Today, we’re moving into the next few verses, where Jesus shifts from who we are becoming to how we are called to live in the world. Specifically, we’re going to focus on Matthew 5:13–16. This is where the Sermon on the Mount becomes even more personal. Jesus is telling us not just who we are in the Kingdom, but how that identity must shape our impact on the world around us.
