get charged of the youth or an adult, right?

everything out, right? So after they plead their case,

gonna be charged as an adult or as a minor, right?
So after deliberation, they takehim back to court, right?
I take him back to jail and he sits there for another month.
Come back in October of 2012 andhis motion was denied and he

will be tried as an adult. And this is when your boy like,

He was there on the murder, though.
Husband was sentenced to three consecutive life terms.

contest. Agreed to testify, and they

murder charges on him and he eventually gets pleaded guilty

Now the crazy part is at the sentencing phase, husband's
grandma and grandpa and they're yelling someone, he didn't do
it. He didn't do it.
He was at home with us, lady, hewas not at home with you.
We had 100 people saying he was with them, including the guys he

ladies that say he be hanging out at the park with these guys.
So cut it, right? So anyway, husband's appeals and
Donovan Hall appeals, right? And in 2007, I mean, and
eventually his sentence get vacated by the Supreme Court,

one because he was underage and because basically in the age and
it was overturned and he ended up getting a 20 year sentence
and will get credit for time served.
So homeboy will be coming home one day.
Now, Donovan Hall would also sentence to prison but wouldn't
give him what he promised. He appealed to right to have

his, to have the state honor what they promised, right.
And he was sentenced to life. But finally in 2022, he was back
in court and his three counts ofmurder were changed to 33 counts
of assault. And he pled guilty.
And then he he agreed to the 18 years in prison.

Now it's all kind of red flags in this thing.

Several people in the area had already reported gunshots.
Security footage has seen a BMWCSUV speeding away from the

was the shooter and not once even mentioned that Hall was

So he's just held in jail right now and but husband is back in

I ain't do it. He sits up in jail, right.
So on September 2012, when my husband is in there in family

court, probably cause bright because they're charging him
with his murder, right? They are charging him with his
murder, right? And he like, I mean, I didn't do
this. So when they charging him for
his murder, they're trying to figure out he's a is he gonna
get charged of the youth or an adult, right?

So he just right now they just trying to trying to figure
everything out, right? So after they plead their case,
you know, it takes a little while for them to figure out he
gonna be charged as an adult or as a minor, right?
So after deliberation, they takehim back to court, right?
I take him back to jail and he sits there for another month.
Come back in October of 2012 andhis motion was denied and he

will be tried as an adult. And this is when your boy like,
hey man, I ain't do this stuff. It was this guy, it was that
guy, it was this guy right now he he's at this point he's
telling people like, hey, it wasnot me.

I'm surprised he said it wasn't how he'll how the one you

Hall. And he was arrested on the day

before Valentine's Day of 2013. And he said once he was arrested

And he played no contest. But he played no contest in the
hopes of getting a lighter sense.

And then six months later, they finally pick up your boy Russell
Burrell. And he was arrested in October
2013. And he claims he don't know
what's going on. He said Hall did it.

Burrell now saying Hall did it right.
And that's when he found out that husband is still in jail
and he's telling everybody that Burrell did it.
Now Burrell is saying no, it washusband, bro Burrell.
Look, Burrell is didn't he that want to commit the murder Aunt

But you know, he sits in jail for a little while and you gotta

associated with Burrell because he was accused of allegedly
shooting a guy a couple months before the murder.
Yeah. So at this point, husband is on

on trial, right? But they are just playing some
plots where they trying to put in reasonable doubt about Beryl,
right? Mentioned husbands on the trial,
right. But they're trying to throw
reasonable doubt on barrel because like, no, he did this
stuff and husband kept saying, hey, man, I didn't do this
stuff. He did it.
So pretty much everybody's plea that played out, right?

And your boy and your boy, your boy Barrow is taken to trial,
right? So they put a guy on the stand.
They put a guy on the stand right by the name of Gary
Elbury, right? And it is May 12th, 2012, just

two months before the murder. Two major.
Yeah, two months before the murder, right?
Elber has been following this car, right?
And this car is his, This car isaccompanied by his girlfriend,

Tim Burrito and Tim de Burrito'sgirlfriend, right?
So he catches up to the car right and he flags him down like

pull over right And he hops out and he's walking like to the

why Tim burrito the burrito and both of their girlfriends was
fighting. He like, hey man, what the fuck
is going on, bro, like this, that and the other like what's
going on dog? And so he yelling at Tim, right,

but he goes on. He goes out and he tried to get
his girlfriend out the car like come on, you gotta get out the
car. Let's go, and that's when you
bought buried the burrito. Now now I keep on missing the
guy. Now this is how his name is

the police everything they need to know and hand them over the

So anyway, how at the end of this case, at the end of this

case, they end up convicting husband in 2017?
Minton. Husband ain't shot nobody.
He was there on the murder, though.
Husband was sentenced to three consecutive life terms.

Yeah, 3 consecutive, right. They gave Donovan life in
prison, right? Even though he prayed no
contest. Agreed to testify, and they
promised him a sweet deal. Yeah.

Now your boy, your boy, girl, they brought new choice on that
guy. And I don't know if you can just
put 2A murder onto what you can,but he was, they, they put
murder charges on him and he eventually gets pleaded guilty

and they give him life, right? So everybody has got life,
right? Everybody got life right.
Now the crazy part is at the sentencing phase, husband's
grandma and grandpa and they're yelling someone, he didn't do
it. He didn't do it.
He was at home with us, lady, hewas not at home with you.
We had 100 people saying he was with them, including the guys he

was with, including surveillance, including two
ladies that say he be hanging out at the park with these guys.
So cut it, right? So anyway, husband's appeals and
Donovan Hall appeals, right? And in 2007, I mean, and
eventually his sentence get vacated by the Supreme Court,

one because he was underage and because basically in the age and
it was overturned and he ended up getting a 20 year sentence
and will get credit for time served.
So homeboy will be coming home one day.
Now, Donovan Hall would also sentence to prison but wouldn't
give him what he promised. He appealed to right to have
(31:40):
his, to have the state honor what they promised, right.
And he was sentenced to life. But finally in 2022, he was back
in court and his three counts ofmurder were changed to 33 counts
of assault. And he pled guilty.
And then he he agreed to the 18 years in prison.
(32:02):
Everybody not your friend, everybody not your partner.
Now it's all kind of red flags in this thing.
Like one, why? Oh, you weed hanging with a guy
that robbed me, right? Two, you know, first person in
last one out, right? I mean first in first out right

now. I mean first one, I mean last
one in first out, right? Husband was the last person they
brought in. Do you think it was a
coincidence that he's the one that get thrown under the bus?

He was 16. They were like, hey, we put this
murder on him. I think we put this robbery on

him and in the day he can get off, he gonna get slapped on the
wrist. But The thing is, they had these
guns but didn't plan on using them, apparently.

Finally was found. Well, not even found guilty.

and the Daycap Police Departmenthas arrived around 337 and found
a guy by the name of Rooks, which is Silento's cousin laid
out. His name is Freddy Rooks.
He's found his body right now. EMS get there.

They confirmed the body was dead.
He had took about 10 shots rightnow.
Several people in the area had already reported gunshots.
Security footage has seen a BMWCSUV speeding away from the
scene. And people say, hey, that was
homeboy car. It was like that was Ricky Hawk

car, but to y'all is silent toe silent, though, but whatever one
hit wonder whatever you can't write well, I mean you could
ride that way, if ever. If it's also like so you what
type shit because so you was to perform this song, but so boy
also had multiple hits after that silent told this was your
one your one your one chance andthis is what you do.

Now the crazy part about it, like they say this guy had a bad
attitude, a big head and thoughthe was better than people right?
So I am not surprised that this is how he ended because he was
eventually arrested and he pled guilty to to this murder and
they sent him to 30 years. But not only that, they try to
hit it with he had a mental illness.
Nah bro, *** is only mental ill when they go to jail bro.
