On this week's episode, we welcome back Dra. Kimberly Rios-Lam from @dr.rioslam to our little community. Together, we hold space to talk about our relationships with suicide. We believe that suicide prevention awareness is something that should happen 356 days year round and that it's important to continue having open conversations regardless of how intimidating or scary it might be. For communities of color, we are uniquely impacted by suicide and we hope that this helps stimulate some curiosity about what we can do about it.
As always, we love hearing from you so please comment, ask questions and engage with us on Instagram @mytherapistfriends to continue the conversation.
Your Therapist Friends,
Leslie and Kim
