In this episode I talk about holistic healing and how I began my journey. I addressed how I got started, what led me to a lifestyle of holistic healing, healing solutions I tried myself and more. As we prepare to enter into the ♈ season of "I AM", it's important now to know who you are holistically. Addressing our traumas and evolving from the past is important to do because then you will gain a better comprehension of who you are. I don't know everything for everyone but what I do know is that if we work together to help one another we can and will evolve into higher versions of ourselves.
