Unfortunately, as a Coach I'm constantly encountering negative attitudes and comments about health and wellness. Whether its name-calling or someone trying to make fun of somebody else's healthy lifestyle, it's something that needs to be addressed in order to create a positive atmosphere for everyone involved in the health and fitness process.
I believe each person deserves respect when they take the courageous steps to pursue a healthier lifestyle. I stand with my members/clients every step of the way to help encourage, support and uplift them as they strive towards their goals. It's about being a positive presence in their lives and giving them the motivation and tools they need to be successful.
This is not just about exercise, nutrition and reaching goals - this is about creating a healthier, happier U. Inspiration shouldn't come at a cost of losing confidence or being insulted. Lets talk about it...
