Our guest in today's episode is Arsho Toubi, Google Customer Engineer on the Cloud team, Renown Speaker, and Course Lecturer at Polytechnique Montreal. Arsho has worked for more than 20 years in the Tech Industry. Prior to her work at Google, she was Vice President in Security Architecture at Morgan Stanley and previously worked in major IT departments for large corporations such as IBM, Yellow Pages, L'Oréal, and Bell.
In parallel to her fascinating career, she graduated from Concordia University, HEC Montreal, McGill, and recently The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Information Systems & Security. She has given many talks in her field regarding Data Privacy and Security, however, this episode delves into another dimension of her astonishing profession: what it's like to be the only woman in the room and what organization and academics can do to enable more Women in Tech!
