Syd Hartha is a R&B, Pop, Folk singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist based in the Philippines who isn’t afraid to take bolder, more introspective direction in music-making, Starting at age 12, she built her following with covers on youtube, soundcloud and facebook. She is also known for her originals Tila Tala (Teela Táh-la), and Iglap (ee-glap). Syd's first major release came in 2019 titled Ayaw (eye-yao), a song that affirms her stand against sexual harassment and abuse toward women. She is currently nominated for myxPH’s 2020 Best New Artist of the Year Award.
