When Trump took office in 2016 he was ill prepared with a strategy to implement policies, so the conservatives vowed this wouldn't happen again for the next conservative administration entering the oval office. "Mandate for Leadership - The Conservative Promise" is a 920 page playbook on how to dismantle the current structure of the Federal government by giving the power to the executive branch. They plan to remove all career professionals that they refer to as the "swamp" or the "deep state" and staff it with personnel that are aligned with conservative values. These screened recruits have currently been in training for the past year to be prepared to implement conservative policies day one if Trump takes office in 2025.
