Jesse R. Jaime Sr. is a dedicated Lead Campus Supervisor 2 (Safety) at San Dimas High School within the Bonita Unified School District, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff. A proud member of the El Monte/Rosemead community, Jesse is deeply committed to giving back to the people and youth of his hometown. His personal and professional mission revolves around helping others break through adversity and see that there is more to life than what might seem immediately in front of them.
Jesse’s life story is one of resilience and transformation. Growing up without parents and running the streets, he faced numerous challenges, including living without purpose or direction. However, his ability to overcome those obstacles and find meaning in his life has been nothing short of inspiring. Today, Jesse lives with a renewed sense of purpose and is a father of four and grandfather of two. His journey from hardship to hope is something he shares with the youth he mentors, teaching them life lessons drawn from his own experiences.
A key highlight in Jesse’s professional career was being named Coach of the Year by both the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and the Daily Bulletin Inland Valley, an acknowledgment of his leadership and impact in the sports community. He also received the honor of being named Saint of the Month at work, a reflection of his dedication and outstanding contribution to his school and the students he serves. Outside of his work as a campus supervisor, Jesse coaches wrestling, football, and girls’ flag football, passing on his wisdom and life experiences to the next generation.
Jesse’s expertise lies not in traditional coaching, but in the power of life lessons. Having overcome numerous hardships, he uses his personal journey as a guide for others, especially today’s youth, teaching them how to navigate adversity and rise above challenges. His message is clear: there is always a path forward, no matter how tough the circumstances may seem.
