What if you could call up the very best part of yourself—instantly—whenever life gets hard?
In this encore episode of the No Labels, No Limits podcast, host Sarah Boxx welcomes back Corey Lyon Folsom—vision quest leader, relationship coach, and author of Soul Statements: A Love Coach’s Guide to Successful Communication.
With a background as diverse as wilderness guiding, yoga, NLP, and relationship coaching, Corey has spent decades helping people reconnect to their values, communicate with clarity, and strengthen love and connection in their lives. His book Soul Statements offers practical methods for reframing thoughts, building self-assurance, and creating empowered relationships—starting with small shifts that deliver big results.
As Corey reminds us: “You can learn to call up the best part of you in a moment.”
