Liam Houston is co-host of Nature Breakthrough’s Transgender Living with Change (TLC) webinars and founder of the Transgender Wellness Initiative (TWI), which promotes the wellness of trans people. TWI offers inclusive fitness training and practices at gyms informed by the unique needs of transgender individuals. Liam also works for the LGBTQ health center Callen-Lorde in New York City. He transitioned as an undergraduate and has advocated ever since for trans youth, supporting families through their children’s transitions. Liam can be reached at transgenderfitness@gmail.com.
