In this episode with Gladia Etienne, Professional Hair Healer and Podcaster, talks about her experience being an influencer in the world of hair.  She has helped many women while identifying her own hair journey by teaching women all over the world how to maintain their hair.  Gladia also talked about the stigmatas she’s experienced with her family and others.  She even broke down how 4c hair is a protein texture and how 4c sistahs cannot get the same treatments as any other textures due to the amount of protein us 4c textures that are held on their own without protein treatments. . 

Gladia talks about how she grew her FB page on the strength of helping women with the maintenance and styling of their hair.  She grew her page by researching and sharing advice whether it was answering specific or general questions. What she learned will astound you.  She realized that it’s the same process for everyone, no matter where you’re from.
