. The line is open.
You guys, it's the five O 9 number again.
I got about 20 minutes and then I got to wrap it up.
So you guys want to phone in? Now is the time.
Got anything to add to today's stories?
Other stories buzzing Let me know.
You guys were extra generous today.
Roblanto again with the with thetop contribution news by the
(01:25:17):
numbers. Great job Zach, I appreciate
that. Shout out to Frank the truth
tank. Shout out to Carl.
I saw it was Carl's birthday theother day.
We got similar birthdays. Happy birthday Carl.
Hold on one second. 2O2 Shout out to Dale again.
Dale always super Dale. I don't know where it all comes
from. If you ever need anything back
you just let me know. Shout out to Irving and Jill.
(01:25:40):
Also, did you already cover Sydney Sweeney saying she'd
celebrate naked if Bills win Super Bowl?
Oh wow, I'm going to have to look into that.
That's weird, she's a Spokane girl.
But O2O2 I just about to go to you. 2O2-4 you hung up too soon.
I just have to say I'm done. Call back 2O2-4 or anybody else.
(01:26:00):
The line is open again. The thing that stood out to me
about Sidney Sweeney is just that she's in Spokane like Ryan
Sandberg, and that story happened about the same time he
died. What?
What's up? What's up to O2?
Why do I not hear him? Hold on 2O2 for somebody I don't
hear. I'm going to try it now.
(01:26:21):
He dropped again. Can somebody else call in to
make sure that we don't? He's calling again.
What is going on here? 2O2-4, Do you hear me?
Hello. All right, hold on, hold on,
Hold on. Switch the audio setting, and
now I do hear you. Go ahead.
Hello. Yeah, Go ahead.
(01:26:42):
Yo. Yo guy you have you looked into
a keto slash like paleo diet, you know, animal based diet you
know with. Yeah, low carbs, keto's, low
keto's, low carbs, Right all. Right, All right, you know, you
(01:27:03):
know, meat is actually really good for you.
It's just the government have started making fake meat.
So a lot of people to that have scared a lot of people from
eating meat. But you know.
No, no, I I don't disagree. I don't disagree and I totally
believe in the blood type diet and some people probably really
do need meat more than others. Some people can probably do
better on vegan than others. I'm a major skeptic though of
(01:27:26):
this carnivore diet. I know that's getting popular,
but I, I just, there's so many important nutrients and
vegetables that are good for your gut that you're not getting
when you're eating meat. So I, I'm major skeptic of the
carnivore diet. But the, the, the thing about
being vegan, for me it was, it was more about just what goes on
in the slaughtering of animals. So it was more of that type of
(01:27:49):
choice for why I was a vegan fora long time.
Oh no, I bet you you was fartinga lot, huh?
Huh, I thought that when you wason the vegan diet you was
farting a lot. Huh.
No, not, no, not at all. But but what you're saying
though, I do know that when a lot of people transition to
(01:28:10):
vegan, they do get really gassy. And I think that's actually
because their gut and all the bad stuff in it is getting
cleaned out. But I think after a couple weeks
that cuts down. In fact, that the guy who I had
up here, he actually has a videoon that, that some people, they
go away from vegan because that they get really gassy.
And he says you got to make it through the two weeks to get
(01:28:31):
your system cleaned out. But no, I was cleaner than ever
in all ways when I was on when Iwas a strict vegan.
I mean, I'm, I'm anti vegetarian.
I just feel like that's a disconnect from reality, you
know? Well, it could be.
I mean, if you're living in Siberia and the only thing to do
is hunt the the the antelopes orwhatever, yeah, absolutely.
(01:28:56):
I mean, I just felt like us, us human were always meant to, you
know, eat animals and, and, and,you know, steaks and shit like
that, you know. I don't disagree with that, but
but our ancestors, they never had large slaughter farms where
1000 chickens were crammed in wing to wing and couldn't move.
And you know, they were GMO chickens, so they, they couldn't
even move for their whole life. So they got faster or fast.
(01:29:18):
This is the kind of thing I'm talking about, you know, being a
hunter gatherer and living in the wilderness.
I I totally get that. It's just the factory farming.
When I learned about that, I learned about that as a
teenager, I was just disgusted. When I saw it for the first
time, I thought, God, this is evil.
So. Yeah, but, but you know, like,
for example, like I get my meat,my meat has to be 100% grass
(01:29:40):
fed, you know, I get it from a special, you know, company, you
know, from a special farm, you know.
So, you know, you have to go to an extent to, you know, get the,
you know, quality, the high quality of, of meat, you know,
for your health, you know, but but Zach, I highly recommend you
(01:30:02):
to, you know, consider a carnival diet at least for a
month because I had a really badankle pain in playing soccer in
college. And after college, ever since I
switched to a carnival diet, that same pain just just went
away, you know? So I, I just, you know, give you
(01:30:25):
a recommendation, you know? Well, that, that is interesting.
So I I will take that to mind. I, I wish I could loan you my
ankles. I have indestructible ankles,
but clearly not with the shoulder.
So anyway. Oh, no, the pain is like gone.
It's, it's, it's actually crazy.The pain is like absolutely
(01:30:46):
gone. And it was something that was
literally like bothering me throughout college.
And yeah, it's just red meat, man.
OK, OK. I mean, I do, I do eat.
I do eat meat. Now, it's not that I don't eat
meat, but. Yeah, but it seems like it seems
like you've you've, you know, you've increased your carbs
(01:31:10):
intake. You know, I'm just looking at
your old streams. I'm seeing, I'm seeing a Lena,
Zach. Well, you might be looking at
yogurt. My body had changed a lot by the
time I started streaming becauseI.
If you don't, as you know, if you don't work out for a year,
you'll lose a lot of your gains.When I started streaming I had
(01:31:31):
pretty much not been in the gym for a whole year, which was 1st
in in my adult life. So I've all I've always been
slimmer in the time I've been a presenter.
I've never been in bad shape, but I just used to be in a lot
better shape and sweet lady really wants me to get back to
that. But I don't think it's quite
possible with the condition of my shoulder but.
Well, trust me that that that, trust me, trust me.
(01:31:52):
I just look into the carnival diet, try for a month, just a
month and see how, see how it goes and if it feels good.
You know what I'm saying? You got to start lifting for
your sweet lady man. Well I might not go carnivore
but I have been thinking if I ifI get my protein intake way up
it might help rebuild the shoulder so carbs.
(01:32:15):
That's, that's, that's refined carbs, really sure you know,
carbs is good if it's like real fruits, you know, cause some
fruits and stuff, you know, but.Well, that, that's pretty much
the only thing I I don't really eat.
I mean, we have a little rice here and there because sweet
lady is Asian and likes her rice, but we, we do a lot less
of that. But most of my carbs probably do
come from fruits. All right, all right, I'll, I'll
(01:32:36):
take, I'll take your high protein intake recommendation to
heart and see if I can make thisshoulder get better because I've
been nursing it for 12 years now.
So I appreciate that. Anti I'm anti vegetarian just a.
Disconnect. You know, humanity, you know, I
just feel like that's just. A Well, look at my guy here,
(01:32:58):
though. Look at, look at my guy up here,
the vegan body lifter. What do you think about him?
Who? The guy right on the screen.
This guy right on the screen right here, This guy's totally
vegan. Yeah, but but he's probably
lifting a lot like you can be vegan, but like I can see his
busy. He's probably lifting a lot like
(01:33:19):
it's. If he if he was eating protein,
he would have been basically almost like Donald because
protein helps you build more muscle.
Quicker, but he gets you can getyou can get protein as a as a
vegan. I mean, that's the thing.
I'm sure he's getting plenty of protein to be as big as he is.
My my point is, again, you take care of yourself.
(01:33:40):
You eat right, There's there's multiple roads to the same
result. But I I hear everything you're
saying, Eloise. So I'm gonna let a few more
people get in here before I got to go.
But thank you for the the high protein recommendation.
I think you could be right aboutthat.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, man, you have a good
day. Yeah, because I do hear a lot of
(01:34:00):
this, like, oh, vegan, you'll beso weak.
I know that's not true from being a vegan myself.
And again, look at this guy. And there used to be a regular
contributor to this committee who is also a black man who was
a vegan. His name is David Tanks.
He used to put his name out there.
He's a pro bodybuilder. So we used to have a vegan
bodybuilder in his community. I always wonder what happened to
David. I hope he's still out there
watching somewhere. Used to be a regular caller to
(01:34:22):
the TFR show. What's up 917?
Hey, what's? Up.
Yeah. How about if?
How about if you do less? Less weight and more wrapped.
Well, that, well, that that's that's how I have worked out
when I've worked out because, you know, anytime I've tried to
put on more weight, I felt quitea bit of.
(01:34:42):
So no, yeah, that that's been mything.
But again, when you got your sweet Lego and I want you to get
bulky against what's like hard to get bulky when you're not
lifting more weight and it's hard to lift a lot of weight
with this shoulder. So anyway.
Yeah, I, I used to work out realhard, like like super hard.
I was like, you know, and I was like that I'm a small guy.
(01:35:03):
I know I'm not small, but you know, I was like at 1:00, almost
160, lifting 315. Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, double your weight. Exactly I.
Was I was repping that? I was repping that four to six
times, you know. But then so when I said that I
could nearly do double my weight, I could get it up two
times. So to do it 4 to 6 times, that's
really impressive. That was, I'm almost, I'm, I'm
(01:35:25):
40. I'm not, Oh my, I'm 40.
So like, you know, so that was when I was in my 20s, you know,
so now I understand my, my body a little better and I know that
I got to work it out. You know, I like I got to do
card aesthetics is very important when you get older.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's, that's something about
too. It's like, all right, sweet
ladies in my ear and I'm gettingolder.
The older you get, the more you got to put in the work.
(01:35:47):
It's not like when you are in your 20s.
So the further, the further you get ahead and don't do it, the
harder it's going to be to come back.
But yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean I've seen I've seen guys
7077 years old still doing pull ups.
You know, so have you ever, haveyou ever?
He's in New York somewhere. Have you ever seen the older
black man who's in his 70s who uses the like, monkey bars and
(01:36:10):
children's playground as a workout?
He's completely ripped. Have you ever seen that guy?
I don't know. He's on YouTube.
Can. I check it out.
Yeah, he got the body. He's 77 years old and has the
body of a 20 year old. Yeah.
I used to do the vegan thing. I was an angry vegan and I
learned that it's good to detox, you know, every, every, every,
(01:36:32):
you know, every quarter or however you want.
You know, in the year you don't have to become a vegan like, but
it's important to detox, you understand.
Indeed. I went through that whole vegan
thing, like, you know, I was just obsessed, like, you know,
no meat, no meat. But I learned through I learned
(01:36:53):
it was learning process. You know, you go through these
phases, the learning process, and it's important to detox.
You know, you don't have, you don't have to give up, you know,
don't eat meat every, I mean, every day too.
But you understand, it's, it's yeah, whatever.
But I wanted to call about this the teacher James thing.
The latest 42 ritual. Yeah, I think if you imagine
(01:37:18):
from today's upcoming birthday on 10/18, it's a it's a 72 days
and. It would be a span of 72 days,
yeah. President Trump equals 72 and
the full does attorney general equals 70.
Two and Jesuit order. Yeah, yeah, they got it both
(01:37:40):
ways. Well, actually.
Actually, President Trump and Attorney General have a triple
over that in in the base size, which in the full base size
which. Yeah, makes sense.
Yeah, Yeah. So yeah, 72 days.
All right, All right. Appreciate those observations.
(01:38:00):
Thank you. All right, all right, Take care,
man. Seven O 7.
Hey, what's happening, Zach? Yeah, what's up?
Hey man, yeah, I can dig this. I can dig this combo.
I don't truly believe in the total counter board guide
because it takes longer for thatneed to process your stomach and
(01:38:21):
all it does is just sit in there.
And I, I know for a fact that when I switched to a vegetarian
diet, I still maintain the quality lead muscle and I lost
over £60 to the year. So I mean, I was one of the
things, so I'm, you know, I justjiu jitsu, I run all that stuff,
(01:38:44):
man. I used to play football, all
that stuff. So I think that a balanced guy
like you said with you have to get your, the way, the refined
sugars, carbs, all that stuff. Just eat good whole food.
Like in the mornings you make sure you get your fruits and you
don't really need to eat more than maybe 2 meals a day because
(01:39:06):
all it's your body, the longer it takes to digest it slows your
body down or recover. So you want to have things that
are moving out of your body and you want your body on a regular
so that when you're getting, so that when you're sleeping your
body instead of digesting to recovery, you know?
Yeah, I I agree with the two meals a day.
(01:39:28):
I think everybody should do intermittent fasting every day,
eating a 16 hour window or less.I always eat my first meal
sometime in the afternoon and then and then dinner and that's
it. I skip breakfast every day.
Right, right. Yeah.
My, my, I used that. I used to think that I needed
three meals a day, man. And, you know, I, I really did.
And a lot of the stuff that that's probably in our dress is
(01:39:50):
just poop. The the human body carries over
5 to 10 lbs of poop about a yearif you don't clean yourself out.
Some people even hold up to 2020to 30 lbs in their gut, you
know, and it's just sitting. There.
Fermenting and carrying parasites so I don't mess with
that. You know, I'm not, I'm not a
Muslim or anything like that, but I did stop eating pork, stop
(01:40:12):
eating it for a year. I stopped looking like a pig.
You are exactly what you eat. So if you consume something that
doesn't sweat and everything he eats saves in his body, all he
does is transfer to you, you know, So you got to make sure
that you choose the right thing to eat.
But I don't mess with anything that feeds on the bottom of the
(01:40:32):
ocean or I don't mess with no cleaners of the ocean no more.
I just love, I used to love oysters, all that stuff and all
that stuff. I fix your predatory, predatory
fish with scales. Also no octopus for eels,
nothing crazy. I don't even mess with sushi no
more due to the fact that as soon as she can carry aerosol, I
(01:40:54):
don't need that in my body. And ever since I stopped Porsche
in my family, my wife, she's asked he's, she don't have them
no more. He said if pork, the pig, I
guess if something's known as Lucho or Legion, that's the pig
that I guess Christ took the demons into and went crazy, went
(01:41:14):
over a Cliff. You know, the only way you can
get rid of those demons is through fasting and prayer.
You know, the parasite that you control your mind like a demon.
It makes you feel or act certainways.
That's not yourself. So I, I, I totally agree with
you about having a Valentine, but you got to choose the right
days to eat certain things should not be eating that we
(01:41:37):
feast on and we think it's so. So that's all I got to say is
that. All right.
I appreciate that information. Thank you.
All right, have a good one. OK.
The other thing that's comical about Sweet Lady is she wants me
(01:42:00):
to get bulky again, but she doesn't want me to get a gym
membership. She's like, you can do it here
with the dumbbells. She has no idea.
I'm like, listen, you want me toget bulky, which can be a hard
thing to do with her shoulder. I need to get back in the gym
because I need to be able to lift more than the 50 LB
dumbbells I have around here. What's up 646?
Hey, what's going on, Zach? How you doing man?
(01:42:21):
I'm doing well. How are you?
I just want to hear I'm doing, I'm doing good, man.
Yeah. Did you want a topic of diet?
You know, I just want to, you know, chime in.
I'm going to agree with the the previous caller as well.
You know, with the the whole eating meat thing.
I feel like, you know, people inthis country, you know, with the
whole European diet, we're kind of were indoctrinated with that,
you know, eating meat, meat, meat, you know, for every meal,
(01:42:43):
you know, you know, you wake up in the morning, they tell you
they eat this heavy. You know, even with the think
about it, when we grew up in school, we learned about the
food pyramid and eating all this, you know, heavy eating
heavy carbs and bread and pasta and all that stuff is, you know,
now that we see is a lot of people ended up, you know, sick
and just disease because of all of these foods that they're
eating. So especially when we come, we
(01:43:05):
talk about the meat. Yeah.
If even if you look go back intonature and looking into nature,
you know, we don't have that intestine, you know, to really
be a consuming heavy well-being heavy meat eaters, you know,
when we don't have the same digestive tract, there's a lot
of the a lot of the different animals that have that digestive
(01:43:25):
tract to eat meat like, you know, like a lion, you know,
just checking they have like shorter digestive tract.
So when they eat meat, it it if they eat it and then they pretty
much defecate it out like prettypretty, you know, pretty soon.
For people who don't know what he's saying that and I learned
this as a teenager too, and that's out to me right away.
Our gut intestine is a lot more like a herbivores.
(01:43:46):
A carnivore has just a short straight tract.
We have this back and forth thatgoes on for a long distance.
And our teeth are also a lot more like a herbivores, nothing
like a carnivores. So anyway, go ahead.
Yeah, no, you guys are absolutely right.
So I mean, like I said, if you just look at something like that
simple as anatomy, you would, you would tell that we are
(01:44:07):
supposed to be, you know, eatingfruits, eating vegetation,
eating, you know, nuts and seeds.
You know, that's why we, we're supposed to be eating fruit, you
know, at first thing in the morning, you know, these
carnivals. I, I think this carnivore diet
is doing more harm than good. You know, I mean, I know there's
some people who are going to benefit more from it, like who
are going to have some benefits from it, but I feel like in the
(01:44:29):
long run, those people are goingto have a lot of issues coming
going down the line because likeI said, you're not really
supposed to be heavy eating thisheavy meat, you know, as much
as. Again, this is the way I see it.
Blood type diet. I I think there's something real
to it. Some of our ancestors are like
Eskimos. They come from a place where you
don't have any vegetation and they did this live off hunting
animals. That's like what their that's
(01:44:50):
their ancestry, their DNA livingoff the animals they haunted.
These people are probably ideal for a carnivore diet.
That's not most of our ancestry.You're I I imagine that's it's a
small percentage of the human population.
So no, yes, exactly. And if they people have this,
like this misconception that, you know, if you're a plant
(01:45:12):
based or you're a vegan, you're,you're not going to get enough
protein to to thrive and things like that.
But if you look at like even like look at gorillas, gorillas
are one of the biggest animals. They don't eat meat.
You know, if you look at elephants, they're huge.
They don't consume meat. Turtles, they live for, you
know, tortoises and stuff. They live past 200 years where
(01:45:32):
they outlive, they outlive us all the time.
And they live 200 years and theydon't eat any meat, you know, So
if you just look at look at nature, you know, a lot of these
things you should be looking into, you know, we don't have
the same type of, you know, teeth and like you said, to
consume these things. So that's one of the things, you
know, we should start looking into our diet as far as, you
(01:45:54):
know, what we should and shouldn't be.
And, and I always say, hey, you should look into nature because
that's one of the biggest like flags that tell you like, Hey,
these are maybe these are the things we should be.
And you know, but even with meat, you know, they have a
thing called angstroms that thatit actually measures like the
electricity in certain foods. Meat has no, especially once you
cook it, it has no angstroms of electricity in it after it's
(01:46:17):
cooked. So you're not getting any
electrical charge from that meatthat you're eating.
Fruits and vegetables, they wellfruits have the highest
electrical energy in it than anyanything that you can consume
because it's still powered, it'sbeing powered by the sun.
So you know like a seed, you canplant a seed and it'll grow, you
know, just into a whole bunch offruit.
(01:46:38):
You can't plant chicken bones and a steak bone and stuff.
You're not going to get anythingfrom it.
It's dead much it's dead. It's dead fruits, you know, live
on and you're going to have to you desiccate whatever you'll
have those seeds probably in your desiccation and that can
grow more life. So a lot fruits.
That's one of the things you should be really consuming.
A lot of you know, a lot of people go with these carnivore
diets and they don't eat any fruit.
(01:46:58):
They don't eat any vegetables. And I'm sure you're you're
missing a lot of amino acids. That's all the protein really is
that this concessional protein is amino acids, the complex
amino acids, kale and a lot of these other things.
They have complex amino acids. So those are the things that,
you know, have quote UN quote, high protein that we could be
(01:47:20):
consuming. Even if you don't eat meat and
you'll still have, you'll still be able to keep up your
physique, keep up your, you know, horses when they don't
have enough like fat or enough muscle, they'll feed them, what
is it called? Alfalfa sprouts.
Alfalfa sprouts is very high in protein because, you know,
that's what they give the horseswhen they're not, you know,
(01:47:41):
muscular enough or anything likethat, they'll they'll give them
that. So like I said, I just want to
say, you know, we have to start looking until I diet more.
So I'm, I'm actually happy that you're considering, you know,
talking more about diet, becausethat's, there's a lot of
misconceptions with that, especially.
And I, I, I'm, I've been plant based.
I mean, I don't like to say I'm vegan because vegan, it's kind
(01:48:02):
of, you know, people when peoplesay vegan, they think they're
eating, you know, Beyond Burgersand going to Burger King.
And getting plant. Bugs getting, you know, beyond
whoppers and things like that. No, that's not really that's
kind of a that's, that's, that'sjust the, the lazy, the lazy
vegans, you know, the real vegans and the ones that are
plant based. We have, you know, real strict
diets and what we consume and want to put in our body.
So, well, I'll tell you, I'll tell you I was a very simple
(01:48:23):
vegan. When I was a vegan, I ate a ton
of black beans and a ton of spinach and other fruits and
vegetables, But the, the core part of my diet was black beans.
I ate a lot of black beans and they're good for you and they
have a lot of protein. So I wasn't protein deficient.
And, and the other thing, that'sthe other thing that I liked
about that. Again, I, for everyone who
thinks it's so bad, it's not. The nice thing about this is you
(01:48:45):
don't have to cook your food. I mean, just so simple to eat.
Your body processes it really well.
I, I had such good energy levelswhen I was vegan.
That was one of the, I'd say wasone of the biggest things.
I just, I was just like bubblingover with energy and my energy's
always been pretty good. But I trust me, my, I was at my
optimal energy level. I was also younger, but just
(01:49:07):
when I was a vegan, I, I, I had a lot of positive things to say
about that diet. Yeah, you don't feel sluggish
after you eat. You know, you don't have to take
a nap after a meal. You know, you don't have to.
Your body doesn't have to take anap and sleep just to to digest
your food. You have so much energy you have
to eat and things like that, youknow, so there got to be
something going, right? I mean, I've been doing it for
(01:49:28):
what 4 plus years and I've been,I've never felt any better than
I did. Like I said, I go to work,
people always around me, they'reeating there, you know what I
mean? I don't like, I don't judge
anybody, but I could see the difference.
You know, they're getting all tired and 50 after they eating
all a few chicken wings and eating the steaks and stuff and
I'm sitting there eating my, youknow, my meal and I'm feeling
amazing, ready to, you know, continue working my shift.
(01:49:49):
And these guys are all tired andcan't do anything.
So there's something to it, man.For.
Sure. Yeah.
All right. All right, I appreciate the
call. Thank you.
No doubt, man. You know, The thing is though,
I, I know that most people just I, I mean, people treated me
like I was the enemy of the world.
Anytime I I when I was a vegan, I just learned not even talk
about that I was a vegan becausethey just like started some
confrontational moment. Go to a what would you say?
(01:50:13):
All I have to talk about is how I eat my food.
Let's talk about something else. And like I said, I mean, look at
this guy. This guy does a great job over
here. Excellent example hardly any
Subs because he's talking about vegan so and again I'll also say
here here's the guy that eats lots of meat and is also in good
(01:50:33):
shape a little bit younger than than this guy.
This guy looks younger to me andand definitely has the better
physique. But you know nearly 20 million
Subs, 50K Subs hardly any views on any video.
This guy, every video he puts out has a ton of views.
So, and that, that was the otherthing I learned about eating
vegetables that that all the antioxidants, all the cleaning
(01:50:56):
just help it helps keep your body younger.
So, but again, I, I do believe in the blood type.
And like I said, sweet lady started to have a teeth and
dental problems as a vegan. It didn't work out for her.
So it's definitely not for everybody.
You got to experiment in life tofigure out what works for you.
Again, as human beings, we're all similar, but we all have our
(01:51:18):
different intricacies too. But yeah, I, I think I am going
to be incorporating just more diversity in the channel and
we'll see how long it takes you to make the transition because
it has become part of my DNA to decode the news and present.
Because I, you know, I still, I want people to wake up to how
we're getting played every day by the same old as they have a
(01:51:41):
mass shooting at a school with A2 O1 address by the numbers.
But yeah, like I said earlier, Iwas saying if I was in this
community and I could set up some charity to help out people.
I know the thing that these, this community needs more than a
gematria is just to take care ofthemselves.
Because I, I see the kids when they're outside.
I mean, they're all fat. It's just crazy.
It's just need more people talking nutrition and helping
(01:52:04):
people out. And ultimately, I mean, I don't
even know what it's going to look like in the future when all
these kids who are already fat and obese by the time they're my
age. I mean, they're going to they'll
be lucky to be alive. So anyway, I got to go get sweet
girl, you guys. Thanks again to the generous
donors. Yeah, Thank you again.
(01:52:28):
Reblanto, Frank, the truth tank.Thank you.
Carl. Dale, Irving, Jill, Bob.
Lucky. Got the last one, said Mr. Zach.
Nobody gives a shit about knowledge.
Just become a streamer and talk.People will love it, you know,
I, I, I, I trust me. I've noticed.
I've noticed people just talkingout of their ass, not putting
(01:52:49):
anything into it. They are doing better, aren't
they? You work your ass off.
You teach something that's rare, unique, important.
Very few people care. You just get on on YouTube and
talk shit. Boom.
But somehow I'm thinking about doing you guys.
I want to start walking at least5 miles a day, every day.
(01:53:11):
I don't know if I can walk and talk about because that's that's
about two hours of walking. But I am starting thinking about
starting a new YouTube channel called Walk and Talk.
Then again, I don't know if I can get another channel
monetized. I tried to set up that other
channel and they never monetizedwasn't the right word.
I wouldn't mind getting it monetized, but the right word is
getting it so I can have the streaming ability that the other
(01:53:32):
channel I tried to set up, it never gave me the streaming
privilege. And I had to do that face thing.
I had to do this. So I'm thinking that's the
problem, thinking they're like, oh, this guy's had too many
channels. So I don't, I don't know if I
can create another YouTube channel.
I guess I could always do it on another platform.
But yeah, walking in the lost art of walking.
(01:53:55):
Walking is so important to, you know, walking each day.
It's good for your metabolism, good for a lot of things, keeps
your body. We're we're meant to walk you
guys. We weren't meant to drive around
in cars. That's the luxury of the times.
We were meant to be on our feet moving open up Says look into
Squat University on YouTube and other social media for mobility.
Your shoulder. OK, yeah, maybe where there's a
(01:54:19):
will, there's a way. But yeah, I've.
I've been nursing the damaged shoulder for 12 years.
It would be nice if there's someway to get it to even even 50%
would be great. All right, guys, I got a sweet
girl. Thanks again.
Have a great rest of your day and until next time, true
Seeker.
