Having a child is one of the most wonderful things in life, but is not always that glamorous. Comes in Normal Adjustments to demystify a topic that is very under-represent and for which women get a lot of pressure to fulfil. My lovely friends Rachel and Raquel both join me today to talk about their experiences giving birth and in the pregnancy process. Both have very different stories and challenges but with a common theme: It was not easy and no one talks about how hard it is.
