Nathi's Mission:
After being diagnosed with atypical hyperplasia (precancerous cells) at a very young age and later Hashimoto´s (inflammation of the thyroid gland); Nathi made it her life mission to heal herself adopting a vegan/plant-based lifestyle in 2011 that also included integrative approaches including movement, breathing techniques, nutrition, and social support. After many attempts to find the root cause of her disease; she decided to immerse herself in the art of nutrition & cooking. She owns a luxury culinary agency and a nutrition consulting company that has allowed her to work with different clients from all backgrounds and travel around the world.
