Even after 49 years Sarah and Cindy have a lot to learn about IUD insertion and the pain that it causes. In this episode they chat about the New York Times article that came out recently, discussing the fact that doctors should be addressing the consistent pain that comes with IUD insertion. Cindy shares her own insertion story and they also talk about other stories they've heard, the mild warning doctors seem to give prior to insertion, as well as read some online feedback and general statistics. The drink is one they've served before, but still a great one and could not be more appropriate for this conversation!

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
