Decided to hop onto the episode to talk about a current concern.
Will this sideline me right before I get into the bulk volume off my training?
Will I have to adapt to something different for the week?
Listen to find out! Duuh-Duuh-Duuuuuuun!
“This is what success feels like.”
What do you tell yourself when the tank is empty, the legs are screaming, and every option to quit is on the table?
In this episode of Nine to 100, I share the story of a brutal long run in Sedona with my buddy Kevin — a run that was supposed to be chill but turned into a four+ hour grind on fatigued legs.
I dive into the mental side of pushing through discomfort, the difference between pain and fat...
A recap of some of my VO2 development sessions and talking about a hard weekend for motivation.
Just about 6 months out from the Kodiak 100 and I've still got a long way to go, but this fatigue and soreness means I'm headed in the right direction.
"The Illusion of a Perfect Training Plan"

I've created a handful of podcasts and I just made a rookie mistake and didn't listen to the audio right off the bat to test it. Then felt like it was a great recording, content wise, so now i's stuck with some clicking noise.

Most of these episodes will likely be weekly or so recaps of how my training went, what I discovered about myse...
