Join me as i not only tie the last 3 Episodes Together, but I take time to emphasize points made and not made in those so important episodes. I also Take a look at a few AI advancements and a study not discussed in episode 26. Along with a discussion about natural or homeopathic treatments and supplements that can help many of us reduce or even better - possibly eliminate prescribed drugs that - and let's face it, many times do more harm than good.
I do stress though - PLEASE have quality discussions with your doctor or therapist. This advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice, BUT, I know from personal experience that I have improved my life with dietary changes, with supplements, with reprogramming my mind to think differently and my use of natural remedies have greatly reduced and in some cases eliminated over the counter or prescribed medications.
The point is, let's all live better and healthier lives without giving our mind and bodies chemicals that will eventually do more harm than good.
I thank you sooooooo much for listening to all 3 season's and season 4 is on the way shortly with some GREAT stuff ahead. We haven't even scratched the surface on how we can live better, healthier, more fulfilling and successful lives yet!!
