March 3rd, 23, he shows up to court and he is charged with
everything under the sun, seconddegree domestic violence, drive

by shooting, making false statements, harassing a person
and stolen property right. Clark County, they did a danger
assessment on him and he got a 31 on A8 on a 18 point scale and

they said, hey man, this nigga'sextreme risk.
They say, your honor, this *** the extreme risk to mache he he
probably going to kill her. They said he probably going to
kill her, right. And we would ask that you
currently deny his bill because he's already on bond for
homicide Arkansas. So the so Kurt was given

$100,000 bond and no contact order.
But peep this shit who hours after he got back to his cell he
calls mache mention these these calls are recorded.
He told he told her that he was in jail because and it was all

her fault. He ain't going back to jail and

of jail without a monitor and heis released from jail again.

friends are having a little party and Kurt comes through to
raise pure hill arguing with herand trying to fight.

just going to follow her. But so Kirk and Mache leave the
blessed party and they was able to get back.
The party was able to get back to normal and she left her
daughter there, stayed there to the party where it was safe and

as she's in his car. Now, this is kind of wild

been arrested. Monet has been arrested and
charged with theft, fraud, identity theft, all in Mache's
name. And Kirk pleads not guilty that

On March 22nd, I mean, on November 22nd of 22, Shay goes
in there, opens up an account atthe Trailhead Credit Union, and
Monet transferred more than $20,000 to her account.
And Monet was in there stealing passwords, phone numbers, She

was altering people's information.
All this shit was going back to Mache.
Mache was stealing everybody's money.
They was, she was sending the money out to Mache.
Mache going there, take the money, then they will go bust it
down. I guess.

scammer. And yeah, Monet end up getting

two years the probation for that.
She didn't getting two years theprobation for that.
Right now, May 9th, on May 9th, your boy plead not guilty to the
order of protection involuntary tampering and evidence in second
degree unlawful use of a firearm.

the trial start, Kurt goes this trial and he says he pleads
guilty to murder. I mean, to 2nd degree murder,

aggravated first degree murder to the death of Mache in Layla.
And he enters a Alford plea for the sexual assault of Layla.

because he said he'll plead out if you don't put the death

penalty on the table. And they agree.
But peep, there's this thing about it.
Just think about it. This trial right here was for
Michelle and Layla. So they agree.
But Curtis family, they are pissed.
They were like what about us? He killed Curtis first, but he
killed Curtis first years ago. Y'all don't caught this *** in

They're like what about us? So Kirk's family is pissed and
they want his ass expedited. I mean extradited to Arkansas
immediately. Right now.
They felt the Curtis family, they're suing his dad in Machete
