Semiconductor cooling startup Corintis has secured $24 million in a Series A funding round led by BlueYard Capital. The company, specializing in microfluidic cooling for computer chips, is collaborating with Microsoft to develop an in-chip cooling system to advance AI capabilities and is set to expand its team and manufacturing capacity. Founded by Dr. Remco van Erp, Sam Harrison, and Prof. Elison Matioli, Corintis is at the forefront of transforming chip cooling technology.
