Tattoo artist Devin Noir, known for his Devil May Cry Tattoo, is leaving New York to bring his futuristic aesthetic to Philadelphia this fall. Inspired by the city's history, he plans to blend traditional tattoo elements with his innovative style during a month-long residency starting October 15. Noir is excited to join the close-knit tattoo community in neighborhoods like Fishtown and Port Richmond, where he feels a strong sense of belonging.
