In today's episode I have the pleasure of speaking with Brandon "Fubar" Flowers. Brandon is an art expressionist and curator in the San Diego, CA area. He has collaborated with other locals and city leaders to implement artistic expression in his community along with addressing mental health issues. Brandon uses various events to bring awareness of the various forms of artistic expression. We go into what The Mental Bar brings to the San Diego community and how he's helped others tap into their artistic expression during rough times. This is my first interview and I'm super excited to have it done with Brandon as I learned about "how" he's helped his community. It is important to know that not only do we need to bring more awareness to mental health but also address the various holistic solutions that can be used to help with expressing in a healthy way.
