Dr. Morley is retiring at the end of 2023 after a 30+ year career as a doctor, board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary and critical care medicine; hospital administrator; and public health leader. He provides a candid, inside glimpse into both the improvements in and continued challenges of the public healthcare system from both a state and federal perspective.
