I was a habitual heavy drinker for almost 15 years and it had a massive hold on my life. I've been sober for many years now and in this episode, I share my perspective on what it takes to break the cycle... and why we do it in the first place. Looking back at the old version of myself that thought it would be impossible to kick the habit brings tears to my eyes. There's so much beauty and freedom on the other side of this that goes WAY beyond just kicking the booze. This episode is what I needed to hear when I was at my worst.
