My vivid imagination of a potential bridge collapse showed me in real-time how we create our reality. This experience crystallized my understanding of how manifestation truly works.

Thanks for tuning in to the Mystical Truths podcast.
This is Rebecca.
I haven't done an episode for alittle while because two
reasons, one, my grandkidswanted to play a lot this summer
, and that comes first.
And also I just wasn't feelingit, and one of the things I
teach is if you're not feelingit, don't do it.
So kids are back to school.
I'm feeling it, so here we are.

(00:31):
And in perfect timing, ofcourse, because just recently I
was thinking a lot abouteverything we hear about
manifestation and getting whatyou want, your desires and law
of attraction, and you know,there's just so much that we
hear.
And I thought to myself andthen I sort of thought in the
direction of Source, what doesit boil down to?

(01:00):
What are the must-dos?
Because there's just a lot ofdata, a lot of information, and
I get it, I understand a lot ofit, but I feel like I need to
get some stuff out of the wayand just take it to its core.
And, I immediately got thefeedback, "ou already know,
write it down.
So I thought, okay, so Istarted writing and I ended up

(01:21):
writing down 12 points that arethe must-dos.
We must do these and we oftendon't do these.
We talk about them but we don'tactually do them.
None of the fluff stuff, justthe real bottom line.
And then I decided, well, youknow what.

(01:41):
I want to talk about this withother people regularly to keep
us all on track, becauseconsistency is vital.
I mean, that's the whole key,that's the big deal consistency.
And we can't just do this forlike 10 or 15 minutes a day and
that's it.
I mean you can, but there's abetter way.
ere I decided to offer a, fornow, a 12-week talk by Zoom.

Anybody that wants to join inlet me know.
I'll send you a link.
You can join in every Sunday,some Sundays, whatever you want,
to do to talk about this, sothat we can cover these in an
interactive way and a fun wayand listen to each other's
stories or ideas and keep eachother consistently attracting

the things that we really wantto attract.
So I put that out there andthat's going to start this
Sunday , 8/24/25, 6pm to 7:30 pmEastern time.

So if you want to join in,email me and I'll send you the
link and I'll also send you theactual points that I laid out
plus a little bit of notes forthem, so you can have that basic
core stuff.

And then the other day, I justfelt like I wanted to look
through this list, because eventhough there are only 12, I
still felt like it had to be, Idon't know, less or something.
And so, as I'm looking throughthem, I was shown there's really

(03:39):
only one.
There's really only one! So theother ones are just How-to's
for the one Do.
The one must do! So Irearranged the notes and it
really makes beautiful sense.
Now there's this one must doand all of the other points

(04:03):
support that.
Give you more information abouthow to do that Do and just give
you the meat to go with it.
So I want to run through thisnow for those of you who can't
join in on the Sundays, and ifthe Sundays go well, we want to
keep it going at the end of the12 weeks.
If another time or day worksout better for everybody, then

(04:24):
we'll switch it.
But I just want to get that ballrolling and give everybody who
wants to the opportunity to, forfree, no charge, tune in, learn
and maybe change your life.
Because we have to do somethingif we want things to change.
So this would be a good thingto do.

(04:51):
So the one Do is 'Get in thevibrational space where what you
want, what you love, what youdesire already exists' That's
the thing.
Get in the vibrational spacewhere it already resides, where
it already vibrates, where it'salready active and can be then
visual, manifestable into yourworld.

(05:12):
Because if you think it, if youwant it - thoughts are real
things, we're on the leadingedge of thought here.
When you have a thought, thatnow is real, it's a real
possibility in your world, whichis good to know.
But we need a little bit moreinformation, we need a little

(05:35):
deeper understanding of that.
And you know, this is all easy.
None of this is difficult.
None of it is.
We're already doing it anyway,but we're doing it often in ways
that don't produce what we want.
They just keep producing whatwe already have or what we don't
want.
So that's what I want to cleanup with this.
How can we consistently, orconsistently enough, be in the

(06:02):
vibrational space where thatthing lives long enough that it
shows up?
And one thing that happened tome recently that really
clarified this is, I was drivingacross a bridge and I just had
this weird thought, "I wonder,what it is like when a bridge
collapses and you're on it?

(06:23):
You know, of course, that mustbe bizarre, but I started, just
as I was thinking about it,watching where I was at on the
bridge and if the bridge wouldcollapse now, and I was glad I
was still moving because I wasgetting closer to the other side
and it would be maybe better,the closer I was to the other
side, and I'm thinking, you knowso, if it collapsed, the bridge

(06:45):
would fall this way, and thisis all playing out in my
daydreaming kind of way, and I'mthinking I would open my window
before it hits the water.
I would you know just all thesethings that you hope you can
quickly do.
I'm imagining my vehiclelanding in a way that I can get
out and that I can grab ontopart of the bridge.

(07:07):
I didn't want to be in thewater, so I'm just thinking what
it would be like to get over tothe edge of the water and get
up onto land.
Would I float on something?
Would I be able to crawl acrosssomething?
Would I swim in that dirtyriver if my life depended on it?
If my life depended on it?
And then I'm seeing myself inthe grass on the other side

(07:33):
looking at everything that justhappened and waiting for the
rescue people to come.
No-transcript.
Stop thinking that, because wedon't want to create that right.
But, more importantly, that'sexactly how we create.
Now I'm not going to give thatany more attention other than to
share the story with you, soI'm not bringing it into my

(07:55):
world, but it was a good and I'msure it was inspired by the
other side a good way to have mesee in real time what being in
the vibrational space means.
When you're in your thoughts,in your feeling, in your

(08:15):
visualization, you'redaydreaming.
Are you in that vibrationalspace?
That's how, and so you can seehow we're doing this all day
long.
When you plan a trip, a vacation, as you go through your day,
you don't sit for 10 minutesevery day and put nice music on

(08:37):
and visualize your trip.
Not that that's not a goodthing, but you just
automatically start to thinkabout elements of that trip as
you go about your days.
You're thinking about whatyou'll pack, where you might
want to go when you're on thattrip, what this might be like,
how fun it'll be to see thisthing that you've never seen
before.
You're thinking of all these,which toiletries you're going to

(08:59):
take with you, how you're goingto maneuver to get there and
what that's going to be like.
We can make that a really funthing, or we can start to worry
that our plane will be delayedor that this will be too
expensive or that won't beavailable, or there's going to

(09:22):
be crabby people there, or Iheard that it's really hot and
humid.
We can start creating that.
That's still planning, it'sstill prepaving, it's still
manifesting.
But usually we don't.
Usually we think, because it'svacation, we think some happy
thoughts and it plays itself outwell.
So since we're already doingthis, why not add a little bit

(09:49):
of juice to it and amp up yourexpectation and just think about
that thing or those things thatyou want to make different,
real in your world?
So I'll give you some of theother supporting data.
One is live the dream right now, instead of thinking when this

(10:14):
happens or if it happens, thinkabout it like it's right now.
Like right now, when you thinkabout that vacation, you're
thinking about it in real time.
You're thinking even though youknow it's out there in physical
time, you're thinking about itas if it's real right now when
you're planning for it.
And that's why, over the years,you probably heard people say,

(10:38):
if you want a new car, seeyourself in the car, smell the
new car smell.
Feel the steering wheel, lookout its windows, look at the
dashboard.
Go to a car dealership and sitin the car, make it as real as

(11:03):
possible.
Those are just nice ways to getyou into the vibration of it
right now.
Whether you own it or not,you're still in the car and then
you being in the car willbecome a thing.
Another one is see yourself andyour life through the eyes of
Source.
Source wants you to haveeverything that you want.
That's called eternity, that'scalled creation.
So if you want it and Sourcewants you to experience it, then

(11:26):
where's the holdup?
We are the holdup.
So love yourself.
Relax, take some nice deepbreaths and talk nice to
yourself.
Remind yourself why the betterhealth that you want, or the
relationship that you want, orthe pet that you want.

(11:47):

remind yourself why you deservethat and why it's such a good
idea.
Another one is practiceappreciation.
Not so much gratitude, becausethe Other Side tells us
gratitude is a great thing, butit has pain in it.
"I'm so grateful that I havefood, or I'd be starving, right.
I'm so grateful that I at leasthave a place to live.

(12:09):
I could be homeless.
So instead, appreciation justhas appreciation, that's all.
There's no struggle in it.
So appreciate whatever you canall day long.
Look for things to appreciate.
Also, Affirm your beliefs.

(12:31):
Use positive statements thatback up what you want and why
you want it and how you'll haveit and how it's now.
It's already real, it's alreadyavailable.
The other side tells us, ourbodies can heal very easily and
very quickly, but we don'tbelieve that.

(12:53):
So that generally isn't thecase.
So say that to yourself.
Not my body 'will'.
.
.
m y body 'does' heal itself.
W e know it already does that.
If you get a cut, it'll healitself.
W e know it already does that.
Your body knows how toregenerate new cells because
it's doing it all of the time.

(13:13):
The body that you're in rightnow isn't the same body you had
10 years ago.
The cells are different.
Your red blood cells are only,they have a lifespan of 28 days.
Other cells, much longer thanthat, but there's not a cell in
the body that is the originalthat you were born with.
Another one is, Trust thateverything is working out for

(13:36):
you.
You hear me say this a lot ifyou've listened to this podcast
over the last, I think it's beentwo and a half, three years,
maybe because there's honey ineverything, absolutely
everything.
Somebody just said to merecently in a call, "there's a
movie project that she hasinvested in and, as the

(13:59):
executive director, producer,something like that, I don't
know there are certain decisionsthat she should be making along
that line.
Well, I guess they put thistogether and like pretty much
handed it to her in a donepackage and she was feeling some
sort of way wondering whydidn't they, why didn't I have
more input?
I could have enhanced this.

(14:19):
She said it's good, but I couldhave made it better.
And so she said you know, whatdo I do with the sort of
disgruntled or, maybe you know,just upset feelings that I have
about that?
And I said don't assume thatthis is not a good thing.
Trust that there's honey inthis, for you Know that there

(14:39):
must be a reason why this playedout the way it did, a reason
why this played out the way itdid.
Maybe more people will bemaking comments like well, if
you would have let her work onthis, it would have been even
better.
Maybe because she had beensaying through the summer that
she wanted less to do.
Well, life helped her out withthat, gave her less to do.

(15:00):
So why complain about somethingthat we, you know we put out
there, just happened.
In a way she didn't expect itto.
That's all.
And then some extra reallyhelpful tips for making what you
want real in your life is toclarify,
Be specific about what you want.

(15:21):
The other side tells us be asspecific as you can as long as
it feels good.
If you start to not feel good,you feel a little off as you're
getting specific, then you'rehitting a raw nerve.
Just back up and be moregeneral.
For example, let's say you wantto be, let's say, the CEO of a

(15:45):
company, that really lights upfor you.
You just really want to be theCEO and you really wish that
somebody would just offer youthe position and that could be a
good thing, just like that.
But what if?
If you're being honest withyourself, what if it would be
better if you took a lowerposition and then a little

(16:09):
higher position and then tookthe CEO position?
Because you would gain theexperience of those positions,
you would gain more knowledgeabout the company, whatever it
is?
Sometimes we think we want toshoot high and then it feels off
, and so we kind of work againstour own creation.

(16:30):
The next thing is Take InspiredAction.
People say, well, I can't justsit on a couch and wait for
these things to manifest into mylife, which is true, but the
other side tells us let it lightup for you.
Before you take action.
If you don't feel like doingsomething, like I said earlier,

(16:50):
then just don't do it.
There's a reason for that.
If it feels really good, that'sinspired action.
If it feels like this is a goodtime, now I really want to do
this, or I want to go there, orI want to meet this person, or I
want to add water to my diet,because I don't drink any water
(Not me, I drink water all daylong), I'm just saying if that's

(17:11):
somebody, if that's your thingand you feel like adding that,
now's the time.
Another is Release Doubts andLimited Beliefs, and that's just
something that people throw outthere.
Release your doubts, get rid ofyour limiting beliefs.
What does that really mean?
It means you have to useself-talk.
It means you have to talkyourself into new habits of

(17:35):
thought.
If your go-to is to doubtsomething or to feel defeated or
like it's impossible.
"Sure, it happens for otherpeople, but not me then you have
to rethink those, re-talk thoseto yourself until you get more
comfortable in that, until it'sjust your norm to or more often,

(17:58):
at least your norm To thinkthat things can happen for you
or that you don't know how it'sgoing to come about, but you're
not doubting it.
The next one is just Prefer aHigh Vibration, just prefer to
feel good, I like to thinkthoughts that feel good to me.
Say those things to yourselfand then do that on purpose.

(18:22):
Think thoughts that feel better.
Have you ever noticed some daysyou get up and you're already
in sort of a mood and nothing'seven happened yet?
You're fine, you're fine untillike an hour and a half into
your day and you don't evenrealize it, but you're thinking
thoughts that are negative ornot helpful, or you're replaying

(18:45):
conversations that were nothappy ones.
You're remembering things thatweren't good.
Right, you're creating.
So, if you prefer a highvibration, feel good on purpose

(19:06):
, think on purpose.
Another one is Connect the Dots,give yourself credit for the
improvement, and this issomething I didn't do for a long
time with my intuition, with mymanifestation stuff, things
would improve but I didn'tconnect the dots of how I was
changing my habits, how I waschanging my thoughts and I was

(19:27):
preferring a higher vibrationand all the things we just
talked about.
Notice when things areimproving because they improve
in increments, what you wantdoesn't necessarily show up all
in one moment.
Sort of like the other sidesays, this is an Abraham quote,
"ou you'll be ready to be ready,to be ready to be ready, and

(19:48):
then you're ready.
And then, once you're ready andthe thing happens, now you want
more, because we're eternal andwe're here to create, so there
should always be more.
So when you get what you want,you form new preferences and now
you want other things or morethings or whatever.
And that's a good thing, it'ssupposed to be that way.

(20:09):
And then the last one is Let Goof the Outcome, let go of how
you think this is going to beput together or how you think it
should be.
And that takes us to trust.
Allow the synchronistic stuffof life to work its magic,
because to us it looks likemagic.

(20:30):
To all of creation it's simplestuff.
So we have to be willing to say, okay, I'm doing well at
creating what I want regularlyinto my life.
And find people who can helpyou stay on track with that,

(20:53):
people that will have niceconversations with you, people
that will talk about the stuffthat's good, that's happening,
that is wanted, not the what-ifs.
Oh, what if?
People love to talk about dramabut the negative drama is not
helping their goodmanifestations.
So let go of the outcome, justself-talk yourselves into trust

(21:18):
and then.

.
For example, let yourself besurprised and delighted by the
way things show up.
As far as health goes, theytell us that when you're doing
this, you're not trying toimprove your health, you're just

(21:40):
in a space where really nicehealth for you exists, this is
where the inspired action comesin.
Instead of motivating yourselfto do certain exercises or eat
certain things, or don't eatcertain things, or take
supplements or whatever it is,instead of motivating yourself,
allow yourself to be inspiredbecause then you'll be inspired

(22:05):
to the things that are a goodfit for you in good timing for
you.
See how that works.
