Welcome to Episode 50, lovely listeners! What better way to celebrate than cover someone true crime author Jack Olsen wrote about? His book “Predator” goes into the life and crimes of the monster named Edward Lee King.
Edward grew up in an abusive household and was taught early on that women are lesser beings. He took this ideal with him into adulthood and left behind at least 50 victims/survivors. As many prolific perpetrators are, he was charming, cool under pressure, and, unfortunately, smart.
When the police arrest and charge an innocent man, Steve Titus, for one of his crimes, Edward thinks he’s in the clear. Edward may have an IQ of 120 but he’s no match for the women who eventually bring him down.
Thank you for making it to episode 50! We can’t wait for the next 50!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
