Speaker 1 (00:07):
Welcome to the
Mystical Truths Podcast.
This is Rebecca, and I'm reallyglad you're here.
Let's unlock your world.
What day is it, asked Winniethe Pooh?
It's today, said Piglet.
My favorite day, pooh replied.
You know, I think you justgotta love the simple.
My favorite day, pooh replied.
(00:28):
You know, I think you justgotta love the simple wisdom of
Winnie the Pooh.
Today should always be ourfavorite day, because the story
of our future is always beingtold today.
We're all creating it right now.
So right now is a perfect timeto talk about our future.
(00:48):
How can we know our trajectory?
The word trajectory means apath an object follows after
it's been thrown or shot in theair.
The path it follows, like howyou throw a ball, determines its
path and what comes next.
And, using me as an example, over the years I have made a
belief that I can't throw verywell, so I can stand in my
(01:15):
living room and toss an objectup the stairs to the landing.
By intention, I mean, it's whatI want to happen, but what will
actually happen is most often, that object will fly over the
railing back down into theliving room, or it'll hit the
ceiling or a wall and bounceright back down to me.
Because of my belief, the pathof an object that I throw up the
(01:39):
steps is not going to turn outthe way I hoped it would most of
the time.
So that's just an example ofhow we can recognize what's
coming out of the thoughts thatwe throw.
You know, how we put ourthoughts out there does
determine the path and what's inthat path as those thoughts go
(02:03):
forward.
Now can I form a new beliefabout how I throw?
Of course I can, but generallywhat has happened through the
years is that every time anobject goes over the railing
into the living room, I laugh.
I think it's funny because Ican't throw.
So I'm just reinforcing andthen proving that right.
So the next time I go to throw,I'm picking that subject up
(02:27):
where I last left it, which isthings just kind of spiral
wherever it goes because of mybelief it's not going to turn
out the way I really want it to,because my trajectory from my
belief doesn't really match theway I'd like it to be.
(02:48):
So think about that in ourfuture.
You can think oh, you know I'dlike to be really great, but
what are you actually tossingout there every day?
We need to be very aware of thepath that we are paving and will
(03:09):
follow by what we're sayingright now, what we believe right
now.
What if many of us form abelief that our future on this
planet is going to be reallyhard?
Then it's going to be.
It's going to be for the mostpart, and that's why this is
especially important right now.
It's time for the majority of usto pay attention and be aware
(03:34):
it just isn't someone else'sthing to do anymore.
It's yours to do.
It's mine to do, because we'vealways been creators of our
future.
We've always been doing it.
This is not new, but it's timefor us to not only know that but
to be intentional about it.
It's time to do it on purpose.
(03:57):
We can't continue to assume thatit is what it is, or if it's
meant to be.
That it is what it is, or ifit's meant to be, or we don't
really have much power, or sayin what happens, especially with
this planet or the people onthe planet as a whole, or that
everything is God's will and Goddecides all of this.
(04:19):
God's will is our free will tocreate, to be on the leading
edge of thought, and create itfrom those desires that we form
from the contrast here.
So God's will is for us to beas we choose to be, and we are
(04:40):
choosing that every singlemoment, individually, for our
own lives and as a whole.
So let's pay attention to that, because it's really super
important, right?
So, just as in your ownpersonal life, the story you
tell is the story you'll seesome version of and we will all
(05:03):
see some version of.
So do we really want to securea path of technology is ruining
kids, or that AI is dangerous,or that we're destroying the
planet, that the government orfill in the blank is controlling
us, or that war is inevitable?
Is controlling us, or that waris inevitable?
Is this really what we want toline up for ourselves?
(05:25):
Because it's not.
Most is not written in stone,so we get to choose.
Are those stories, or thestories that you see playing out
right now, that you don't like?
They just don't feel good toyou?
Is that really what you want toreel in again and again as we
(05:46):
go forward?
I recently heard a well-knownspiritual teacher and researcher
say with intensity we are in abattle between evil and love,
and I totally disagree with that.
I don't think there is a battle, or at least we don't have to
(06:06):
create one.
That's an outdated, conditionedinterpretation.
In my opinion.
There's no fight unless we makea fight.
Even at that, there's reallystill no fight.
Nobody truly ever wins a battle.
So do we want to create thatfear-based trajectory, that
(06:29):
fear-based motion forward?
What's really going on here isthat we're recognizing wanted
and unwanted and the powerthat's in that we are waking up
to.
We are realizing that, that weare waking up to, we are
realizing that.
So this isn't a fight, it's areleasing, it's an allowing,
(06:57):
it's a shift, a shifting from abelief of powerlessness to a
realization of personal andcollective power, the good power
, the natural power, the freedom.
If you look back over ourhistory, that's been the thing.
Everybody wants their freedomand we somehow which is all fine
, it's all good, it all has itspurpose developed perceptions
(07:19):
that we aren't free, not totally, that we are controlled, maybe
by government, by other people,by family, by God.
None of that feels comfortable, because none of that is actually
true.
This is what we're coming toknow.
This is why we're in a periodof rapid expansion.
(07:40):
We're ready, you know, and justwe need to pay attention to how
we feel as we go through this.
How does it feel to think we'rein a battle or that evil and
love are fighting it out?
That feels scary, that feelsuncomfortable, it just does not
feel good.
So that means there has to beuntruth to that, because how we
(08:03):
feel is direct feedback fromsource.
That's how we know, that's ourguidance, part of our guidance
system.
How we feel tells us whetherwe're seeing things the way
source is seeing it, whether weare in good timing, whether what
we're thinking about is goingto work out for us or for the
world.
(08:23):
That's how we know and think ofthe basic mechanics of the
universe.
And like the universal laws Idon't like the word law, that's
like a control word to me.
I guess I prefer the wordexists or bees, as in there are
(08:47):
bees or exists gravity thatkeeps us physically on this
planet.
Gravity, it's a thing there arebees or exists.
Cause and effect, which is anaction or event and its result
or results.
There be's or exists attraction.
(09:07):
Attraction is a thing Like.
Attracts like Not same attractssame.
Like vibration, attracts likevibration, something in that
vibrational category.
We know for sure that what wethink has an attraction to it
and vibrational matches willshow up every time.
(09:29):
There's no exception to that.
So what you think has always hasa trajectory and therefore is
syncing up with more along thatparticular path.
It's syncing up with the stuff, that particular path.
It's syncing up with the stuffthat, vibrationally, is equal to
it.
That's really big, that'spowerful, that's reality and
(09:51):
it's time we don't just talkabout it, it's time we actually
play around with it, get to knowit better, understand that
that's really how life works, because there are endless paths
or possibilities to anythingthat you're focused on, anything
that you're thinking about.
It's important to ask yourselfwhat you're setting as that path
(10:16):
forward.
How do you want this to go?
You get to pick, and isn't thatnice?
You know, and it makes senseand we have proved that what we
think about matters completelyand, while non-physical does
guide us and influence us, atthe end of the day, our future
(10:37):
is ours to create by ourthoughts and our beliefs right
now, today, right now in thismoment, and we get to pick those
.
We can change them if we wantto, and I'm sure you've noticed
I'm not the only one saying thisbecause it's time.
So more and more are sayingthis and understanding it and
(10:58):
spreading that information and,at the same time.
There's a lot out there beingsaid and even predicted about
our future a lot, and it varies.
So weed out what doesn't feelgood to you and just give your
attention to what does feel goodto you, because there are a lot
of people saying a lot ofthings about our future,
(11:20):
positive and negative.
You don't have to take whatthey're saying and decide that's
going to be the reality as wemove forward.
If it doesn't feel good to you,we may all have our own
realities that then create thiscollective reality.
I mean, there is that, but weare adding to the whole.
(11:41):
We're adding to the collectivereality, and one of us that is
staying in a positive light anda love is more powerful than
millions who are not.
So spend more time thinkingabout how you would like our
future to be.
When you're doing that, you'rehelping Use your inner radar.
(12:03):
We all have it, and the powerreally is ours.
We've had it all along.
We're just now realizing it asa truth, and not only do we have
the power, we have the abilityto make our future a really good
one, and we've already put alot of good into our future and
(12:23):
we're doing really well.
I just think we can do.
We can always do better.
There's always more, there'salways enhancement to anything.
So if you're worried abouteverything or anything, you're
not helping, you're using thepower of your thought or your
(12:43):
attention to create unwanted, because we're always doing this.
We can't not do it, and we are.
You know, like I said, we'reall over the place with our
beliefs and our opinions.
We see it so much more todaybecause there are not only a lot
of people on this planet, butwe.
It's a small world.
Through social media andwhatnot, we hear a lot being
(13:08):
said and a lot of opinions thatare so different from others,
and that's a good thing.
That's the variety.
But at our core, we all haveone united belief or opinion or
desire, and that's love oropinion or desire, and that's
(13:31):
love which does include freewill, prospering, expanding.
So I don't think we're reallygoing to muck this up at all,
but we can sweeten it.
Let's enhance our future.
Here's one easy way you can dowhat I call pick your power
minutes.
Just use your power minutes.
It's simple, it's easy.
Take five minutes.
It doesn't have to be five, itcan be four or six or 12 or 15,
(13:52):
but take, say, five minutes andfeel how you would love our
future to be for real.
Just five minutes a daydaydream.
Create that brain and heart orfeeling connection, because
that's creating on steroids.
There's so much more oomph inthat, because the power of
(14:13):
creation synchronizes to whatyou're thinking and feeling.
Whether it's your currentreality or not doesn't matter.
That's what's being connectedwith.
So, like I said, be real aboutit and you can even pick a
different topic each time you dothis.
You can do this while you'rewaiting for an appointment.
(14:34):
You can do it while you'regoing to the bathroom, right?
You don't have to be in aspecial place to do this.
So ask yourself like how would Ilike the government to be?
For example, that affects a lotof people and I wouldn't
suggest starting with whereeveryone gets along and agrees
(14:55):
and we have this one party ofunity Maybe, but that could also
be too big of a jump.
Maybe something like, if thisfits for you, a government of
people who work together withtheir differences and can debate
with respect, function withoutmanipulation or corruption,
(15:17):
leaders who lead with theirhearts, maybe.
You know we have threecandidates in the United States
right now running for president.
Listen to what each one of themis saying, not what's being
said about them.
Listen with your heart to whateach one of those three men are
saying and then go vote.
(15:40):
What about young people?
Maybe?
Something like I would love forthem to find their own ways as
smoothly as possible.
I trust that the newer ones arecoming in, just like my
generation did, to mix things upand to move life forward.
These souls are smart and Ihonor their personal journeys,
(16:10):
because if you're sayinganything, that means I wish
they'd all just do it the way Ithink they should, or be the way
I think they should be.
You're not thinking with yourheart and you'll feel it,
because that's control andjudgment, because we can't ever
all be the way somebody wants usto be.
So get centered in love firstand then take five minutes to
enhance our future.
There's a lot of good alreadyin our future.
(16:33):
You know, jobs are changing.
There are jobs that aredisappearing right now.
It's always been this way Inhistory.
There have been wholeindustries that have disappeared
in a short, very short periodof time because things must
change.
So when we have basic jobs oreven complicated jobs that don't
(16:56):
exist anymore, there's a reasonfor that.
There will be other things openthat are better than that, if
we'll expect it, because if youdon't expect it, it'll still be
there, but you won't see it.
So how would you like our foodto be?
We've seen a lot of changes inthat.
You know, we went through timeswhere additives were put in
(17:18):
foods that turned out to be abad idea, had their purpose but
turned out to be something wethought, no, that's not the best
way to go about it.
We've modified food in a waythat maybe isn't the best for us
, and this is how we learn.
It's all right, but how do wewant it to be?
Our medicine, our food, ourrelationships with other
(17:42):
countries, our planet?
How would you like this planetto be?
Not what you don't want or whatyou don't like, what feels good
to you.
Just do that because you'readding to the enhancement.
It may not feel like it becauseit's just you there by yourself
having some nice thoughts, butI guarantee you they count.
(18:04):
So, moment by moment, right now,the future is ours to create.
What are you adding?
You have the freedom to feelforward in fear and control and
powerlessness, or feel forward, feel your way forward in trust
and freedom and happiness, infreedom, in happiness, and, like
(18:31):
I said, this is not new.
Abraham Lincoln said the bestway to predict the future is to
create it.
Pope John Paul II said thefuture starts today, not
tomorrow.
Whitney Houston sang thechildren are our future.
Teach them well and let themlead the way, and I really I
totally agree with that.
Let them lead.
They're fresher souls.
(18:52):
They're coming in on the heelsof what we have experienced and
desired.
They're coming in fresh, they're coming in hot and
they're ready for where theworld is when they come in.
They're ready for where theworld is when they come in and
they have a lot to tell us, alot to teach us.
It's always been this way.
It's just been more noticeablesince, we'll say, the 1920s, the
(19:17):
roaring 20s, when peoplestarted to come out, and then we
had the 50s with the rock androll stuff and people really
started to go against the rulesin some cases, which shocked
people but ended up being areally great thing that are
(19:51):
coming in now really have adetermination to see change and
to go against so many of therules and regulations and
opinions and societal standardsthat we've developed.
They're not having it, sothey're not.
It's not new with them.
It's been happening for a longtime.
Maybe it's always beenhappening.
It's just happening, maybequicker now and more noticeably
(20:11):
because the world gets smallerand smaller with each of those
generations, with computers andTVs and whatnot.
And so what they're reallysaying is we can't do this the
way we've been doing it.
Those souls are here to provefreedom.
I think it's fun.
You know, whitney Houston was agood example.
She didn't do this lifeaccording to expectations of
(20:35):
others.
She tried for a while, but thenshe just couldn't do it.
She had to do it a differentway.
The way people said was not agood way, but it was her way.
It's the difference.
Way people said was not a goodway, but it was her way.
It's the difference.
There's so much honey pouringout of a life like hers, because
it's not just in the good timesand the happy experiences that
(20:57):
we find that honey.
It's in all times and allexperiences.
So things may look messy, especially if you look at it too
close up.
So step back, because if youlook at this in a broader sense,
(21:18):
you'll see that the story ofour future is getting sweeter
and sweeter.
So thinking on purpose reallyis key, and so is following your
gut.
Pay attention to your intuition.
We all have it.
To your intuition.
We all have it because there'sa reason why it's becoming
harder and harder to tell thetruth of what's going on or
what's really being said orwhat's really happening.
There are ads on social mediathat are AI generated and can be
instructed to take a sample ofsomeone's voice and sound just
(21:40):
like them and say what it'sprogrammed to say.
I'm not saying that's a badthing, I'm just saying how do we
know?
Is that really that person, isthat really what that person
said, or is that computergenerated?
There are political protestersthat are hired.
How do we know?
How do we know if they'rereally protesting, if they
really believe what they'resaying or if they're just making
(22:02):
some money?
And so much of what is untrue isbeing said with conviction,
sometimes even with goodintention.
So how do you know what is thebest weight loss approach?
What is the best loan type totake out?
Which hacks really work?
Which natural product is reallya good idea?
(22:23):
There's just so much out therethat we can't really know by
who's saying it or what they say.
Their proof is you get emails.
Is this really from who I thinksent it, or is this a spam
email.
So how do you?
How do you navigate them?
Because there is a really goodreason why it's getting harder
(22:43):
and harder to tell the truth, and that's because we can't do
it anymore by believing whatsomebody else says.
And that's a really good thing,because whether they're
accurate or not is irrelevant.
How we feel about it.
What the feedback from ourinner being and from source
itself, what that feedback is,that's what counts.
(23:05):
That's what you can rely on,because sometimes, like I said,
people may mean well, but whatthey're saying is inaccurate, or
what they're doing is not goingto work out, or their opinion
of what you should do is notreally the best thing for you.
So how do you know?
You know by listening to yourgut, your intuition, your your
(23:27):
feeling.
So if somebody says theseterrible things are going to
happen in our future, if thatdoesn't feel good to you, think
it the way you want it to be,Don't go there, don't follow
that path of things not workingout for us.
So you can see how this is allreally good stuff.
You know, all this crazinessthat we see around the world,
(23:49):
that we say from our perspective, is crazy, not good.
Some of it's really great, someof it's curious.
It all has a reason because wehave created that and we get to
choose where it goes from thereand what we have more of and
what we have less of.
(24:10):
So what you would like to seesee more of in this world and on
this planet is what you shouldbe giving your attention to if
you want to have that result.
So that means that every time Ithrew something up my steps to
the landing, I should have abelief that I've already been
(24:31):
reconditioning that says thisitem can land right where I want
it to, or at least pretty darnclose.
So we all have those littlethings that we're working on.
Now, is what I throw up to thelanding a big deal?
No, it's really not on.
Now, is what I throw up to thelanding a big deal?
No, it's really not.
But it's just a really goodexample of how life can be
easier for us when we payattention and realize that we
(24:55):
did that Right.
I created over time the beliefthat I can't throw well, and
then I reinforced it.
But I can change that.
We can change everything to abetter feeling thing if we want
to.
So we're always creating ourfuture, always, always, always.
(25:16):
We're never not doing that, andit's time that we do it from
the heart and on purpose.
So how easy is that, how fun isthat?
How empowering is that?
So our future has a lot of goodstuff in it.
Let's just sweeten the pot.
That's all I have to say aboutthat for now, but before I sign
(25:37):
off, I'd like to thank everyonefor listening.
