- “It's this question of: do I need to have a single job or career over my lifetime? ...we know that shifted and changed a lot over the past two, three generations, but there's still, for a lot of people, this idea, I can't make a change, I call it holding yourself hostage to past choices or to your past self. Because past you decided something, you feel like you have to continue making that same choice or living by that same choice.”
- "I think really just encouraging people to be intentional and if you feel dissatisfied, or even if it's just this small niggling that maybe there's something else for you in life, maybe there's more possibility to be explored."
- “… asking the question, What do I want? And then further to that, why do I want this? it's something that we so rarely take the time to ask ourselves, and it's a big one that I help my clients answer. What do I want? And it's one that, when I pose that to people, (they're) are like, "What do you mean what do I want? I've never even thought about that before.”
