Joined by guest co-host Rich Templeton (@richhunttemp), we get to chat with Nikolai about some fascinating topics, and both present us with a great surprise at the end of the podcast. We chat with Nikolai about philosophies of rest and energy for performers, we break down the concept of "dumbing it down", seeing everyday objects in a new light, using unrealized ideas from improv scenes as inspiration for art, what Nikolai makes of the changes that have taken place in his homeland, .
