Change is a constant in life. Despite this knowledge, many of us still feel ashamed or embarrassed when we want to change something about ourselves.
But why should we be ashamed? Wanting to change means that we recognize our flaws and imperfections and are willing to work on them. It shows that we have the courage to face our weaknesses and improve ourselves.
Don't let anyone else's words discourage U from changing. Their opinions do not define U or your journey towards self-improvement. Instead, use their doubts and negativity as motivation.
Change is not an easy process, but it is worth it. Embrace it, and be proud of yourself for taking the first step towards becoming a better version of U.
It takes strength to admit that we need to change and even more strength to actually do it. U are capable of and willing to make positive changes in your life, and U should never be ashamed of wanting to do so.
Love and peace,
