Where To Invest My Monthly Dividends From MSTY- $1,000 PER MONTH!

Season 2, Episode # 52. Not Me, But You! Podcast.  What to do with your MSTY dividend money each month? In this episode I talk about possible choices. 

MSTY is an extremely high yield and high risk ETF that uses a covered call strategy to get a annual yield of 135%. I'm not interested in debating "share price erosion", "NAV erosion", "dividend decay." I only care about ONE thing when it comes to MSTY...that's what is the monthly dividend? MSTY is "CASH MACHINE." It's designed to do one thing...GIVE YOU MONTHLY CASH FLOW. There is NO other reason to invest in this. But it will benefit you to have a solid plan of WHAT to do with the dividend money you receive each month. 

If you invest approximately $15,000 that will buy you approximately 700 shares of MSTY. The cost per share, in June 2025 is $21 PER SHARE. This isn't Microsoft, or Home Depot, or Amazon, or Google, or Nvidia. It is NOT designed to be like those investments. And MSTY isn't $300 to $500 PER share to buy, like some "blue chip" growth stocks would cost you. MSTY is ONE financial tool you COULD use to help build wealth. 

With your $1,000 per month in dividends from MSTY, I suggest 5 things: 1) $250/month into Bitcoin. 2) $250/month into QQQI, 3) $200 toward buying full shares of MSTR. 4) $50 per month into ULTY. 5) $250 per month into buying MORE shares of MSTY. 

In the example above, you would only need MSTY to pay you at least $1/share for 15 months in order to break even! That's less than 2 years to get ALL of your original $15,000 back! Simply incredible. I am NOT suggesting you will hold shares of MSTY for the next 10 years! You could pivot ALL of the money out of MSTY AFTER 15 months of getting at least $1,000 per month for 15 months! 

This example is just ONE possible plan. There are other plans with other allocations into other investments that would work well too. I belive the stock MSTR will be $2,000/share within 10 years. I buy/hold this stock for long term growth. QQQI has NO share price erosion, NO NAV erosion, NO dividend decay. Pays over 14% annual yield. Only $51 per share. ULTY has an even HIGHER annual yield than MSTY at 145% per year. ULTY only costs $6 to $7 per share! 

Perhaps you want to use your $1,000 per month in dividend payments from MSTY to pay off credit cards. Or perhaps you want to pay off a car loan. Or perhaps you want to make extra payments on your mortage. Doing any ONE of these things will help improve your life. Do you want to become wealthy? Well you first have to learn to live on budget and invest like crazy and cut your expenses. But you don't need to live this way forever. Just long enough to POSITION yourself for wealth.
