And she said if you shot the girl you should have thrown it
away or something. And he he replies, I know, man,
I know. But it's too late now.

jail. No bun.
I mean, no, he had a bun. It was like a million.
He wasn't making that birth. He wasn't making that.
They just paid him pennies for murder and he he wasn't making
that. He don't go to trial till 2018.
But and that's when Cortez takesthe stand because she has
already agreed to plead to, she has already pleaded guilty and

was going to testify against hisass and she was sentenced to 35
years. She got up and said we got to
Kendra's place, Chris hopped outthe car.
All I heard was gunshot screaming.
He ran back, hopped in that car with all her shit and we drove
off and she was like, I was justa struggling mother trying to

He tells everybody to leave. They put Christopher and

minutes. I'm about 20 minutes and they
didn't bring the jury back in. He was basically like, I didn't

anything. It was just it was just a lot to

And your honor, the judge give them a pass on it, right.
But after that he was, he was given life in prison and the

judge basically told him that, hey, love, you are going to get
death penalty. You have death to the penalty by
lethal injection and you're going to be an all solitary
confinement unit at Alan B Polinsky and where you will be
housed in a single man cell for 22 hours of lockdown and even
and even during wreck you will still be alone.
There will be no phone access, there will be no TV, there will

be no contact visits. And if you do appeal it will
take three years and if you fight it, it could take even
longer. And he said this is even too
much for even the most ruthless of people who seem to sometime

And that he, he testified that he saw that he heard the shots
and he saw the black Jeep and hesaw them bust at UE to get out
the gate and they follow behind him.
And he was another one that led to like that told a good story
about what's going on because hecould, the truck was directly
behind him and he heard the shots and he heard the scream.

And it was that he realized thathe it was only them in that
parking lot when he drove up outof there and he saw Kendra's
body right now, this trial only lasted a couple days and your
boy was found guilty as shit. And he got the death penalty
right now, a month later at the at the sentencing phase.
Well, they already got the deathpenalty.

His mother talked, his daddy talked, his sister talked.
And they were just up there, BooHoo, crying, wanting to save
they baby. He ain't a bad guy at all.

He had to get how he lived. He had to do this that and the
other, you know, but he is not abad guy.
Bullshit. He just shot somebody because he

wanted to start up because he wanted to get have a gang of
hookers working for him. So he was going to jail one way
or the other. He was look, he killed this
lady, But if he would have got away, he'd have been beaten up

He was he been young, right? But anyway, while his family is
just fine, you know, all throughthe trial, Christopher, he

didn't make a sound. He he didn't make eye contact
with nothing. But when his family got up there
that broke and he hopped up, he kicks the table and the judge
hits the his the his the gavel is the order in the court.
He tells everybody to leave. They put Christopher and
covenant take him to the back and they give him a breathing 5
minutes. I'm about 20 minutes and they
didn't bring the jury back in. He was basically like, I didn't

mean to kick that desk as a thread or trying to intimidate
anything. It was just it was just a lot to
take, just a lot to take. Listen to my family.
So I didn't mean no respect on that, Your honor.
And your honor, the judge give them a pass on it, right.
But after that he was, he was given life in prison and the

judge basically told him that, hey, love, you are going to get
death penalty. You have death to the penalty by
lethal injection and you're going to be an all solitary
confinement unit at Alan B Polinsky and where you will be
housed in a single man cell for 22 hours of lockdown and even
and even during wreck you will still be alone.
There will be no phone access, there will be no TV, there will

be no contact visits. And if you do appeal it will
take three years and if you fight it, it could take even
longer. And he said this is even too
much for even the most ruthless of people who seem to sometime
take mattress into their own hands.
And he banged the gavel and theywalked Crystal there right up
out of here. And he is where he at.

And oh, what happened to Brenda.Oh, cool.
Let me just backtrack a little bit.
Brenda, when she fled, stayed inside.
When she fled, they didn't pick her ass back up.
She didn't make it back to the States to October 2016.
She was almost gone a year. And when she went to trial, she
was convicted. She she was convicted and got

life without parole. And she is basically at the
William P Hobby Women's unit in Maryland in Falls County.
Yeah. It didn't go with her.
Like, you still didn't get Ricky.

He's still gone now. What is Ricky doing these days?
Ricky says after that murder, Ricky had already had been
offered a job to do said dermatology at office in San
Francisco. I mean, not San Francisco, in
Sacramento, in his home state ofCalifornia.
And this murder, it just took him back home because he was

like, oh, no. But the thing about it, this is
how I knew him. And that Lady is about to get
married. Because if he was accepting this
job and this dentist was on him like that, she was going.
She'd already met his parents. They only been dating two
months. He is.
She met his parents home, graduated him three years, never
met him. She was a horrible girlfriend.
