Season 2, Episode 5: Empowering Autism Advocacy: A Conversation with Sara Bradford
In this inspiring episode, we sit down with Sara Gullihur-Bradford; founder of SJ Childs Show Support and Events, host of the SJ Childs Show podcast, and a passionate advocate for autism awareness and safety. We are also incredibly honored to announce that April 2025 has officially been proclaimed Autism Acceptance Month in Honolulu, and cant wait to tell you how Martin and Dan helped to make that possible. Mahalo nui to Mayor Rick Blangiardi and the city as well as county of Honolulu for their commitment to inclusion.
Sara shares her journey as an advocate and mother, including her recent personal experience that reinforced the critical need for first responder education on autism. We discuss her initiatives, including the upcoming International Autism Summit (April 18-19), her commitment to supporting autistic individuals and families, and how you can get involved.
Sara also talks about the Utah Safe Kids Fair, where she is raising funds to provide education, resources, and emergency preparedness tools for autistic individuals and their families. Support her mission by donating here:

Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
