She has provided clinical expertise to diverse populations and major corporations, including the Carolina Panthers (NFL) as Director of Player Wellness and NASCAR Toyota Racing Development, where she developed sustainable mental health and well-being programs. Tish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and is also a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner,
