Joining me on this episode is Jessica Ostheim.  Jessica is a clinical dietician at the University of North Carolina Rex Cancer Care.  She received her Masters in Nutrition Sciences from Arizona State University and her Bachelors degree in Nutrition Sciences from Penn State University.  She specializes in helping oncology patients with their dietary needs during cancer treatment.
