She began her work in the field back in Louisiana and later moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where she continues to excel as an agent.
From managing lead lists and tracking customer interactions to filing paperwork or creating ads, having quick access to all this information is critical when giving clients the best possible service. She has found that younger agents are often more comfortable with these resources as they have grown up with them being part of their lives. In comparison, older agents may need time to adjust and familiarize themselves with them. In particular, Michelle believes that technology can be beneficial for automating systems for real estate agents, allowing them to complete tasks with incredible speed and efficiency.
