ESGold Corp., trading as ESAU on the CSE and ESAUF on the OTCQB, has obtained a C$9 million Prepayment and Working Capital Facility with Ocean Partners UK Ltd. The funding will aid in completing the Montauban Gold-Silver Project in Quebec and provide necessary working capital, with repayment tied to dore deliveries through an offtake agreement.
