We like to shake things up a bit at NCG. In the first ever of its kind our two hosts Ayanna (@the_aya_brand) and Delaila (@missdelailac) interview one another instead of a featured guest. The catch was that neither was able to view the questions prior and so each response shared is truly a testament from the heart to actual lived experiences. The exchange was honest, sincere, and eye-opening. With a level of candor and vulnerability both Ayanna and Delaila realized how much they have overcome and all the growth that has transpired in both their personal and professional lives.
