We talk about how to balance your risk/reward with your happiness level in life. Do NOT be afraid to leave a bad relationship. It doesn't matter if it's a bad personal relationship or if it's a bad "business relationship."  The best gift you can give yourself is to walk away from any job where you know it's not a good fit for you. 

Go find a new opportunity. You deserve to happy in life while you build wealth. But it takes courage to make changes. It's OK to feel nervous and anxious. But do it anyway! 

Having cash flow is the key to surviving "down time" while you look for a new opportunity. 

The best leaders I ever worked for were "servant leaders" NOT dictators!
