Brera Holdings is rebranding as Solmate to focus on Solana-based crypto infrastructure and will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol SLMT on Oct. 3, 2025. Led by Marco Santori, the company is establishing dedicated Solana infrastructure in Abu Dhabi with a $300 million PIPE investment from key players, positioning itself as a leader in blockchain innovation in the Middle East.
