Head Center

• Open: "I trust that inspiration flows to me effortlessly, and I do not need to chase every idea."
• Defined: "I am a steady source of inspiration, and I share my insights with clarity and purpose."

Ajna Center

• Open: "I embrace flexibility in my thinking and do not need to have all the answers."
• Defined: "I trust my way of seeing the world and express my unique perspective with confidence."

Throat Center

• Open: "I allow my voice to be guided by the right timing and environment, trusting that I will be heard when needed."
• Defined: "I express myself with power and authenticity, knowing my words create impact."

G Center

• Open: "I surrender to the journey, allowing life to guide me to the right places and people."
• Defined: "I trust in my sense of self and radiate love, purpose, and direction."

Heart (Ego) Center

• Open: "I do not need to prove my worth; I am inherently valuable as I am."
• Defined: "I honor my commitments with strength and integrity, knowing my willpower is a force for creation."

Sacral Center (Only for Generators & MGs)

• Open (Non-Sacral types): "I honor my energy cycles and rest when my body calls for it."
• Defined: "I trust my gut responses to guide me toward joy, vitality, and aligned action."

Solar Plexus (Emotional) Center

• Open: "I am an empathetic observer of emotions, allowing feelings to flow through me without attachment."

Splenic Center
