(00:01):

Ass bitch, I am the problem. Maybe I am the problem.
Maybe I am the problem. Bro.
What's good where this is key going through This is not my
brother's keepers podcast. True crime podcast about black
(00:25):
dudes who kill. Hey, man, accountability is mine
for the game. Anyway.
What's the game? Your boy is tired.
Your boy has been working. Yeah, man, I know I'm getting
slow with episodes, but he was busy.
(00:47):
But I'm trying to get a, I'm trying to, trying to get back on
track. There's been a lot going on.
Yeah, I see everybody's DM just like I opened none of them
actually, I just saw the number.So I guess I'm, well, I I can't
open them before I drop this episode because I know the round
of questions that's going to come right after it right?
(01:07):
But anyway, y'all go check out my go go follow my go join my
Facebook discussion group. Let's get in here and talk gang
yeah yeah it's been a minute bumping to get back on track.
I just it's it's just a lot it'sjust a lot going on game.
But you know today my head over to Rhode Island.
(01:28):
I don't think I haven't did no case in Rhode Island, but you
know I do I do a lot of show with *** game.
You know *** gonna need *** gonna need every time they go
always it it will never let you down gang.
It will never let you down therejust as they so predictable gang
they are so but this case, this case I'm broke on for a couple
(01:51):
days. Really.
Let's see when I'm working. It's been a couple days.
I was just like it was a lot it was about to go through, but
definitely compress that shit. But yeah, let's get into a game.
There's a, there is a guy by thename of yeah, there's a guy by
(02:14):
the name of Michael Martin and he been trapping where you sleep
at, bro. OK, but that is a red flag,
right? Need to go list to some Jeezy
rule #1 never, never sell dope. Way to eat it.
You don't wanna wake up and see things that you do.
You ain't trying to see that. Now I know I've missed some
(02:35):
words up, but you get what I'm singing.
You should not be sleeping and slinging that shit at the same
spot. This will run up in your shit,
bro. Not will.
They're gonna trust me. They're gonna run up in your
shit bro. Every time, every time they're
going to do this right now, Martin, he lives with a lady by
(02:57):
the name of Shamika Barrows, right?
Her and her two kids, right? That's his little boot thing.
He just, he just trapping. I'm guessing since he just
selling dope, it must mean she'sthe one with the job.
She must be the one with the jobbro.
Now Martin, he has good customername of Diamond Hall Hall.
(03:23):
He come through and buy him 1/4 every day.
That's 7g game, quarter brick, half brick, whole brick.
Hey now pee this. If you buy 7g a day right about
a fourth day you got the whole thing right.
So how about you not go every day and just start buying the
(03:45):
whole thing 'cause you buy you buy 1/4 every day.
Every day bro. Yeah it it might not peep this.
Why are you buying it every day? You're trying to tell me you
buying the same 7g every day? Bro use a smoker you ain't
selling none of this game. But whatever sometime when he
over there him and he would evensmoke with Martin.
(04:08):
Wait, wait, hold up, bro. I know we nothing to smoke What
he just sold me even have some already rolled up because that
don't even make sense. I'm coming over here every day
and I'm talking with you. Yeah, you're working backwards
now. The more and more Hall games
comes around to the crib and hang out, he realized, hey,
(04:30):
Morton has that good and he's got that cash on him.
Morton started to look like fullgang.
Morton started to look like food.
And you know when he started looking like food, you know the
Wolves gonna come out. Yeah.
So it's July 2012, right? Yeah.
(04:55):
July 2012. And how, like, man, I think I'm
gonna rob this motherfucker. He brought the idea to his boy
Tim Debrito in a Russell barrel, who are part of a gang called
Young Gunners. Now with a name like that, I'm
(05:19):
going to tell you right now these *** can't shoot 'cause,
you know, *** always give himself the names and stuff they
ain't got to. Can't do.
Yeah, yeah, they always, always,always.
Bro daughter named Sadie's dog named by on the Cody called
(05:44):
nothing but net like come on, there's always some made of shit
they can't do. So anyway, he tell they part of
the younger the gang and he toldhim, hey man, I'm thinking about
(06:06):
robbing this dude named Mark Michael Martin dog.
I'll be getting at work from every day.
You know, the more and more I'llgo over there.
I've been singing like where he got his stuff at and he got a
lot of it right. So couple days later on July
(06:27):
30th, Hall went up to the other homies house Tim Tim Baristo,
and he asked Tim was he really going to go with him?
And he was like, hey man, just say the word.
I told you I'm with it. I told you I'm with it.
You ain't got to be questioning me and asking me a second time
(06:48):
though. I told you dog, let's go get
this shit money right now. Burrell wants Tim to do the job
with hall. So they getting ready.
They they getting ready right. And this crazy part is I don't
(07:08):
know why Tim wanted, I don't know why Tim wanted hard to do
the job with him, wanted him to do it with Burrell so bad and he
not go when he asked him specifically.
Right. So they already got the black
guy. We got the 9 million with the
infrared dyed on it. You know, at night it's red,
(07:30):
daytime is green. Now the trio, they are sitting
up at this house getting ready to go a lock loaded.
Let's go ahead and do this shit right now.
Like I'm broke, let's go get this shit right now, right.
And they don't put about as muchthought as *** put into robbing
shit. Trust me, it ain't that much
(07:50):
thought. It's really it is more of a like
a reaction and like hey man, let's go, let's go.
No, no, no thought, no thought process about the game, none
whatsoever, right. So they ready to go.
Hey, like man, let's get this show on the road.
Let's get it popping. Let's go right.
(08:13):
So now when they head out the door, they opens up and it's a
guy named Quan Quan Dale husbandwho was just about to knock on
the door. Now your now your boy hall is
completely surprised, right? He is completely surprised
(08:36):
because just two months ago, just two months ago, just two
months ago, husband had robbed him a gun for him.
(08:58):
Now look, this, this might be a shot, right?
What is my goalie muscles here? But Martin, when they get there,
I mean, like, no, no, no, no, look, pick this.
How is this guy that Rodney invited to your house, right?
(09:23):
Mention they had Tim Burrito's house, right?
This is my thing, homie. Did you get set up?
Because they ain't no way. There ain't no way.
There ain't no way. I won't be going to pull a
(09:43):
robbery off. Will do that.
Rob me, dog. That's crazy, right?
So now the shock is what off andand and there's like it more.
It was like, man, let's go get this shit on the road, right.
(10:06):
So they they all got on these black hoodies.
They ain't all black, you know, ski mask, but these in his
pocket ain't throw them on yet, but they definitely got them
hoodies. All right, so they get off to
Martin's house and knock on the window, right.
Martin comes to the window. What's good in a hall like, hey,
(10:27):
man, we're trying to get that good gang, trying to get that
good. Someone like man, come to the
front dog come to the front. I'll let you in.
Let's get it popping right. So when Martin opened the door,
hall burl brittle. They all run up in the crib,
(10:47):
right? All run up in the crib right now
inside the house, Shamika beros asleep, her two kids asleep and
her brother is asleep, right? And then you have Donovan Colon.
He's in the kitchen. So when Martin goes open the
(11:08):
door, barely bum rust him. I mean Burrell bum rust him and
put the gun to him. Like like, you know what time it
is? Where the shit at right now?
This is the crazy part because they did all this in the living
(11:28):
room, right And they rushed him to the room and the boy Damien
Collins, he's in the kitchen, right Pick this sneak is on the
couch sleep and didn't wake up. Yeah, it is a full-fledged
robbery going on. She not even getting up.
(11:49):
She asleep. You know, just tell me she had
been worked all day. She is tired.
Not even a not even a robbery can wake her up, right?
So anyway, should we get sleep right.
He's like, hey man, Martin with the ABA.
(12:11):
Where does she that? Martin points to a drawer.
Is it is it in there? Is it in there?
And Martin kind of like shook his head and that's in Burrell
just pulls out the pulls out thethe pulls out the gun.
But ba ba ba ba ba. He didn't shot Martin nine time
husband look around like or whatever he he started still
(12:35):
digging in the drawers like he like like like he ain't heard
nothing like he has another day in the park.
It turns around. Look amazing shot that *** and
went back into the and went right back into the drawer,
doing what he doing right and then that's when they Damon
Cullen. He tries to run and that's when
they run up in the kitchen. They jam him up, bow shoot him
(12:57):
in the chest right and then peepthis peep this.
Y'all know Shamika is still asleep.
Bro, Shamika had just Shamika wasn't indeed 3-4 sixteens in a
row. You don't slept through a
robbery, some ass whippers and 100 shots Right now she's just
(13:22):
laying on the couch. Sweet right Burl say hey that
bitch gotta go to Yeah what now?Burrito around the house
Debrito. He around the house is Burrill
(13:44):
and his husband up in there. Husband is still going through.
He doesn't crack his shit, he's still running through everybody
shit right bro? They run up bow bow.
They shoot her one time first they shoot her she wakes up and
screams and when she wakes up they don't load the clip on her
but it up bow bow bow bow bow. She was shot 7 times right?
(14:11):
So they moved to the house, boomkicked the door in.
They see three kids pull out thehammer.
They said Nah fuck this shit let's get out of here and they
left. Y'all thought they'd about to
(14:33):
kill them kids, huh? Nah, they let him make a gang.
They let him make they got a hard gang.
Now after they wrote about the house your boy.
(14:55):
How was I mean it was supposed to happen like this is she was
supposed to happen like this andthey all like they all split up.
Hall and borough both make it back to a young lady's house
name. I would Copeland house.
Now this is Hall's girlfriend and when Hall girlfriend when
Hall when Hall gets to the house, he was straight to
(15:16):
running his mouth. It didn't go like it was
supposed to. It didn't it didn't go it didn't
go the right way. He told Copeland that de Britto
was the shooter and not once even mentioned that Hall was
even there. Now, I mentioned, didn't I just
tell you all that Barrel was a *** that was shooting?
(15:41):
Didn't I just say Burrell shit? So look, they are lying already.
He's lying to his girl. You know he's already lying,
right? So when EM TS arrived, they
pronounce everyone in the house dead except for the kids, right?
They collected seventeen 9mm cases, right?
(16:06):
Yeah, and then less than a week they have picked up, they have
picked up your boy husband. Quite a husband, right, Burrito
Hall. They didn't pick them all up
(16:28):
then put them all in question because witnesses say they seem.
Witnesses said they seem husbandand Burrell running from the
scene. Yep.
They said they saw him run rightacross the street.
Right now they question all of them, right?
(16:51):
And they let a few of them go. Pretty much they let everybody
go but husband quarter, husband quarter.
Husband is 16, 16, and he had already been going back and
forth in the court system because he can't get right.
So right now he's like up in thefamily court, and they have been
(17:12):
saying that he is the shooter. Yeah.
Burrell has been saying Husband is the shooter.
Yeah, but real husband saying husband is the shooter, right?
(17:33):
So he's just held in jail right now and but husband is back in
jail. He's telling people, oh man,
this dude, he trying to put his body on me, man, but I ain't do
it. I mean, I ain't do that stuff
though. I was there, but I ain't do it.
It wasn't me. It wasn't me.
I ain't do it. He sits up in jail, right.
So on September 2012, when my husband is in there in family
(17:59):
court, probably cause bright because they're charging him
with his murder, right? They are charging him with his
murder, right? And he like, I mean, I didn't do
this. So when they charging him for
his murder, they're trying to figure out he's a is he gonna
get charged of the youth or an adult, right?
(18:20):
So he just right now they just trying to trying to figure
everything out, right? So after they plead their case,
you know, it takes a little while for them to figure out he
gonna be charged as an adult or as a minor, right?
So after deliberation, they takehim back to court, right?
I take him back to jail and he sits there for another month.
Come back in October of 2012 andhis motion was denied and he
(18:42):
will be tried as an adult. And this is when your boy like,
hey man, I ain't do this stuff. It was this guy, it was that
guy, it was this guy right now he he's at this point he's
telling people like, hey, it wasnot me.
It was Braille. It was Braille, It was Braille.
I'm surprised he said it wasn't how he'll how the one you
(19:02):
robbed. But this is what I thought.
This is what I'm seeing. This is what I'm seeing.
Bro, you new to the crew? You just robbed this one guy.
You knew the lease about the robbery and you're the one
that's being pinned for murder. Sounds like take care to me,
(19:24):
Yang. So the next couple, for the next
couple months, he sits in jail. The police just start picking
people up. They have picked up Donovan
Hall. And he was arrested on the day
(19:46):
before Valentine's Day of 2013. And he said once he was arrested
six days later, he was telling on the game, Amen.
I ain't do this, Your Honor. No, no, no.
He not only did he tell, but he even he even copped out said, I
(20:07):
will tell you what happened on the stand.
And he played no contest. But he played no contest in the
hopes of getting a lighter sense.
Mm hmm. But you know what *** do with
*** love hoping. *** love hope, right?
(20:28):
And like, he sits in jail, he's been giving his story, right?
And then six months later, they finally pick up your boy Russell
Burrell. And he was arrested in October
2013. And he claims he don't know
what's going on. He said Hall did it.
(20:49):
He said Hall did it. Hall already said he did it.
Burrell now saying Hall did it right.
And that's when he found out that husband is still in jail
and he's telling everybody that Burrell did it.
Now Burrell is saying no, it washusband, bro Burrell.
Look, Burrell is didn't he that want to commit the murder Aunt
(21:12):
Hill? No, I, I know he literally
throwing rocks and hiding hands,right?
But you know, he sits in jail for a little while and you gotta
remember, your boy Hall has already played.
He just waiting for somebody to go to trial so he can goddamn
tail, right? But anyway, your boy in November
(21:39):
2013, your boy Burrell pleads guilty and agreed to testify
against husband. What bro?
You agreeing to testify and telling me about what?
What are you going to tell me about?
You agreed Destiny, You agreed to testify on me about what?
(22:10):
Right what? What?
What do you agree to tell me about bro?
Like honestly, like honestly don't.
What did I, what did I do to you?
What what are you going to tell me about again?
Because I'm confused, right? I'm confused on what you telling
on me about, right? So as they go to trial, right,
(22:36):
they bring up all these different witnesses.
People say they saw husbands andBurrell running from the scene
right now. The thing about it, the gun that
they found, the 9mm was eventually found out what all
these search warrants they had, right?
And they said that this same gunwas it has already been
(22:59):
associated with Burrell because he was accused of allegedly
shooting a guy a couple months before the murder.
Yeah. So at this point, husband is on
(23:21):
on trial, right? But they are just playing some
plots where they trying to put in reasonable doubt about Beryl,
right? Mentioned husbands on the trial,
right. But they're trying to throw
reasonable doubt on barrel because like, no, he did this
stuff and husband kept saying, hey, man, I didn't do this
stuff. He did it.
So pretty much everybody's plea that played out, right?
(23:43):
And your boy and your boy, your boy Barrow is taken to trial,
right? So they put a guy on the stand.
They put a guy on the stand right by the name of Gary
Elbury, right? And it is May 12th, 2012, just
(24:09):
two months before the murder. Two major.
Yeah, two months before the murder, right?
Elber has been following this car, right?
And this car is his, This car isaccompanied by his girlfriend,
(24:31):
Tim Burrito and Tim de Burrito'sgirlfriend, right?
So he catches up to the car right and he flags him down like
hey man, pull over, pull over, man, pull over right and they
pull over right And he hops out and he's walking like to the
(24:53):
he'll pros in your passenger seat because he wants to know
why Tim burrito the burrito and both of their girlfriends was
fighting. He like, hey man, what the fuck
is going on, bro, like this, that and the other like what's
going on dog? And so he yelling at Tim, right,
(25:13):
but he goes on. He goes out and he tried to get
his girlfriend out the car like come on, you gotta get out the
car. Let's go, and that's when you
bought buried the burrito. Now now I keep on missing the
guy. Now this is how his name is
spelled DE capital B or TTO. So dobrito, dobrito.
How do you say it, bro? He shoots Elba in the back.
(25:39):
Bow. Elba screams like oh, fuck me,
like, hey, man, you better get up out of here.
Bow, bow, bow, bow, bow, bow, bow.
Shoots him, hits him and he shothim nine times, shot him nine
times, shot him nine times, shothim in the back and a leg all
(26:00):
down his side. The burrito was trying to kill
that guy because the issue was y'all know what the issue was
bro Home girl found out it's himwas fucking home girl and he
didn't have he got on bolt in the car.
(26:26):
Let me guess he's the problem. Let me guess he's the problem
mention mention they're both in his car.
Maybe the three-way gone wrong. Maybe it started off with the
(26:46):
three-way, but he went on and and ventured off and started
doing him a two man gang. Do you hear me?
So you know that's when the problem starts.
Y'all can pull the three off, but was it 3 times or two and
the one that was supposed to be in the three eight there?
Oh man oh man, it's a problem. Trust me, it's a problem.
(27:09):
Yeah. So anyway, yeah.
So when the police arrived on the scene, they just found a
shot up ass car and they found their real land honey the 100
yards away 'cause he was runningfor his life right now.
The crazy part, they never couldput pin the pin the penis on
(27:30):
Tim, even though, even though Elber kept telling you, hey man,
it was Tim de Burrito. That's the *** that shot me.
He was trying to fucking kill me.
It was all a love triangle. Look, man, this is not what De
(27:56):
Burrito, no, not De Burrough. This is not what Burrough wanted
to see because De Burrito and Burrough are cousins and they
kick it all the time. And he has a cousin by the name
of Anderson that comes on to thestand and says they yeah, I know
(28:19):
that gun, the black 9mm with thered infrared beam.
He said that one day husband andBurrell showed up to his house
while he's over there working out and like, hey man, can you
hold this 9 for me? And it was just days after the
murder. Now the thing was he was like,
(28:41):
yeah, I'll hold it. But first we gonna have a push
up contest. Oh man, they getting ready for
jail. But who the hell does push up
contest? What?
Yeah, so they're having a push up contest 1st and then he's
like yeah, I'll hold a gun for you.
Just a back door. When shit start going left, tell
the police everything they need to know and hand them over the
(29:03):
gun. Let me tell you something bro.
Like I keep telling y'all like Ikeep telling y'all bro, Bro like
I keep telling y'all Disney. Like, smart.
So anyway, how at the end of this case, at the end of this
(29:30):
case, they end up convicting husband in 2017?
Minton. Husband ain't shot nobody.
He was there on the murder, though.
Husband was sentenced to three consecutive life terms.
(29:50):
Yeah, 3 consecutive, right. They gave Donovan life in
prison, right? Even though he prayed no
contest. Agreed to testify, and they
promised him a sweet deal. Yeah.
(30:12):
Now your boy, your boy, girl, they brought new choice on that
guy. And I don't know if you can just
put 2A murder onto what you can,but he was, they, they put
murder charges on him and he eventually gets pleaded guilty
(30:33):
and they give him life, right? So everybody has got life,
right? Everybody got life right.
Now the crazy part is at the sentencing phase, husband's
grandma and grandpa and they're yelling someone, he didn't do
it. He didn't do it.
He was at home with us, lady, hewas not at home with you.
We had 100 people saying he was with them, including the guys he
(30:55):
was with, including surveillance, including two
ladies that say he be hanging out at the park with these guys.
So cut it, right? So anyway, husband's appeals and
Donovan Hall appeals, right? And in 2007, I mean, and
eventually his sentence get vacated by the Supreme Court,
(31:17):
one because he was underage and because basically in the age and
it was overturned and he ended up getting a 20 year sentence
and will get credit for time served.
So homeboy will be coming home one day.
Now, Donovan Hall would also sentence to prison but wouldn't
give him what he promised. He appealed to right to have
(31:40):
his, to have the state honor what they promised, right.
And he was sentenced to life. But finally in 2022, he was back
in court and his three counts ofmurder were changed to 33 counts
of assault. And he pled guilty.
And then he he agreed to the 18 years in prison.
(32:02):
Everybody not your friend, everybody not your partner.
Now it's all kind of red flags in this thing.
Like one, why? Oh, you weed hanging with a guy
that robbed me, right? Two, you know, first person in
last one out, right? I mean first in first out right
(32:23):
now. I mean first one, I mean last
one in first out, right? Husband was the last person they
brought in. Do you think it was a
coincidence that he's the one that get thrown under the bus?
Not at all. Husband.
You was the pawn the whole time you asked me.
He was 16. They were like, hey, we put this
murder on him. I think we put this robbery on
(32:43):
him and in the day he can get off, he gonna get slapped on the
wrist. But The thing is, they had these
guns but didn't plan on using them, apparently.
But people like this, bro, you can't go rob the plug.
You might look you got. You can't just rob the plug,
bro. You gotta kill the plug.
Ain't no such thing, right? Ain't no such thing as that
(33:04):
right now I was looking, I was looking on Internet, right?
And I did not know homeboy had got his ass.
Finally was found. Well, not even found guilty.
Plead guilty to that murder. Right, Your boy Silento.
Yeah. Well, anyway, it is January 2021
(33:25):
and the Daycap Police Departmenthas arrived around 337 and found
a guy by the name of Rooks, which is Silento's cousin laid
out. His name is Freddy Rooks.
He's found his body right now. EMS get there.
(33:46):
They confirmed the body was dead.
He had took about 10 shots rightnow.
Several people in the area had already reported gunshots.
Security footage has seen a BMWCSUV speeding away from the
scene. And people say, hey, that was
homeboy car. It was like that was Ricky Hawk
(34:08):
car, but to y'all is silent toe silent, though, but whatever one
hit wonder whatever you can't write well, I mean you could
ride that way, if ever. If it's also like so you what
type shit because so you was to perform this song, but so boy
also had multiple hits after that silent told this was your
one your one your one chance andthis is what you do.
(34:29):
Now the crazy part about it, like they say this guy had a bad
attitude, a big head and thoughthe was better than people right?
So I am not surprised that this is how he ended because he was
eventually arrested and he pled guilty to to this murder and
they sent him to 30 years. But not only that, they try to
hit it with he had a mental illness.
Nah bro, *** is only mental ill when they go to jail bro.
(34:51):
But you move you, you move you, you move quite you.
You ain't that sick on the outside there.
You ain't that sick on the outside.
And not to mention, like I tell you, that mental health shit
don't work. That mental health shit don't
work in a little most time, not on 10 unless you wait and if you
black, but it gotta be a long history of that shit.
(35:14):
And even then, when you black, that shit might not work, 'cause
you know what else? Any other countries you think
they can go to? Course.
Amen. I'm mentally I got.
I got mental illness. Hell no.
You know why? Because of other countries ain't
going for that bullshit. You know what you did, and you
