Reset Your Mindset: Starting the Year in Alignment with God
In this first episode, we’ll explore the importance of fasting as a spiritual reset. Discover how fasting clears mental clutter, renews your focus, and creates space for God to work in your life. Start 2024 with a clear heart and a mind set on Him.
Challenge Statement:
- Take 24 hours this week to fast from something that consumes your focus (e.g., social media, a meal, or TV). Use that time to pray and ask God to show you areas of your life where you need a mindset reset.
Challenge Question:
- What is one thought pattern or habit you need to release to align your mind with God’s truth?
Verses:
- Romans 12:2 – "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
Take time to think about this, pray about it, and take one small step in obedience. Remember, divine interruptions aren’t just obstacles—they’re opportunities for God to do something amazing in your life.
