It's the second in the Crossword Mysteries series.This film stars Lacey Chabert, Brennan Elliott, John Kapelos, and Barbara Niven. The story comes from the twisted mind of New York Times crossword editor Will Shortz.
Chabert stars as Tess Harper, the plucky New York Sentinel crossword editor who can't stop getting embroiled in murder mysteries. In this film, she does a favor for a friend who'd like to propose through her daily crossword puzzle. But the proposal goes over as well as an incorrect crossword answer scrawled in ink after the friend gets murdered.
