I'm sitting down today with Erica Groussman, the founder and CEO of TruBar. As a longtime fan of these bars, I’m thrilled to be chatting with Erica. We dive into her background and how she started TruBar with the mission to create a clean, healthy snack for people on the go. I also share my own journey, from my early days of eating terrible protein bars to discovering TruBar. Erica opens up about the brand's evolution, including the rebranding from TruWomen to TruBar, and the challenges she faced in building her business, from starting out by asking yoga studios to carry her product to growing it into a successful company. We also get personal, discussing the ups and downs of raising kids and navigating the emotions of preteen years. Our conversation touches on experiences with bullying, how we both handled it, and the importance of finding happiness within yourself without worrying about others' opinions.
