under 30 minutes because under 30 minutes I'm going to consider
the mini and it's my gift to you, right?
(01:27):
And so we make spaghetti with myson.
But I got to record this first and then I will listen to it as
I make spaghetti because sometimes I don't, I don't rent
out a stuff to listen to, right?I mean, I don't, I don't listen
to myself, of course, because ifI listen to myself, I'm just

(02:14):
play. So they've been out here all
day, right, But we are headed toone of my favorite states, good
old Florida, Jacksonville to be exact, And they got some, you
know, they they keep they keep this shit.
They keep this shit going. And I'm glad I picked my cases
(02:35):
the way I pick my cases because I don't plan on people finding
my case to me. Y'all so many people like they
ain't really true crown keep that shit over there.
You know what I'm saying? But anyway, but anyway, we got a
guy by name Demark, you know, DeAndre McRae and he grew up
playing Little League football. You know, if Florida, they
(02:59):
Florida got some football players there and they have some
of the best youth football you can find, man.
And McRae growing up, he played for MLT and Gilbert this over
there in Jacksonville, FL, right?
He used to play over there and Woodstock Park, right?
And I'm pretty sure, I mean, this park is like, you know,
that's what heading practices athome field.
(03:19):
You know, the basketball court over there, you know, it's a
park, right? It's a park and it got to be
some kind of somewhat safe, but because hell, you haven't used
football there. But that's my thing.
Me, I don't want to play that nofield where ain't no police as
(03:39):
security. Nah, you hiring your homework
security, that ain't gonna work for me.
We plan on fields that are that I paid taxes for for the
district yeah, so I can have a resource office, resource
officers out there. Let them get they get let them
get they OT out here and throw all these damn the bad acting
parents up their ass up out here.
(04:00):
We we ain't got time for that. Y'all know what I'm talking
about? Y'all know what I'm talking
about. I, I, I y'all have seen youth
football. These these parents, bro, these
parents get wild and not even let let while we talk about
youth football. Look at have y'all seen these
kids celebrations now, bro, I was watching Tiktok.
These kids scored a touchdown and they fuck this shit out the
(04:23):
ground. Yes all the whole team, they all
took they all jump on the ground.
They're humping this shit out the ground.
I'm like, bro, let me tell you something.
Anybody on my team do that. I'm gonna send you to the stand.
So you go show your Mama. You ain't you ain't you done for
that game? Yeah, she can come and argue.
She won't. You ain't get no money back.
(04:44):
We have way through the season. Talk to your son because this is
the type of things that will go on later on in life when you
can't tell him that now you willbe in positions, right.
I didn't seen it 100 times. But anyway, your boy, he's
playing for youth football for MLT and then he played Gilbert,
right? But eventually he when he get
close to his teenage years, he like man, you know, fuck
(05:06):
football. I want the streets.
Yeah, man. You get into his teenage years
hanging with his boy Zoe. Zoe played little Luke youth
football. Little you know, they hanging,
they dug in and keeping it gangster.
Your boy is only 13 years old and then he's like coming and
going as he wants. Mama and grandma sitting up here
(05:26):
trying to tell her a boy, you don't write shit over here.
You need to be in this house. You need to be in this house
when that light come on. But you know, your boy DeAndre,
then the other McCain, he ain't going for none of that shit.
Who you talking to, Granny, man?Look, I do what the fuck I want
(05:47):
around here, right? And of course that goes for
Granny and grandma. That goes for his mother and
grandmother. Yeah.
Neither one of y'all can tell menothing right now.
His mother, all she does is let him know that you were not my
throwaway child. I'm not gonna let you run these
streets. I'm not gonna let you do this.
You know, all the stuff that she's supposed to be saying.
(06:09):
But old homeboy, he don't give afuck.
He. I hit thugging, right?
Yeah, I hit thugging right. So his teenage years is full of
dugging. And when he was 1415, he was.
In 2020, he was arrested becausehe was in a car with another
(06:32):
group of a group of kids. They they had weed up in there.
They had guns up in there. And ain't nobody trying to claim
shit. Yeah, your boys out here in the
streets. So, you know, after that, which
is 2020, he, he, he didn't get any more trouble that he was
caught. But your boy at this time, he's
(06:53):
smoking weed. He he fucking he he packing a
pistol. Yeah, he packing a pistol at
granny house 16 now 16 is 2021 summer of 2021.
He out man. Look, your boy.
Hey, man, your boy moving fast, bro.
(07:17):
Your boy moving fast, right. So, you know, he keeps hanging
with his boy. So he got a girlfriend named
Haley. They you know, they say let's
head up to the Woodstock park. Now Woodstock Park is where he
used to play football at and this is June 8th of 2021, right.
(07:39):
Humboy 16. He hems old his girlfriend
Haley, another dude, another twodudes and the chick they call AZ
trip and he head up to the park right now me looking at the date
scene at this Florida, I could tell you right now if that's the
part where youth football is at June 8th, it's probably some
(08:04):
Little League trials going on. Yes, I'm youth football trials.
Come on is June you going June, July, August.
Yeah, you right now you you you heavily recruiting.
Yeah, yeah, you have you. All the parks in Florida is
probably full of youth football recruiting at this time, right,
So home will head up to Woodstock park and he got him AZ
(08:24):
trip right, because ZZ trip. I mean Woodstock is a it's not
Woodstock park is not close to where he's at.
It's this is the whole other side of town.
So he they just going over therefor what I don't know, but he
goes anyway. He has an all black and a red
jacket mentioned. I just told you it was June.
(08:48):
It is June, June 8th, 2021 is hot outside homeboys got got got
some got some got some not to start a lot what they call them
shits when they start I can't remember He he had a big ones.
He had a big ones he just starting out, but he had a big
ones right. They head over there to
Woodstock Park, right? And they all hop out and they go
over there and they sitting on the bench, they just enjoying
(09:10):
the scene. Haley sitting between her young
thug's leg, You know, they just kicking it right.
And it's also, I mean, people after playing basketball is
people's young, young people just after having a good time
right now. It is a guy there by the name of
Sedarius Sermons, right? And he he's over there, but he's
(09:37):
also trying to get in an explorers program, right?
Explorers program is for kids that want to be the police when
they grow up. Right now I don't know if they
still have the Explorer programsin Houston.
I think in Houston when you jointhe Explorer program, they'll
(09:57):
take you down to the jailhouse, walk you through there and not
no scared straight, no, not no scared straight shit, but like
walk you through there and show you like the insurance and outs
some of this shit and show you like, is this like not
basically, is this what you wantto get into?
But you know this short look, kids got to be into something.
God damn these days, bro. Shit, look here, bro.
(10:17):
It's time to change, bro. These kids need to be in
something though. They can't be on Internet all
day because it's predators day. They can't, they can't be at the
park over there. There's predators over there.
Like you can't do nothing. These kids got to be in
something positive whereas people there that can also watch
them because they not safe alone.
Bro I live in Houston they just found the 16th body in the bio
(10:39):
16. Look here I talked about earlier
I said bro look here I live in Houston I don't know about none
of this shit in class it on Internet.
Let that shit soak in. I live in Houston I don't hear
about this shit unless I go on the Internet.
I don't watch the news. A listener gotta send me this
while y'all might keep my game, but you know what I mean.
(11:03):
One of y'all send me, send me stuff back.
You see this? And you saw that He's like, man,
no, y'all this news to me, right?
But yeah, yeah, y'all keep sending me stuff I like.
I like. It's like y'all send me is very
entertaining. But yeah, so these young kids,
they all need something to do. Because when he ain't doing
nothing, just trust me, dude. Trouble will find you dog.
(11:26):
Trust me. I've seen it 100 times.
But anyway, so Darius down there, he with a group of kids
and your boy, the Andre, he downthere with his little posse and
some odd reason these two groupskind of like get into it right
now. They said it was a fight, but it
(11:51):
was never too clear. But what was clear is that the
Andre it's Darius got in each ofhis face and they was arguing
right now. Your boy said damn, I said there
your boy. No, de DeAndre, you not.
He got his chick with him, so you know he ain't going for no
bullshit. Now he goes to it, spits in
(12:17):
Sedarius face. I mean Hakaluki is not dripping
down his nose, man Sedarius. Sedarius charges him and put a
bow shoots Sedarius in the neck.Sedarius drops right there.
DeAndre and his crew takes off running, takes off running.
(12:41):
They run about a block and a half calls.
Granny say granted they shootingat this park I'm at come and get
me. Granny pulls up a little later,
get him back to the crib. Granted, like, what's happening,
like me, I don't know, people were shooting.
But back at the park, it's 8:20 and they have shots have been
fired off and there is a teenager dead.
(13:05):
Yeah. So they call.
So there is no sirens when ambulance rolled up and you
know, Yeah. So they are canvassing the park
in asking witnesses and and getting pulling camera footage
from everywhere around right now, people there saying, hey,
(13:29):
who's this guy named Craig? Yeah, we know him.
He'd be here sometime. He do this, he do that and the
other he's he's not. I mean, like I they say he
always running with like a groupof people, right, and then not
only that, people start pointingout people he was with.
They're like, well, this is his boy.
They start pulling up Instagram like this is boy.
This is girl. This is that means that means
that then they start giving these people names, right, Start
(13:50):
giving people name right. So they are business head.
OK, put the crane Dwayne, I meanDeAndre Mcrae's name in the
system. Find a good old address and a
couple hours later does what wasthat?
The dough Boom, they have kickedthe dough in.
Not really. But they came with a warrant and
they and they say hey, we're looking for a DeAndre Mccrane
(14:13):
and she's like hey, he not here.I don't know what the hell y'all
doing? He's like he not here like what
the fuck? And they sold her a warrant and
it came through that money right?
And they pulled her out in a three-year old and a 10 year old
that she was babysitting. Now question well that 10 year
old and three-year old in that car when she came and picked up
that group of five. So that makes 8 right after
(14:40):
rummaging through the house she tells them that hey, I don't
know where Dwayne I mean DeAndreis at.
I have not seen him earlier. He called me to pick him up.
He told me they were shooting atthe park and he didn't feel safe
and he wanted me to come pick them up and it was like what
else do you know? He said I don't know nothing.
What am I supposed to fucking know?
(15:01):
He just called and told me they was shooting and I came and
picked up my grandbaby. I said OK well tell him when you
see his ass we want to talk it. After that they head over to his
boyzo house. The police knock on the door.
They asked to speak to Zo. Going to speak to Zozo.
(15:23):
Like what? They asked what happened at the
park. They said hey man I don't know.
Some shit popped off and my boy started shooting.
And like, you sure he shot? He's like, yeah, I saw him with
the gun earlier. They're like, oh, really?
He's like, yeah, some of the gunearlier.
(15:45):
But I mean, it was a lot of people out there.
Maybe somebody else shot. But I know my boy had a gun.
So basically. So after that, he leave, the
detective leaves, They're heading to one more house.
Oh yeah 'cause remember Zoe was the boy, those was his partner,
(16:07):
that's his boy, that's his dog right Though just do this on the
bus 'cause all like she and *** I ain't got nowhere to go.
I can't be attached to this typeof shit right?
So they head over to Haley's house and Haley don't got a dog
in a fight 'cause she only been dating this *** 2 year I mean
two weeks. She's not that right of that
(16:31):
bitch. She said, hey, she said do you
know where the under yet? She's like no, saw that earlier.
Haven't seen him since says does.
Have you ever seen him with a gun?
She said he has a gun on him allthe time and look here for them
to be dating two weeks, I'm gonna say all the time, gotta be
(16:53):
these two weeks. I've known him.
He's had a gun. It gotta be.
It gotta be bro. It gotta be.
It gotta be. It gotta be these two weeks.
Gotta be these two weeks. She known him, right?
But he said, yeah, he had a gun.And they said what happened?
Well, she was like him. And that guy started arguing and
(17:17):
he pulled out a gun and fires the shot.
He he started shooting, right? And that's when the detectives
tell him that a well, we heard DeAndre spit in this guy's face.
And she was like, I didn't see no spit, but I wouldn't up on it
like that either. But I do know he had that gun.
She's like, and it was like, OK,we had no more questions.
(17:40):
But let me tell you this. You know where yet he contacted
you, you tell his black ass we want to talk.
She was like, I got you, I got you right.
So the next day, your boy DeAndre, he makes it without
getting arrested, right? But the police have called his
grandma and his mother against awe need that boy to come turn
(18:02):
himself in to talk to us. We want to talk to him.
And he was like, yeah, whatever, whatever, whatever, whatever.
So not that day goes by, but thenext day they called his grandma
and mother again. This I didn't call.
They not going to say, hey, y'all seen the Andre?
They now he's seen him. So they like, so this guy's been
gone three days. But he's a good guy.
(18:24):
He's a good kid, he's doing everything right, and y'all
ain't seen him in three fucking days, right?
This is what you want me to believe?
Let me tell you something, Mama and granny, y'all got to 10:00
and we're putting his face all over the news and then you gonna
see how many people turn his assin.
You better help y'all get his ass to us before they get they
(18:50):
ass to him any day. When he said that he's talking
about the police or whoever saidDarius runs with right?
I remember this is Florida Jacksonville, FL.
Even when you ain't in no game. Hey this probably feels the
(19:11):
people that want your head because ain't no telling who.
Oh, this boy has wronged who? People would love to turn this
guy in love to pop his ass. Come on now.
So later on that date, later on that day by 6-7 o'clock Granny,
the mother in DeAndre Mccrae shows up to the interrogation
(19:34):
room and they takes him in the interrogate him right now when
they get DeAndre in, in the interrogation room asking what's
good, how you been? He said, man, I'm good.
He said, I'm glad you came down here.
He said, yeah, my granny told methat y'all want to talk, I might
as well come in and talk to y'all.
And she was like he said, do youknow what this is about?
(19:55):
Don't just say no, I don't know what this shit is about.
Is that you don't know about what?
Like they say you just came herewilling to talk to us because we
said we're gonna put you in the face on the news.
And he was like, yeah, I mean, like, but what it's about and
say, OK, cool, dumb, now your day.
Have you ever been to Woodstock Park?
He's a yeah, I used to play football over there.
(20:16):
He said. Have you been in there lately?
That yeah, I went the other day, couple days ago and but I left
him. People were shooting, right?
Hello. Did you know any people that
were shooting? They Nah, man, I don't know who
shooting out at the basketball court.
I was like, I don't know, I justheard him shooting and I took
off man and say how did you get there?
He tells them that me. He said that him and Zoe rode
(20:40):
their bikes up there and his girl Haley is some old friends
was already there bro you don't think they already got that
receipt and shit for that Z tripbecause they had already tagged
If they already start putting the warrants on your phone so
they know what you have been going through bro right.
So first like it was like you rode your bike up there.
(21:03):
They said what color is your bike?
He said it's green and black. You know, like, OK, well,
whatever. And I said, well, who is though?
He said that's my boy. He's like, what's his whole
name, man? I call him Zoe.
Call him Zoe. Instagram like me.
Look here, man, we know who Zoe is.
Zona told us the whole story. We want you to tell us who Zoe
is, right? But again, he said I don't know
(21:25):
his real name. OK, cool mention these guys grew
up playing football and everything together.
But he don't know this guy. He don't know this guy.
Real name. Yeah.
OK bro, you digging yourself into a hole?
But anyway, we shall proceed. Yeah, after that he goes and he
goes and they asked him what didhe wear the date to park.
(21:48):
He said man I had all black and some blue shoes Cap.
Didn't I just tell y'all he had all black and some in a red
jacket in the middle of the summer.
What what little baby said I'm in the it's the middle of the
summer and I got my hoodie on. *** these teenagers, they can
(22:08):
stay withstand a different type of heat. *** I was in Fort
Jackson SC dot. It was 100 plus degrees out
there. This dude had on a hoodie on his
fucking head. He had all of full pants.
It was hot, bro. Dog shorts was too much shorts
(22:29):
in a tank top was too much clothes on that day in my son's
graduation. So that hoodie was over the top.
But like, yeah, man. So I did I say look here, bro.
They look at we're not in a bullshit with you.
You were in homicide. You think we called out here for
that bullshit? You had to come out to the
truth. We know you took the Z trip.
We knew you had on a red jacket and we saw you down there
(22:52):
smoking weed. But this ain't we not here for
no weed. You can smoke all the weed and
steal all the car. Yeah.
What we not here for that. We here talk about this murder
and your name has popped up and you said you we ask you now,
have you ever been in position of a gun?
He's like, no. They say what about last year
when you was arrested with thosegroup of guys and with a weed
(23:13):
and a gun in the car? *** tell them he never arrested.
He tells him he never been arrested and they say OK cool,
whatever, whatever dog, whatever, you ain't never
arrested. Cool how you did the black girl
say look here, this is your life, this is your life.
(23:33):
So who is though? He said, man, I ain't got to
tell you that y'all could ask mylawyer about that.
It's like wait, what is that what you mean?
You may ask your what what you mean we can talk to your lawyer
about that or you saying you want a lawyer.
He was like, you know what? Yeah, I am saying I want a
lawyer and say, OK, cool, we can't talk to you no more.
You have you're under arrest formurder and possession of a
(23:55):
firearm. And they walked out, right?
2 seconds later, Mama bear walksin, right?
And she said, son, you did it this time.
They won't tell me what evidencethey got on you.
And he says they ain't got no evidence on me.
What? They ain't got no evidence on
(24:16):
you *** The people that rode with you in the car there and
back toll on you. They told them your house, your
Instagram, your Snapchat, the jacket you had on and the gun.
What do you mean bro? It what?
You think it was a coincidence? You think it's a coincidence
that you'd only person interrogation not none of them?
(24:39):
Bro, you ain't talk to these people in 2 days.
You ain't talk to these people in two days and you don't know
where does evidence come from? Bro?
They how would they know you spit on him?
They couldn't they not going, they couldn't see you spit on
this person on camera unless it was wait, I mean they had to be
close up. Somebody that was close to you
during this altercation said that you spit in this guy's
(25:02):
face. How would they know that?
But anyway, the Mama said I'm not giving up on you.
I told you you wasn't my throwaway child, she says.
This is what I was telling you when I told you you need to come
home. This is what I was telling you
when I'm telling you you should have stayed in football, stayed
and stuff. Positive.
But no, you want to run the streets, You want to run.
(25:25):
You chose to run the streets. You talk back to me and your
grandma. You talk back.
I mean, you don't listen. You don't want to go to school.
You're doing this every day. We can't find you.
You coming home late, you cominghome high.
You're stealing. You're smoking weed.
He was like, Mama, they don't got no evidence on me.
And she said, OK, cool, whatever.
Drink this soda. I don't know when you'll get
another one. Go ahead, drink this soda.
(25:46):
And he starts crying, right? And she's like, no, no, no, no,
don't cry. Now.
You the man now. You big boy now I said you finna
go to jail and don't be going inthat crime because they don't
think you're a punk. They already don't think you're
a punk because eventually going to need you some boot cat, but
whatever. And she he's not he's crying
loud right, 16 years old. He's crying loud now, right and
(26:10):
she says I don't know if granny coming in here, but I gotta go.
I will see you in the morning atcourt and she walks out.
No, no, she yelled at her mom. He say, ma, ma, you, you coming
in. She didn't say nothing, but she
gave up, got up, hugged her son and walked out.
(26:30):
Two seconds later they let granny in.
Granny comes in and she said, hey, can I she she she tell
looks back at the office that can't give him a hug.
So yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll give him a hug.
Give him a hug. She gave him a hug.
She said, son, all you had to dowas listen to your parents.
She said all you had to do was watch the company you keep clear
(26:57):
as day. You need to you all you had to
do was watch the company you keep.
She said. I told them that I picked you up
after the at the park and I toldhim I know nothing about it.
And I told him I didn't want to know nothing about it because
when you called me told him shooting, all I was concerned
about was picking you up. I told him flat out that I don't
(27:19):
know nothing and I like I'm not in this, I don't know nothing.
I picked my grandson up and his friends, but that was it.
And yeah, I told him that son, time you have to pay for this.
She said, all I've been doing ispraying.
She says all I can do is pray. Ain't got no money for this.
You gonna need a good lawyer forthis son.
(27:41):
This is over for you. And he said, man, my life is
ruined. I never got to drive no car.
I ain't got to this. I ain't got to that.
And she said, hey, this is hey, we were we passed that.
We are past that. We, we, we ain't got look that,
that that's the least of your worries, son.
(28:03):
They are charging you with the murder.
