Hey friends! It's Kristen Crisp here. I'm your middle-aged friend, talking about how I navigated a weird life of drinking, sobriety, love, and loss. All wrapped up in an ADHD brain full of chaos, kindness, and a heavy dose of sarcasm. A place to bring a little insight with a touch of humor to humans over 50 through stories and information about wellness, sobriety, life, love, and loss.
