We go into the kyrarchial systems as outlined in Bri Lee's book, Who Gets to be Smart. The examples of cognitive dissonance of leaders, the ridiculous dealings with Optus that seem to never end and the overarching world of education and what's behind the mechanism of it all. 

In contrast we explore how Ted Lasso is a prime example of a very different type of leadership style that the world needs to see more of. 

We look at what meaningful inclusion really can look like. 

The psychological damage and psychosocial risks of being gaslit by companies or organisations and how they are continually continuing awful behaviour with performatory efforts. 

We also cover why outsourcing is not the answer to your workplace culture issues.
