A former Kaaawa resident's award-winning film is now in theaters nationwide and debuting in Hawaii at Ward Consolidated Theaters. Kealohi Lucero, a Kamehameha Schools and University of Hawaii graduate, and her husband, Anthony, wrote, directed, produced and edited "Paper Bag Plan." The filmmakers share how they managed to produce the independent film with little resources while juggling parenthood and offer advice to those looking to break into the movie industry.
