Hey fam! Today we continue to discuss mental health and ways we can navigate through our emotional body. You have the power to change your narrative. You just to be reminded of inspired to move beyond what's holding you back. In this episode I explain ways to help navigate and reduce/release old innerG. There are so many ways to heal from mental issues. There are 4 things that must happen for healing to work: 1. Be honest with yourself 2. Be patient with yourself 3. Seek outside assistance when necessary 4. Accept the truth as it comes to you. This is the "work" you hear people talking about. Here is where you hold your power. Change doesn't have to be filled with drama and unnecessary stresses. Change is beautiful when you allow it. Resistance to change will create issues within and outside your life. Allow yourself to flow with the currency of change 😉. If there's anything you need assistance with, don't hesitate to reach out to me. Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
